I thoroughly enjoyed my trip organized by Indus! This 9-day cruise in May 2023 along the Rhine was an extraordinary journey through Central Europe's rich history, featuring magnificent castles, cathedrals, and charming historic towns. Highlights included exploring the impressive Eltz Castle in Heidelberg, sailing through the picturesque wine region of Rudesheim, and experiencing the UNESCO World Heritage site of Strasbourg with its diverse architectural heritage. Highly recommend Indus for your travel adventures!

We just returned from the Indus trip titled "Highlights of Egypt and Jordan". Indus did an excellent job for us. There was always someone meeting us or taking us into the airport, the hotels were very nice, the vans we traveled in were clean and the guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. If you want to learn about Egypt and Jordan and see the amazing things (pyramids, etc.), this is the trip to take.

I went on the beautiful Bali trip in July. We had lots of problems with this tour and even didn't get some of the extra that we paid for. We spoke to Indus several times to complain but only got blown off for 4 months then finally told us we were at fault. Completely horrible customer service and a company that you should never trust. Complete lack of concern for your trip and only care about money. Don't trust this company use another one. I'll never use them again

I booked a trip with Indus to South Africa and had a fabulous time! It was easy to book the trip online and any questions I had were answered very quickly by Sabine. The hotels we stayed at were very nice and in good locations. Our tours were well organized and our safari in Kruger National park was definitely a highlight. A few mornings had a bright and early start, but this allowed us to accomplish quite a lot in a day. The hotel restaurants had decent food, which was convenient if we had a longer day and didn't want to go out to eat. Overall, I was very happy with the trip and I felt the price for my tour was excellent value. I would definitely use Indus again!

I just completed the Picturesque Solo Ecuador and Peru Tour. Hotels were good and except for the one in Cusco, they were very well located. Itinerary was great. I was met with friendly guides and drivers at each stage. City tours were excellent.

Indus Travels' Amazing Italy tour exceeded all our expectations. The hotels selected for our stay were not only comfortable but also strategically located in the heart of each city. Our recent journey on the Treasures of Japan tour with Indus Travels was a memorable one. The hotels selected for our stay were indeed centrally located, making it convenient for us to explore the cities on foot. The guides provided by Indus were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, offering interesting insights into the local culture and history. We did find the size of the coach larger than expected, which made maneuvering through narrow streets a bit challenging. However, the comfort and spaciousness of the coach compensated for the inconvenience. Japan itself was an enchanting country, with a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern marvels. We were mesmerized by the ancient temples, the vibrant markets, and the delicious cuisine. Indus Travels' expertise and organizational skills ensured a smooth and enjoyable journey. We are already contemplating booking another tour with Indus Travels as we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Japan. Thank you, Indus Travels, for a memorable experience.

So far I haven’t even traveled and I already don’t trust the people I’m dealing with. The dates that I paid for were changed because the tour sold out. Paid extra for other travel dates, then received communication that 4 people were traveling on the new date so they had to cancel. Went back to the original dates because now they have availability. Now that I’m at the original date they Indus travel will not honor they money I paid extra. Imagine what else they will do if I travel with the company. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and have not heard from anyone in over a week.

I just returned from a tour of Ireland with Indus Travels. It was a bus tour with 20 people. What a fantastic trip! It was my first guided tour and I was afraid it was for "old" people and wouldn't be any fun. I would highly recommend Indus Travels and our driver/tour guide Colm. He made the trip special. We experienced sooooo much in one week but I really wish it had been longer.

If you are thinking about a tour, don't hesitate. It is a safe and fun way to visit a country. They take all the guess work and stress out of traveling.

My wife and I recently returned from the Magic of Norwegian Fjords tour with Indus Travels and we had a wonderful time! The hotels were all centrally located and very clean. The guides were all very knowledgeable and friendly and they made sure we had a great time. The coach was a bit bigger than we expected, but it was still comfortable and spacious. We especially enjoyed the trip to the Sognefjord, which was absolutely stunning. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing Norway.

Terrible company to deal with! Went to Spain and Morocco in September of 2019 Stayed at the worst hotels with food not fit for a dog to eat! What they told us on our intinery was all lies The Supposedly English speaking tour guide in Spain could hardly put 2 words together No one to help with our luggage when we arrived at our 2 star motel And No washroom on the buses I paid for top notch service and received 1star service They gave us $50 dollars back and a $100 voucher to use on another trip as if I would book another trip! I paid $5000 for my trip from hell and this is what they offered me for resolution! Terrible terrible service!

Excellent tour arranged by Indus Travels. We visited Zagreb, Zadar, Sibenik, Split, Ston, Dubrovnik, Korcula Island & Plitvice National Park in Croatia, Mostar Bosnia, Kotor Montenegro, Ljublana Slovenia and Istanbul Turkey. Hotels, meals, transportation were all first class. Our guide Simona was fantastic. She had an abundance of knowledge and was very kind and funny. We had some pleasant surprises which were not originally included in our tour like city tour of Ljublana, Bosphorus Cruise in Istanbul, lavish dinner in Istanbul etc. Our guide Lale in Istanbul was amazing as well. She arranged some really wonderful tours for us. We had an amazing group and a lot of fun. Will definitely return to Dubrovnik, Kotor, Korcula Island.

