I contracted this company to repair dry rot initially they gave me an estimate which by time they completed the job it was 5 times as much, I asked them to give a breakdown of their costs and they refused, afew months after the job
was done there was more water damage. I called the contractor and sent him pictures, 7 months now no response. They don't follow up with clients for feedback and really rude. They are inincredibl incredible.

Brett Bannon's team at Incredible Restorations had provided me with invaluable professional service throughout this water damage repair. Mr. Bannon addressed all my concerns and had a very clear and prompt communication with me and his team. The assigned staff Max who did the repair work for my place was very detailed and professional. They also followed very strictly all health recommendations with properly worn masks and booties which I regard this as one of the most important values for their service during this unprecedented time of COVID. With the sudden snowfall and the unpredictable water damage resulted from an upstairs neighbor's flood, my schedule at work had already been greatly interrupted and affected, I thank Mr. Brett Bannon and his team for their understanding and were able to finish the repair within a controllable time frame.

It has been a stressful couple of weeks with a laundry room leak followed by a roof leak (both not covered by insurance!)

Incredible Restorations is fantastic! The team was here the next day with equipment and ready to go. Keith was wonderful! He is very knowledgeable about many different areas of home construction and explained everything that he was doing and why. Every evening, he and the team cleaned up and left the areas they were working in extremely tidy considering the demolition and remediation work they were doing.

Brett Bannon was my project manager and he responded very quickly to phone messages or e-mails (within hours!). I got texts confirming appointments times which did not happen when I used Belfor (4-6 week project took 6 months! Never again!). I did have an appointment that got rescheduled for flood in progress at another client but I didn't mind because I got a text immediately and a follow up phone calling explaining what happened. I've been in that active flood situation and yes, that should take priority.

I got a detailed report with lots of pictures that shows their work inside the walls (that I can't see otherwise) and the water readings etc. This is great because I can show this to my strata to prove that there isn't any water damage to the surrounding homes.

Best of all, they were able to stay within my budget! They kept me informed about the amount of work completed and how close we were to the amount I had set. I can't recommend them enough! Great business! Great people!

Brett Bannon was our project manager for a water-damage claim. He was very professional, caring, and prompt. There were a lot of roadblocks between the insurance company and the tradespeople, but he kept things on track and was upbeat and compassionate throughout the life of the project. I will definitely call Brett and Incredible Restoration if I have another insurance claim. Fingers crossed that I don’t!

Had a great experience with this company, the workers were punctual, thorough, and very easy to speak with. I had a minor leak but everything was checked to ensure the proper repairs were made all in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to any friends or family!

Had Incredible Restorations do emergency services and restoration after a flood happened in the basement. Everything was done well, technicians seem skilled and the quality was good. Brett Banon was our project manager and he was on top of things, very easy to reach by cell and had prompt replies to texts. He scheduled everything well and they finished repairs in a timely manner. Overall, no complaints; I would use them again.

After my parent’s house flooded last weekend from the rain, I called Incredible Restorations, and they were there in less than an hour. They’ve been great so far extracting and drying our home. Chris and his team are very organized and great with communication. Jesse, one of the technicians have been super polite and helpful each time he’s been here!

I learned a hell of a lot with them and think they’re probably the safest bet I can see for anyone in an emergency flood

10/10 would work there again I just needed to take a higher paying worse job in order to pay some bills i definitely intend on shooting a resume back there

I had a leak from the unit upstairs. Incredible Restorations provided emergency response. From the coordinating supervisor, Nash Charbonneau, to each of the crew members who attended my home (Josh, Tyson, Carlos & Abraham), I received stellar service. Nash and his crew went beyond in accommodating special requirements to ensure my home remained safe of chemicals and toxins. Each crew member respected my home as if it were their home.

Because of my experience during emergency restoration, I hired Incredible Restorations to do my repairs. They worked around my schedule, always arrived on time, and Nash stayed in touch with me regularly to ensure that everything was going well from my point of view. Without hesitation, I recommend Incredible Restorations. They are shining stars in an industry that doesn't have the best reputation.

