Impulse Health and Wellness is the best place for physiotherapy. I start my treatment on the 1st December 2023 and today is day 4 of my treatment and I’m already 70% fit. #Harpreet you’re the best.

Been going to Impulse for couple of years now and I would recommend them for your back pain. The clinic is always clean and the front desk staff are always welcoming. Dr. Wong is amazing. He's the reason why my back pains have lessened and why my health has improved. Give them a call, they will take excellent care of you.

They have a pretty streamlined process where you come in, do one exercise, then scan your card. Then you do the remaining of your exercises then go to the assigned treatment room and scan your card again so the doctor knows you're ready. Dr Janek is a knowledgable chiropractor, and open to questions. The initial scan and x-rays are valuable so you know what to focus on for treatment.

I've been getting treatment here for roughly 9 months now and I couldn't be happier. They are very professional and handle a multitude of issues.

I had a great massage appointment with Brandon Benson. I have been seeing him for about a year-started with a massage before doing the "Tour de Cure" ride for cancer in 2022. Perfect tune up before a huge cycling event. Have been seeing him regularly ever since to keep these muscles moving well!

Serious lack of callbacks follow up paperwork to where it needs to go!

I would’ve never gone here if I knew the paperwork would not get to work insurance and Then have to fight back-and-forth just to get paperwork

Call to inquire more than twice it’s still been two or three months no paperwork no callbacks!

Dr. Will is great! Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what I need to make my back feel better. My pain has significantly reduced since getting treatments. Dana and the front desk team are amazing too, friendly and accommodating to last minute schedule changes!

I had really bad pain in my calf for quite some time. I booked an appointment with RMT Jag and after 2 sessions I am pain free. Thanks Jag!

Impulse Health Wellness Clinic is the best place to be for your overall wellness goals. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Jag is very helpful and skilled as an RMT. If you are looking for relaxation or even pain relief, he is the one to go to! Dr Janek is very knowldgeable and listens and knows exactly what you need. My husband’s back pain has improved a lot and he got his mobility back with Dr Janek’s help. We highly recommend Impulse Health and Wellness Clinic!

I have been seeing Dr Mitchell for just over a month now for lower back pain/sciatica, as well as heel pain. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and always makes sure to listen to and respond to my feedback. More importantly, his adjustments have helped me dramatically improve in such a short time.

Dr. Chris and the staff are very friendly and knowledgable on chiropractic care. They have a scientific approach, and it is satisfying seeing the results of my adjustments during the progress scans.

The ladies working the front are always so welcoming. I love that you can pre-book months in advance, it helps so much with a busy schedule. Dr. Wong is fantastic and friendly. He is excellent with explaining your charts in a way where you can understand how to help with your progress.

Dr. Will and the staff at Impulse Health are professional, kind and caring. The office environment is relaxing and everyone there is very knowledgable and always available to answer any questions as well as booking your appointments for when you need them the most.

We have been getting great care from the staff at Impulse for over 8 years. The staff are so attentive, greetings are always exchanged, professional from start to finish! During covid we have always felt very safe and that in itself is a relief. Dr. Wong really knows his work, over the years there have been several body issues that needed work, some appointments, I would give no indicator as to what the area of pain was.not once was Dr. Wong unable to address and work on getting the pain to subside and relief started, from the pre massage, he was able to locate what was going on. Have played sports all of my life and when a recurring shoulder injury was keeping us off the tennis courts, it took about a half dozen sessions to get the mobility back, once again, there is motion in my arm that was there before the injury.and this feels good and is why we get the " maintenance work " done.being able to be active again feels great at this age.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a chiropractor! Dr. Wong and Dr. Chris always ensure their patients feel comfortable during each session and that their patients are reaching their wellness goals. Receptionists are lovely too.

X-rays nerve scan etc they are fully packed for anything. Only downside they don’t take direct billing with insurance. Good luck

After a big bike accident when I was young I had pains in the back and at the cervical. Dr. Wong scanned my spinal column and understood my problem. After three years of therapy I have no more pains, he's really amazing and his team too. Thank you Dr. Wong for your job.

