I recommend any one to get the RMT service in here. I tried three Therapists, all of them are amazing, take your pain seriously and focus on it. Office set up is nicely done and always clean and comfortably set up to relax

Nice & large staff, so plenty of options. I switched to here from Inlet Wellness centre after getting too many last minute cancellations and no complaints so far.

Nathan is the one! I travel from Vancouver to Port Moody to see him. He is skilled, professional, efficient, and always on time.

I have been looking for an RMT that is knowledgable and effective and I'm so happy to find this place that's close to home. RMT Nathan is really excellent - he's friendly, professional and can zero in on those tight spots really quickly. I always feel instantly relieved after his massage. He is so personable, I never feel awkward about the massage like I sometimes do with other therapists. At InBalance, they are taking all necessary procedures to reduce the risk of COVID transmission. I feel absolutely safe going there during the pandemic and I would 100% recommend their services.

Top notch sanitization (for real, check the website), service practitioners and overall experience! I have been having regular weekly treatments from Nathan for about a year. He always took our consults at the beginning of every appointment seriously, paid attention to my concerns (which were many because I have previous injuries, and a practitioner that isn't in tune with their training or their patient can actually do me damage), and I have noticed a marked improvement in my mobility. I have also had treatments from two other practitioners there, and they were also attentive and provided beneficial treatments for me. Can't say enough good things about InBalance Wellness. It's a relief and a gift to know I can go there and be in good hands to help me heal.

I have seen Autumn twice for massage therapy. My main concerns were by back and shoulders. She was amazing. She really works on your concerns and makes sure she massages at a level you are comfortable with. She checks in on you throughout your appointment.

I first started seeing Arden Laliberte a few years ago when I had a bad case of plantar fasciitis in my left foot. She was and is a marvelous massage therapist who seems to have an intuitive understanding of how to find just the right spot to alleviate pain. It took several treatments but eventually the fasciitis disappeared completely.
Today she worked on my neck and shoulders to relieve pain there and again I was happily surprised to see how much more movement I had in my neck after just 40 minutes. Thanks, Arden!
Parking is never a problem. Waiting is never a problem. The front desk is always warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

I was hesitant in committing to a NUCCA chiropractic care initially but after meeting and having Dr Grace Yu treat me for the last year, I found her care to be non invasive, gently and caring. It is different and I don't have a fear of having adjustments done on me like I did with a conventional chiropractor. Dr Yu's office is relaxing, calming and clean. Always feel welcome when I show up for appointments. Thank you.

Bernarda is the best massage therapist I have ever known. Not a beauty relaxation massage rather truly therapeutic Massage as it should be. Great location. Lots of parking ; and they will submit to your benefit plan directly. I recommend them hands down!

I have been seeing Dr. Grace Yu since March for NUCCA and massage. Dr. Yu is highly skilled. While her approach is evidence based and scientific, it is also intuitive because she knows exactly what I need without much explaining from me. I am very lucky to have found the best doctor and the right treatment for me.

Dr. Grace Yu is simply the best chiropractor and RMT I have seen. In fact, she is amongst the best health professionals I have seen in Canada. She is very knowledgeable, and she is always getting updated at conferences. She is extremely caring with her patients - I have been seeing her for nearly six years. Currently I have been suffering from chronic TMJ pain and I always feels better after seeing her. Her clinic is very nice, and her office managers Gina and Sammie are the best, super polite, very caring with the patients and always willing to help.

Dr. Yu decorated her clinic in such a nice way that the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. I super recommend her clinic!
