And in the future, when I'm going to implant my teeth. Definitely, I'm gonna come to doctor long and his team. Sherry is really Nice person, And she stayed right beside me as the doctor was talking my teeth. She Help me a lot. Highly recommend it.

Technician took 3 tries to do a CT scan, due to the revolving panel getting hung up on my shoulder. Not very confident at the task. Lots of delay even though on time for appointment.

Very limited pain management Unreliable scheduling ultimate work is good but a lot of unnecessary stress now the founders of this former top dental practice have moved on

I've had gum surgery in two different instances at Imperio and they've been always very professional. Everyone treats you with care and empathy and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I'd highly recommend it.

Twice I have booked appointments and the day prior to the appointment they phone to change time. Once is okay but I need to change my schedule in order to accommodate. Then I have to remind them of the time issue so that I can get out in time for my commitments. It feels like my time is less important than their time.

I don’t have a fear of the dentist, but I was definitely a bit nervous to get a gum graft…I just knew it would be more involved and invasive than most procedures I’ve had in the past. Turns out I had no reason to be, because everyone made sure I was warm, comfortable and I had opted for a mild/moderate sedative to help calm the jitters. The surgery took maybe a little more than an hour, and went very smoothly. Dr. Roemermann was fantastic; she is efficient, kind and professional. A day later I am only experiencing some minor swelling, but virtually no discomfort. Hardest part of the whole thing is abstaining from coffee and Doritos currently as I explore all sorts of puréed soups! Hahaha

It is always a pleasant and welcoming experience to visit and Stephanie is the best Hygienist ever!

Will admit I was dreading my perio consultation but everything about my experience at Imperio was overwhelmingly positive! Both Dr Long and head assistant, Michelle, were efficient, professional yet genuinely warm. The office itself is state-of-the-art, bright and open.
I fully expected that in order to maintain such a nice office/full team (there were three front desk staff), I was going to be told that I needed at least some sort of preventative, expensive gum surgery. Instead, Dr Long assessed that I was not in a concerning stage of recession and has me on a monitoring schedule only.
In an industry where the professionals are financially incented to keep a steady stream of income, it is extremely reassuring that Imperio only suggests treatment when necessary. I am a happy Imperio patient (in waiting)!

Great but confused about why my hubby was not included… confusion with your booking system…
