I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Mehdi Noroozi. He performed multiple implant surgeries and corrected what had failed due to bone loss and other problems. I have not had any concerns since and can only say a big 'thank-you' to a 'star' in his profession.

Amazing surgeon with a very well trained and professional team around him at all times. This office is super clean. Feel totally 100% safe and well cared for by this doctor and nurses. I didn’t feel anything during he entire dental implant process. The prices are in line with other specialists but the service is so superior. Amazing value for the money. This facility is a five star team of specialists, admin staff, hygienists and nurses. I have been very pleased with the way my dental problem was addressed. I had severe dental infection with subsequent missing two back molar teeth. The bone was destroyed by infection and I could not get implants right away. I was referred to Dr. Noroozi to receive bone reconstruction and implant surgery. Everything went very well, the recovery time was short and I am very excited to get the implant crowns soon. I highly recommend this fabulous implant surgeon and his efficient team of professionals to everyone including my family and friends. You feel from the begining that you are in competent hands.

The surgery appointment went very smoothly and the post operative visits were all on time. Staff are very informative, reassuring and professional. If you look for a professional well trained and kind hearted specialist for your tooth implant, I highly recommend this place to you. They do not do cheap dentistry but it is all worth it. I had an an amazing experience here with my complex dental treatments. Dr. Noroozi is a well seasoned specialist and the office including doctors, nurses and hygienists are all awesome. Office is organized, modern and sanitary with up to date equipment. If you look for a great specialist to do your implant, look no further. He is your best chance.

It took me a while to write my review, but I feel confident referring people to Dr. Noroozi for complex cases as I had. He's a master in his craft and takes great pride in his patients' outcomes - I had a perfect result, surgery was comfortable and minimally invasive, and I encountered no complications afterward.

Dr. Noorozi presented different treatment options to me in our initial consultation, and didn't really try to steer me in one way or another. He did give me the facts though and I did my own research to select what I thought was best.

I do take away one star because the costs are so high - I understand that his techniques are more advanced and expert care commands a higher price. However I see a different periodontist for other issues and even ancillary services like CT scans, oral sedatives, crowns, are comparatively way more expensive. Having spent about $15k, I felt price gouged. I was also pushed into having expensive grafting done that the other periodontist deemed unnecessary, so that has left me insecure to whether the patients' best interests are in mind or if it's more about money - or if it's just a difference in expert opinion.

Another complaint: He used my pictures in his social media accounts without notifying me or obtaining permission. Nothing particularly identifying is shown, but I felt very violated seeing this. I suggest you ask about it ahead of time if this bothers you as well.

Customer service wasn't the best - I find the front desk unfriendly and cold, but they are professional and that's enough for me.

In conclusion: If you have the financial means, I recommend this office especially for complicated, serious or extensive surgeries. You will have top notch care and results. There are some less pertinent drawbacks to consider as I've described above.

While I appreciate the work done by the doctor at the dental office, I did not have a pleasant experience. The office has strict policies regarding booking and cancellation fees, which I understand as time is valuable for everyone. However, it seemed to be a one-sided agreement as my time was often wasted. I had to wait for my appointments, held back after surgery for paperwork, and on one occasion, I waited for a quick 5-minute check-up by the doctor for 20 minutes in the chair. Furthermore, I noticed that the staff often seemed busy, and it was challenging to get their attention to answer my questions. Unfortunately, it was hard to get the information I needed, which left me feeling somewhat frustrated and uncertain.

Extremely happy with the specialized care I have received in this office. Doctors and staff are really passionate, knowledgeable and professional. I have received a molar implant in this office with bone graft. The result of my treatment is AMAZING! Strongly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental implants.

The sinus bone graft procedure went very smoothly, and no pain, except a bit after i wake up, but that is expected. I would recommend this place to anyone needing this procedure or related work.
