Watery butter chicken! They also have given me plain naan everytime I’ve ordered garlic naan. I’m looking for a new place to order Indian in North van.

Worst customer service ever experienced in Vancouver. If have a respect for your self, avoid this restaurant.

Very clean, and the food seats well!

I’ve been there many times! Every single time I felt so welcome and the food is fantastic! Really cozy place to have a very nice lunch!

The chicken Biriyani was too bad
Doesn’t taste like biriyani.it was like they fried the rice with chicken.chicken was so dry and little burned.

Went there today, messed up the order and instead of butter chicken, put lamb curry.
Had to wait in line to get my order changed. No apology was offered for the mistake and or wasting my time. Once I picked up the food and walked to the car, realized the butter chicken was not closed properly and spilled in the paper bag and seeped thru
Went back, again no apology was offered. Any other restaurant would have said sorry.
And apologized. Bad management.

Fantastic food! Been looking for a good place on the north shore and we finally found it! Chilli chicken, butter chicken, garlic naan, Dal Makhani, and Malai Kofta were all delicious! Will make this a regular occurrence! Highly recommended and great delivery service as well!

Indian Fusion's is hands-down the Best Butter Chicken joint. We calle them and order by phone, and the quality has been truly excellent over the past 5 years since we discovered them. The Mango Lassi is also great. We've only noticed that the amount of chicken may have been reduced a bit (we noticed this when Covid-19 hit, and they were hurting just like everybody else in town), but they may reconsider this in the near future. Regardless, it is a great restaurant and the service is polite and fast, even for take-out orders.

We ordered the Butter Chicken, Lamb Vindaloo, chicken Biryani, garlic naan, and some samosas. Everyone was delicious. The Lamb was tender, the chicken in the Biryani was seasoned nicely and juicy.

My new "go to" Indian place since my regular (3rd near Chesterfield) left town.

Thank you for being here, can't wait to come back.

Best Food, great atmosphere,
Definitely going back

Ordered a butter chicken for take out it was so salty that was not eatable.
Called the restaurant and after all the kitchen and the front consulted with each other they said no it’s not salty! Like I’m lying for $16! They said if you want bring it back so that we check! They expected me to drive back in ice just to prove to them!
I told them I am not coming back and you guys can put a butter chicken credit for next time but they said sorry our manager is not here!
I gave them my number so the manager can call and he never did! So disrespectful

Been here a few times and still feel it is better to order out then sit in the restaurant. There is too much back and forth between the kitchen and front counter as they prepare take-out orders. Used to love their food, especially the Chicken palak, but had it recently, and it tasted a bit bland. The chicken was nice but it was too heavy relative to the masala. I prefer Palki and their Chicken Saag. But that is just my personal taste others may prefer a blander curry dish.

Customer service is A+ i walked into the restaurant, such a great aura btw. And I ordered a butter chicken from the lovely staff. Salt levels immaculate I must say.would give 6 stars if possible way better than the swads I had the other day! Thank you for the free butter chicken voucher aswell.

It was a take out. The worst customer service ever. Would never go there again. I complained about my food and they refused to give me credit for next time! They said bring the food back and they meant it like I am lying!

Incredible staff. Unbelievably tasty food. Good options for spice whether you like extra hot or extra mild. Fantastic for a cheap lunch special or full spread for family meal. Easily the best Indian Food on the North Shore and honestly some of the best I've ever had. Fantastic vegan options. Good drinks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Another super visit to our favorite Indian restaurant in North Vancouver. The fragrance as you walk in is a promise fulfilled by the delicious food. Love the buzzy atmosphere and great menu.

The food at this joint is amazing, however I will give 2 stars for the really bad customer service experienced twice now.

The lady at the counter had refused me service twice on different occasions for dine-in even though I was there at 0200 PM and which is 1/2 before their lunch closing time posted all over. I have been allowed to dine-in when she is not around ‍️.

I have seen other people allowed dining and given service same time, probably it’s the desi people she don't like.

I wish I had a better experience and Come here again for the excellent food but the lady had made my experience distasteful.

Suggestions: Please change the sign in restaurant and website to no service from 2.00pm. - 3: 30 PM instead of 0230 to 0330pm

Panner tikka is yummm hereI came second time here just to eat that from so long and they didn’t disappoint me.

If you are an Indian and want authentic Indian food, this is not the place to go, it is not Indian only the name of the foods are Indian, and the owner is rude.

The waitress seated two of us in a table for four. The owner came from the kitchen and rudely told the waitress and we could hear him say “never seat two people in a table for four. Move them. ” We heard that and we got annoyed.