What an amazing Health and Wellness Centre. I've been going to Impulse Health and Wellness for quite sometime and I've been nothing but satisfied.

All the staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The receptionists Dana and Thuy are amazing, very efficient and accommodative. As for Dr. Leong Wong, he is an outstanding and passionate Chiropractor: He takes his time in explaining things to you and puts you on the right path for recovery. Within a matter of less than 3 months of Chiro sessions, I felt a huge difference.

On another note, besides doing Chiro sessions there, I also do message therapy with Nav. She is a great registered massage therapist, very professional and definitely knows what she is doing.

Thank you Dr. Janek for an excellent treatment. During my first visit he explained how my bones are and how it is affecting the pain on my lower back. Its been over 2 months since my regular therapy and i feel a lot better. Everyone is great, very professional and friendly.

The staff are very professional and friendly, I feel very welcome arriving here and relaxed leaving. Dr. Leong is by far my favorite chiropractor compared to the multiple I've seen in the past.

This place is where I have found the solution to my persistent lower back pain problem. I learned that my spine was borderline arthritic that was 30 years in the making. Through regular chiropractic adjustments, 2 times in a month for over 2 years, my back got better.

#years later:
It has been 3 years since I am on the maintenance schedule for regular adjustments given by Dr. Janak and I am very happy with my progress that I will continue to invest in the health of my spine. It has been quite a journey since day one when I was told that my spine is in a bad shape main reason I was in such deep pain.

Last weekend for the very first time in years, I had the pleasure to restart skiing. Being absent in doing extreme sports I was afraid of the impact on my body from falling down mainly. But it has been nothing but fun (even if I fell few times) and I was back skiing free of pain again. I am so pleased and happy that I am able to do something that I would never thought I would do again. It is exciting for me to get motivated and to look forward for other adventures living the life I hoped for even if I turned 50.

In the spirit of appreciation to Dr. Janak and to the beautiful dedicated team at Impulse Health I would like to spread abit of hope with everyone that persistence and the investment in our health/spine pays off long term. The results are evident in my situation.

From the moment I walked into the office I knew I arrived at the right place. The message displays on walls and TV have been encouraging and the staff was very welcoming.
I came with the intention to have a massage therapy due to a stubborn and quickly developing pain over the past few months in my left shoulder. I quickly learned from the receptionists, lovely girls, that I can do a quick X-Ray for my spine and I loved the idea to check myself out.
The X-Ray results were overwhelming, and I needed immediate chiropractic attention. My spine has been in a bad shape due to whiplash of 2 car accidents and a very bad bike accident. At 47, I was not going to give up my hope to continue living a happy life. That moment I decided I will do everything it takes to turn my health back on track. I attended 3 times a week chiropractic care and signed up for all their workshops. Since then, I am at 2 sessions per week and the improvement is already significant.
What I love here the most is the holistic approach and the educational component. I learned so much about my spine, a healthy spine and how important is to take care of it. A compromised spine affects everything in the body from mobility, mood/mental capacity, energy level, sleeping patterns to any metabolic disorder.
One of the best workshop I attended for my own benefit is the “Posture”, but I love all of them because it conveys the great intention and the extra effort. Working together with Dr. Janek to improve my posture and health has been a blessing and a positive experience. I use ergonomic desk, and chair at work, with minimal sitting and I have taking up daily swimming amongst other things that I include in my daily routine.
Ones I was told by a lady who turned 101 years old that the secret to long life is a healthy spine and some bacon in your salad. I am not sure about the bacon but I am now a believer for the care of a healthy spine so I am planning to come here for a long time.
I am very grateful to Dr. Janek for taking me as a patient and to Dr. Chris Leong for the intense care I was given for the first 2 months. I was given back the hope to improve my spine and my health.
I highly recommend this place, this team. It is one of the best thing I have done for myself.
