Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Just straight up don't go here, maybe other locations are better I don't know but this location is awful. So many issues I can't even list them all.

3 Years later and nobody even tried to reach out.that's customer service for ya.

Went here to get measured for my suit for my wedding, staff have been very attentive and great with informing me of what may be a better choice for suit customizations

Provides great service with helpful & friendly staff! Went in without an appointment for a follow up alteration (Did not know I had to book one), yet they still tried their best to fit me into their busy schedule.

I came in to get a tux made for my own wedding. From start to finish, Jatin whom is the assistant store manager went above and beyond for me. I had come in multiple times to really dial in my suit for the wedding. Exceptional service he provided, very tentative and detailed. I would highly recommend!

I had a great experience shopping for a wedding suit at Indochino. Frank was amazing at helping me find the right match, and went above and beyond educating and explaining all the customization options available.

Went to this location today and had one of the worst customer service experience. When we walked into the store, the male sales associate in a blue suit walked over, glanced at us, and then proceeded to pretend that we weren't there. We had originally wanted to take a look at a sample of particular coat style we had seen online in person, so we approached the sales associate to ask if they had the coat style in store. But his answers were completely unhelpful variations of 'No'. No we don't have this coat style in store. No we don't have the fabric either. No we don't have anything similar to it and no we have no samples, here take a look at this suit material instead (we wanted a COAT). When we asked about the coats on the rack, it was, no these coats are only for display and don't try them on because they won't fit. He made his point very clearly: the store only sells custom clothing and the only way to get any service is just pay without looking at any style samples or any fabric. He's not willing to help, and guess what, we then find the exact coat we were looking for on the display rack, the exact style and the exact fabric and weight, and he just walked away.

In short, if you want decent customer service, don't go to the Indochino at Metrotown. I'll be visiting the downtown location in hopes of better service, but I'm not sure if I should expect for much at this point.

An extremely good first visit. Got fitted for a custom suit. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’m excited to see the suit when it comes.

We've heard good things about Indochino from friends about their quality and professional service, and decided to visit a store today to inquire about the tailoring options and measurements for a coat. We were glad we checked it out first before booking an appointment because the service was terrible and now we're reconsidering the brand or maybe going into another location.

First of all, the sales associate that approached us was extremely rude and was lacking knowledge of their products. We inquired about the coat material and style we saw online and wanted to see the material in person. He said they didn't have that specific fabric in this store, so we asked to look at a similar material to gage the feel and weight. He showed us a suit fabric that looked nothing like the pattern we showed him. When we explained and showed him the coat we were looking at specifically, we were then told that everything is completely custom made so it's useless that we're looking at the template on the website, nothing will look like it and if we want further suggestions then we have to put in an order first. We were quite put off because he just walked away and did not come back to assist us afterwards.

After we walked away we found the exact pattern and template we were looking at on one of their displays which he claimed they didn't have. I would've expected better service for what they are charging and if they wanted our business at all since the sales associate couldn't be bothered by a few questions until we made a purchase.

I had visited Indochino in Metrotown Mall to stitch a tuxedo for my wedding. There I met Frank who not only understood my requirements by also provided me with valuable styling advise. Frank was extremely professional, very helpful and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Outstanding service. Tron is a true pro and fully engaged. Every aspect of the experience was a pleasure. He went over and above.

My fiancé and I are extremely stressed for time to find a suit for our wedding in 2.5 months, and I am so happy we chose Indochino! Frank was more than accommodating, very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions! I would recommend seeing Frank specifically as it was a 10/10 experience.

Indochino doesn’t mean quality. I was in the middle of shopping, and the sales person walked away from me when I told him I didn’t have an appointment or asked me to fill one. He left me with no answer. And I was not going to Chase him around. My voice was silenced. Thanks for the help

Bought my second suit from Indochino in Burnaby. Very smooth experience. Was able to book an appointment time slot online and get my measurements done quick. Olga was very helpful and offered great insights. The suit also came earlier than anticipated. The Burnaby team provided fast alternation services on slight adjustments I needed after.

Absolutely stunned. Both the quality of the fabrics they offer and also the premium customer service. I have never had any in-store shopping experience like what Indochino had offered. They truly cares about your measurements and make sure to deliver the most suiting and customized clothes for their clients. I would forever remember this outstanding experience. Highly recommend Indochino for anyone who is looking for a fine customized suit with a reasonable price.

I had a great experience at the Burnaby location. I was helped by a representative and a manager over 2 days, both were really great. They were informative and made me comfortable asking questions. I still love the suit I bought 4 years ago and cant wait to see the pants I ordered.

Dean was amazing! Great explanation of the various options and never pressured me into purchasing anything, though I did!

Philip is hands down the best employee I’ve worked with at Indochino. He’s very knowledgeable, down to earth, empathetic, and willing to work with you to ensure you’re happy with your suit. I had a few mishaps with my suit after working with other employees, but Philip was able to remedy the situation, and prevented this from being a sour suit buying experience for me. Cannot recommend him enough!

Happy with their suits. Bought 2 and 1 Blazer and complements galore (not to sure if it's the suit or just accenting my natural good looks). Now the Blazer hasn't been worn in public yet but I expect no different reactions then I got from the suits. Vlad (no relation to the bear of Russia) was a wonderful person to deal with at the indochino in Metrotown when he steamed my Blazer. Thank you!