Absolutely amazing curry. I have both dined-in and ordered take-out and both were amazing.

The servers are knowledgeable and freidnly. They don't try to oversell you portions and recommends you the right amount for your party.

For take-out, the curry and other food are packaged nicely and the quality is still the same as dine-in.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have quality curry.

Disappointing when poor service, incorrect and slow order is blamed on busy kitchen. No excuse to wait an hour for a starter. Disappointing experience.

Went to Lynn Canyon Park this morning and then grabbed lunch here. The best food we’ve had during our stay in Vancouver. This is a must have. The garlic naan and tikka masala were amazing.

Really good food with Indian music, plus the best AC in the hot weather.
Nice collection of beers for alcoholic drink. So far the best Indian restaurant in Lonsdale from my point of view.

Great lunch specials! Tried the butter chicken that came with Daal, Naan, rice, cucumber salad and yogurt dip. Big portions. Really nice flavour. Ordered the dish medium which ended up being a nice balance of spice. Also tried a couple of samosas that came with tamarind and mint chutneys. Yum. Service was friendly and quick. Price was reasonable. Thanks.

I rarely 5* a restaurant because even when the food is excellent, I have very high service expectations. So first off, the food is truly excellent. It is not just well executed classics like Butter Chicken, everything we ordered was as good as I have had it or better, with an innovative take on the spice-pallet. And service? This must be the happiest and kindest staff I’ve ever met! They greeted and maintained attention at just the right level. I cannot overstate the excellent experience and hope you’ll treat yourself and your family.

Probably the best Indian restaurant in North Vancouver and definitely up there for Vancouver overall. Great service (dine in usually) and (if you give good notice) excellent for pick-up/takeaway.
Food is flavorful (not overbearing on 'heat', unless you ask!) and quantities are ample.
Great friendly staff (yes, turnover occurs but management know what they are looking for).
Price point is fine given all the above.
Seating is limited so book ahead or try off-peak hours

Love everything about this restaurant. The atmosphere, the staff, the prices and especially the FOOD! The flavors are perfect and everything is cooked to perfection. Wish it was in my home town and I didn't have to come in from the USA to eat here!

The restaurant offers not just mouth watering food but also some delicious quirky cocktails!
The chicken was very well done and juicy but the lamb was a lil too chewy and hard for our preference. The owner was prompt enough to have our dish rectified which was a nice gesture. The flavours are amazing and the spice levels are just perfect for their curries.
Their spinach naan breads are a must have!

I, ve ate worst smosa and veg briyani of the world. Samosa was so much oily that stuff contained oil in it. Veg briyani has so much gravy taste and veggies in big chunks with very less rice. It was not even close to briyani taste. Whoever is chef he does not deserve to cook in his life.
This food had upset my stomach and very bad giggling all day.

We have spent so much money in this place. The last time my partner and I went in when NO ONE was there and spent money, the owner sent the server over to kick us out because now they needed to maximize on their money since more people came in. Three women went into the washroom at the same time, I commented on that to my partner only. The person sitting behind us was supposedly an owner. He commented on the conversation I was having at the table with my partner. This is a horrible customer place. When the door opens to the kitchen… peak in.

Our favourite Indian restaurant on the North Shore. Food is great, staff are always super friendly. It gets busy Friday nights so plan ahead. Great for takeout, delivery (use their website to order) or dine-in. Highly recommended!

Got a take out Meat lunch specials, today the chicken was not fresh at all and not at all tender. Also the roti was half cooked from the center.

An exceptional restaurant. Unassuming, modest in appearance but the food is out of this world. Fantastic serving staff - dine in and receive quick, friendly service despite the steady stream of takeout. It is remarkable how much business this place does - the kitchen puts out an incredible volume of food. Locals line up to pick up their takeout which means that everything that comes out of the kitchen is fresh. The best restaurant I have ever eaten at on the North Shore.

Amazing place! Unbelievable food taste, fresh and colorful. By far the best Indian place on North Shore! Huge portion sizes on all dishes (Be careful the “dinner” items don’t come with rice, but if you didn’t know or forgot to order, the team will get them ready for you in a rush!) Amazing service. It’s a must try place, dine in or takeout, you will not be disappointed!

Ordered malai kofta.disappointed 2times over. Kofta is hard as hell.supposed to be soft.

I had their fish curry and a samosa. Its been at least 15 years since I tasted Indian food that good. The flavor of the samosa was well seasoned and outstanding and the creaminess, flavor and slight heat of the curry out of this world. Its my new "go to" for Indian food for sure!

Their Butter chicken is always amazing.
If you order one, it's probably enough for 2 people.

