Indigo ENT Group - Coquitlam (Dr.'s Mah, Dewji & Gooi)

Dr. Dewji is exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. His medical guidance and understanding of his patients needs goes above and beyond. He made me feel safe and supported during my appointment with him. I left feeling confident in everything we discussed as he took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Dr. Dewji to anyone looking for an ENT.

Dr Gooi is awesome. Sat down with me explained diagnoses made sure all my question were answered. Very good at explaining everything. Receptionist very nice and helpful. Building is on ground floor so wheelchair and walker assessable

I have consulted with Dr. Dewji on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, both experiences were far from satisfactory. While I understand that every medical professional has their approach, I felt that Dr. Dewji lacked the attentive listening that a patient needs, especially during distressing times. During our discussions, it seemed he was selectively picking up on keywords from my description rather than genuinely understanding the full scope of my symptoms.
This lack of comprehensive attention left me feeling directionless, without any clear path or strategy for my health moving forward.

For context, I've been experiencing deafness in one ear accompanied by tinnitus, dizziness, brain fog, and extreme fatigue for over a year. Despite these significant symptoms, I am yet to ascertain the underlying cause. It's disheartening, and I had hoped for a more constructive and supportive experience from a medical professional.

I sincerely hope others have a better experience But I doubt it.

READ THE BOTTOM- This company does not have the customers best interest at heart. They insist on a phone call appointment before meeting… Why? Can they diagnose like this? Ridiculous. If I can go someplace else I will for sure. Wasting people’s time like this and stalling medical help is absurd! My son is 3… it is taking months to see an ENT. Awful service. Their website states: “Private consultation which includes a comprehensive history, physical with video endoscopy and audiometry (if required) is a flat rate of $500. Service is currently restricted to all NON-MSP patients only due to current restrictions on private healthcare. ”

Dr. Dewji is very professional in his practice and a fantastic Otolaryngologist he was very thorough and made great efforts to address my concerns. Nice Work

Had to wait months for an appointment after a specialist referral from my GP, and I'm told that the doctor is rescheduling and will phone me (?) within a 3 hour (? !) time slot. Excuse me but how are they supposed to know what's wrong without looking? And am I expected to sit around for 3 hours waiting for a phone call during work hours? I have things to do.

Receptionist was mean to me for no reason too. Why?

Dr Mah extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain what has to be done if necessary! I was under his care and done surgery 7 years ago and very much happy! And now my mother is going under his care and surgery! I recommend this professional and patience doctor!
I am great full Dr like him still around and helping patients!

Took my 8 month old son to get checked out by dr. Gooi. Receptionist was welcoming and dr. Gooi was efficient and checked out my son’s anatomy in his nose and throat.

Wife waited months for referral. Saw Dr. Mah. Quick and superficial exam. Seemed uninterested. Advised to drink water and suck lozenges. Not helpful.

Good ENT doctor but terrible front desk receptionist. Should hire a new one as it ruins the experience like many have also reviewed.
