Lots of parking. Clean and easy to navigate. Lots of books, gifts, toys and puzzles. A bit pricey.

This store is NOT accessible to people in wheelchairs the isle are covered in a maze of tables, when I told a employee that my husband couldn't get into the store in his chair she shrugged her shoulders and walked away so if you are disabled you will need to go somewhere else they don't want our business

Not the best price but great selection of toys and books. Most sale aren’t even sales. Very good environment and very convenient that it’s connected to a Starbucks.

Great selection but I believe they need to increase their collection of foreign language books. And religious books too.

Great selection of books, the staff usually keeps it well organised and clean. They are also attentive and friendly. Can get extremely busy with long lineups, they could probably check people out faster or have more staff on hand.

Good thing they aren't my Emergency contact, I've been on the line waiting for someone to answer for over 35 mins. Great customer service LOL. NOT. Obviously they don't need my money