Terrible service New Years Eve. I was told my food would be ready for pick up in one hour. I called one hour after I ordered and was told it would be 15 more minutes, now almost two hours later my food is still not ready. I wish they would have just been honest about the delay from the start instead of giving priority to Skip the Dishes!

A restaurant having a closed washroom. Went there as a customer and was told that washroom is closed. I understand due to covid they cant let everyone to use washroom but they refused a customer to use the washroom. Remember its a restraurant who wont allow their customer to use the washroom.

I was disappointed how New Years went down - it took us over 2 hours to get our order, of which over 1 hour was spent waiting outside in the rain on the sidewalk with a group of 20 other people also waiting for their food. Had they just told us it would have been 2 hours it would have been fine, but the staff kept saying 10-15 mins longer wait. Meanwhile they kept pumping out orders for Skip the Dishes which got priority over everyone else. Had we known that we would have just ordered online and not wasted our New Years waiting around. Accurate communication would have been appreciated.

We’ve had lots of Indian in BC and ON and this place takes the cake. The butter chicken, shahi paneer and lamb rogan josh were absolutely delicious. Our new favourite go-to for Indian!

There’s a lot of Indian food in town, and this is some of the very best for a casual takeout evening. Coming home to kits from the North Shore I’ll swing by just to pick up dinner and take it all the way back to Kits in spite of living a block or two from many other Indian restaurants. My only wish is that they’d use non-plastic containers for takeout. I’d order more often if they did.

No washroom access. Washing hands has been identified as a key defense in defeating Covid19. Food was good.

Highly recommend this restaurant if you are craving Indian food. The owner of the restaurant is friendly and takes the effort to talk to her customers. The food here is consistently good.

Amazing. Food. Staff. Just amazing. What really blew my mind was that one of the staff came over and said that one of the regulars that i was talking to as he was paying his bill and i was waiting to be seated bought us a bottle of wine! I couldn't even thank him because he was already gone. Talk about paying it forward! Everything looked so good that we just kept ordering even though there were only two of us! We ended up taking most of it home and were able to still feed eight of us for dinner at home the next night! Can't wait to go back!

We ordered quite a bit of takeout form this place. Their dishes used to be full of flavors, however our last takeout order of Lamb Rogen Josh was mediocre. Too much tomato sauce, not enough flavour and large chunks of onion. I truly hope they get their quality back in check.

This is my favourite restaurant in the lower mainland! I take friends and family here when they visit and order takeout when I feel like a treat. The chicken korma is to die for, the staff is always very friendly, and the lunch special is a great deal. 10 stars if I could!

I’ve ordered here several times over the last year but lately I’ve seen a trend where their curries have less and less filling. I always order the Mutter Paneer and while it is tasty, it’s been arriving with less and less paneer / peas. Very disappointed with my last takeout order which is why I’ve given the restaurant three stars.

Such an amazing place! Food is so tasty, service is excellent and atmosphere is pretty good. Huge menu with lots of variety: chicken, lamb & vegetarian dishes. Definitely get the Garlic Naan, so so good. Rice portion is large enough for 2-3 people. Such a great place, been here twice and love it even more!

Great service, cute interior (modern with some Bali influence), and great food. We tried a handful of dishes. Definitely get the pickles and raita as sides.

It was a very good experience. The atmosphere was great and the presentation of the food was also at match. Some of the food, however, was a bit over the line with taste. One dish I will highly recommend however, is the garlic and basil naan bread. An overall new experience. You can see a picture of the named naan bread below.

It's a really good restaurant. Don't let the empty restaurant fool you that you should go somewhere else.
The quality of food and service were amazing, and the foods, full of aroma and flavor. We loved prawn tikka masala, Tikka tandoori and the chilli chicken. Each had its own taste, which made it a one of a kind experience.
Will definitely come back again.

We ordered paneer tikka, not on menu but they prepared as vegetarian choice. It was excellent. Great food and excellent hospitality. It did take some time to prepare our off menu item. We did not feel bloating or other issues that you feel after you eat in US Indian restaurants.

Visiting from out of town a friend invited me here the food was fabulous cant find this kind of food in my home town. Just delicious.

Wonderful lunch with daughter and granddaughter. Lamb Bombay curry & meat platter w/rice was recommended and a great choice by lady owner. A Really nice restaurant and very clean. Will definitely go back again.

I wasn’t a fan of indian cuisine until I visited this one! Wow!
I had a grill mix and loved the lamb and prawn, and also tasted a friend’s I think it was cashew curry, and it was amazing.
A nice interior, as well. Really recommend.