Awful service and overpriced suits. Part of a wedding party, we each were measured for our suit order. Suit arrived by mail quickly. I called the store to arrange for my final fitting. I left two voicemails, and finally received a call back 3 days later. After my final fit, the store rep offered to steam my suit, but advised that it wouldn't be done the same day, but they would call or email me when ready to be picked up. I did not receive a call or email for over a week, and decided to go to the store myself to pick up. The store rep said they had been waiting for me to show up? So, why didn't someone just make an attempt to contact me instead of waiting around.

Overpriced suits: We bought 5 suits as a group, and store could not discount it. I had a better past experience shopping at RW where they were willing to discount for groups.

Positive: the custom measured suit arrived quickly. I did not need additional adjustments at my final fitting, while others in my party had minor, easy adjustments.

Philip at the store went above and beyond with his customer service and quality of care. He made coming to the showroom completely worthwhile. I came into a store early to an appointment and he was able to move me up, being respectful for everybody's time and provided a legendary level of care, detail, and professionalism.

Highly recommended and will definitely be back again.

I preface my review by saying I seldom ever write reviews, so please take this in mind that my experience was exceptional enough to encourage me to do so.

I had a terrible experience with Indochino at Metrotown. It all began when a sales associate called to confirm my appointment. When I spoke to the individual on the phone, she actively discouraged me from coming in for my appointment provided my suit wasn't needed until next year. She kept insisting that a) all that was needed was 3 months lead time, b) my suit may be out of style by then, and c) I may no longer fit in my suit by this point. I said to the sales associate that I was a) fine buying in advance as I would rather have my suit sooner than later, b) I was not concerned with my suit potentially being out of fashion, and c) I would take the risk of not fitting my suit come next year.

Come the day of my actual appointment, my fiance, mother and I were met by the same sales associate who went right into the same talking points as on the phone. When we asked to still go through with the process, she provided no assistance, did not detail their process, and left us alone. In all my life, I have never actively been discouraged by a sales associate to not purchase their product. I highly recommend if you are considering Indochino to avoid this store, if I would even recommend going to them at all. This experience has soured my opinion of the brand and I will be encouraging all friends and family to go elsewhere in future.

Very professional and meticulous. The suit came back from the tailor's a perfect fit not needing any alterations. I would recommend Indochino at Metrotown mall in Vancouver to anyone looking for a tailored suit made to order.

Indochino at Metrotown is the only place to buy a custom suit. I had ordered a custom suit elsewhere and had run into a major problem. Phillip in particular but his team as well managed to reorder a new tuxedo, put it on rush and it showed up in time for my events and everything was made correctly.

Getting a custom suit was a new experience for me and after trying a couple places, the only place I'll ever go back to is here! Fantastic service, prompt responses via phone and email and they kept all promises made.

Vlad at Metrotown helped me with measurements and was great. He understood my needs, was patient but efficient, and a great guy to deal with.

Philip is the man! If u ever need a suit that fits like a glove you have to see him 100%. He goes above and beyond any kind of standard of service and every time I’ve come in he’s luckily always had time for me and takes me in. We have had issues with the suits my husband has had made for our daughters wedding. Jerah has been very helpful and diplomatic while trying to solve these issues. Thank- you for such good service Jerah!

My dad was looking for a bomber jacket and he was excited that the one at Indochino could be custom fit to his measurements since he is very particular about the length of his sleeves. We arrived on a Sunday and had to chase down an employee to help us. She said everything can be custom fit while nodding at the "MADE FOR YOU" sign on the wall. We booked an appointment for the upcoming Thursday. Upon arrival, we had to chase down an employee as there was no one in the store. After he took some measurements, the employee said the bomber jackets cannot be custom fit due to the band of fabric at the top and bottom of the jacket. It was unfortunately a waste of our time.

Great experience. Had e pleasure of dealing with Dean for a suit fitting. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this location with the assistance of Dean

Cheap material that took forever to ship since it came from China according to DHL. ($600 for a Chinese suit?)

Staff were judgmental and pompous while taking my measurements, which weren't correct anyways and my suit had to be remade. My pants needed to be adjusted more than 3 times because their seamstress just can't do it right.

Highly recommend Indochino and particularly this location. I’ve done a number of suits and such over the years and quality has been consistently top notch. Recently I purchased a number of shirts and a blazer. Everything came out amazing. Special thanks to Phillip for being extremely attentive to detail and knowledgeable and the absolutely fantastic job he did with taking my measurements. Every one of his recommendations came out amazing. There’s a lot of skill in measuring someone for fit and capturing the right nuance. It speaks to the level of attention when none of my shirts nor the blazer required any adjustments. 5 stars from me for Phillip and the team!

I was super excited for my new suit, the initial measurement/fitting went well. Today it arrived.sent from China and crammed into a 2 inch box, so it is horribly wrinkled. It is difficult to tell what is a wrinkle and what is a defect. The left sleeve is 3/4 inch longer than the right, there is a glaring neck roll, and the shoulder seams have dimples where the fabric is bunched. This is unacceptable quality control for a made to measure suit that cost $900.

The kicker is THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS ON MADE TO MEASURE SUITS, so I am now stuck with this subpar product.

Now I will have to go back so they can send it back to China and trust the same questionable tailors to make it better and wait another 4-6 weeks for it.

Do not waste your time, as you will be wasting a lot of it for an inferior product.

A 1 out of 5 rating is being generous.

Came in to get measured and buy at suit.

Was not acknowledged for 30 min despite having an appointment.

The only measurement they got right was the neck.

Horrible experience! I got three formal shirts. The length of all the shirts were wrong so couldn’t tuck in properly. At the store they said we have updated your measurements in the system and will be right the next time!
So I spent some 200-300 just to get it right the second time. So unprofessional!