Very un-professional workers, I had a washer leakage that damaged my hardwood. They came in a day after and took alot of pictures to record. They brought 2 fans deliberately late next day. Water already had damaged my hardwood while it could be prevented in the first place, but they wasted time and responded very slowly so the leakage would grow and they could charge (quoted $12800 for replacing hardwood). Unfortunately I didn't have insurance to cover it. So I kicked them out and now I have to not only repair the hardwood but also to replace the basebaords they took un- necessarily. Don't trust this company they rip you off and wast your time.

This restoration company is all about making a big fat bills. If you don't have a proper insurance, just caulking a washroom may end up around $700, approx 7 x 8 bathroom ceiling water damage repairs around $14000. Extremely high price list, equipment rental way above market pricing and this all on the name of Emergency Repairs. When I commented on their Facebook page about unfair business practice they do, they blocked me from commenting. They would even pull out unnecessary repairs too

My husband and I are investors. Over twenty years in business of residential and commercial real estate, we had to deal with many trades and different companies. Yes we thought we have seen the worst until I called Incredible Restoration to look after a small insurance claim we had in one of our properties. For two weeks I had to chase their project manager Aaron Grieson and their CEO Gerard Gust to prepare a report for my insurance adjuster which they never did. I made several phone calls, sent many texts and e-mail. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond to us. One wonders how they stay in business with this terrible customer service. If I could I would give them zero stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Katita and Aaron were really easy and efficient to coordinate services with. Katita went out of her way to make everything go smoothly. I definitely want to get assistance from these folks in the future. It's reassuring to know there is a 24 emergency service that is friendly, fast, and easy to work with.

They dried out all the water and repaired the baseboards, flooring, drywall, and kitchen cabinets. Took longer than they initially said but overall good work.

They found out there was more water damage behind my drywall near the foundation than I had originally thought. They made sure I approved the extra work and cost before they started. Was impressed with the professionalism and high quality work!

Incredible Restorations did not communicate accurate information to me as their client about what elements of the restoration would and would not be completed after my bathroom roof was damaged. I was initially told that all damage created by the restoration company to dry out the washroom would be repaired before the project was complete. This included repairing all drywall that was damaged to "paint ready" and fixing any holes and reattaching the baseboards. However, an employee later told me they would fix everything and paint the bathroom. He even took a sample of the ceiling color and got the paint made to do so. 10 days passed after that employee said Incredible Restorations would be returning to paint. No one from the company was in touch with me in any way during this period. Subsequently, I became concerned and called in, only to be told that they would not be painting or completing repairs as promised.

Incredible Restorations was not respectful of my time. The company would schedule times for restoration work on my washroom; however, on multiple occasions their employees didn't show-up. They never communicated or apologized for any instances in which their employees did not show up to pre-assigned appointments until I called to inquire. They have been to my unit over 10 times and on 2 occasions came in and did nothing because they hadn't communicated with the plumbing company and didn't know the leak wasn't yet fixed.

I continually experienced poor communication with Incredible Restorations. They often neglected to respond to email and phone calls. When calling to follow-up with the company, I was put on hold for long periods of time. In addition, often nobody was able to accurately answer any questions about the restoration project.

I hope the company reflects on their lack of professionalism and follows through with final repairs needed to finish the restoration of my washroom.

Contacted this company to help with a ceiling leak. Their crew arrived within an hour and fixed everything up as quickly as they could. Would use them again if needed.

Dried flooring, removed and replaced drywall, repainted and reinstalled baseboards. Looked great! Very polite and professional.

Words are not enough about the unprofessional job they did to my kitchen, after 6 weeks I have to hire other companies to repair the damage they made.

It was great how fast and responsive to getting my leaky sink fixed. Communicated with me throughout the job till it was done. Very thankful for these guys. Unfortunate that others had bad experiences with them but was not the case for me.

My house experienced flooding in the kitchen due to some faulty pipes. They fixed everything with no issues and were extremely professional and demonstrated exceptional customer service.