Family trip booked to Thailand.well over $10k US spent. My son had a medical emergency before our trip and we called to re-schedule. They would not allow us to re-schedule or credit us back anything. Lesson learned, take control over your own trip and book it yourself. In the long run you will save more and have complete control over your own trip.

I recently had the opportunity to go on a Fam trip to Croatia and few places in the neighbouring countries. It was an incredible experience. Croatia is a beautiful country with stunning coastlines, crystal clear waters, and picturesque old towns. We explored the cities of Zagreb, Zadar, Split, and Dubrovnik, as well as Plitvice Lakes National Park.

We started in Zagreb, the capital city, where we visited the historic Upper Town and strolled through the colourful streets of the Lower Town. We visited the Museum of Broken Relationships, which was a unique interesting experience.

Split was another highlight of the trip, with its ancient Roman ruins, bustling marketplaces, and lively nightlife. Dubrovnik was perhaps the most impressive destination of all, with its imposing city walls, impressive fortresses, and stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. I highly recommend taking a stroll along the city walls and exploring the winding streets of the Old Town.

Finally, the Plitvice Lakes National Park was an absolute must-see, with its cascading waterfalls, lush forests, and sparkling lakes. The park is a UNESCO World Heritage site and truly a natural wonder.

Outside of Croatia, we visited the iconic Old Bridge in Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina and spent time in Kotor, a coastal town located in Montenegro. Each place has its unique charm and character and a must-see in the region.

On our way back home, we spent 2 days in Istanbul, Turkey. It was cherry on top. Two days were not enough but we managed to visit Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Taksim square, Grand Bazaar and got to experience vibrant culture and delicious local cuisine.

Overall, I would highly recommend Croatia to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable travel experience. Whether you're interested in history, culture, or nature, there's something for everyone in this wonderful country.

Great experience! Tino is the best at helping book and working through details. Our guides were knowledgable and personable. We had great tour bus (12 people on the tour) decent accommodations for the price point, and an itinerary that our friends have drooled over. We just concluded a wonderful tour to Portugal under the auspices of INDUS TRAVEL. It was a great trip in every way.

We purchased our tickets during the Covid Pandemic and we got a great deal. Of course we had to postpone our trip but when we decided to use our travel credits, we were able to do so with no hassle.

Not only that, we ended up with a private tour since our dates were so specific it was hard for INDUS to find others to fill out a full tour. INDUS was helpful and honored our dates without any complaints.

I would recommend this company to anyone who likes to travel and is flexible with hotels and scheduling, We found the combination of free time and planned travel to be perfect for our needs.

Last year I worked with Jhonaton at Indus regarding a tour of Peru including Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu. I explained that my family and I (4) were travelling to Rio for a wedding and then want to go to Peru and go on the Indus tour there. He quickly advised me that he would be able to arrange all air fares to Rio and Lima and home. He arranged the hotel accommodation in Rio along with airport pickup to the hotel and back to the airport. Saving me countless hours of trying to arrange all those details. I was delighted. We were all set.

Then the protests started in Peru. I contacted Jhonaton to see if we could change the tour to a different location and was advised by Tordes that he had left Indus. She and I began our journey together to decide the best course of action due to the situation in Peru. We were holding faith that the protests would stop and we could continue our plans to go to Peru. Our wish came true and everything was peaceful and fully operational so we were on our way to Rio and Lima.

Our trip started out with our flight to Sao Paulo being delayed by 5 hours which meant we would miss our connecting flight to Rio – this began our journey. I contacted Tordes regarding the delay and she advised that all would be taken care of and we would have a ride to the hotel once we arrived in Rio. Our driver was waiting for us at the doors with his sign held high – I let out a sigh of relief. Our hotel was the Grand Hyatt and it was fantastic – I was grateful to Jhontaton for his choice. After spending a very rainy foggy week in Rio – the only good part about the trip was the wedding – we were picked up at the hotel and taken to the airport for our trip to Peru. I had been in touch with Tordes throughout the week confirming that the situation in Cusco was still peaceful and fully operational – she kept me up to date at all times.

We landed in Lima and our driver was waiting for us at the doors and off we went to the Pullman hotel in Milla Flores in Lima. Another fantastic hotel. That evening we had our first tour – the Fountain park with a light show of the history of Peru shown on the waters of the largest fountain – a brilliant display. The next day we received a call from Christian at Coltur Travels. He was very gracious and very sorry to advise me that the protests had resumed in Cusco and it was not safe for my family and I travel there. He worked very hard to arrange for our extended stay at the Pullman hotel and put together 3 tours for us. Although we were unable to visit Machu Picchu, he saved our trip from being a total disaster to a pleasant holiday.

During this time I was in contact with Tordes and she made me feel at all times that we were being taken care of in the best possible way. She made my anxiety disappear and helped all of us get through a very difficult time. She and Jhonatan were exceptional and have made my family and me Indus clients for life.

I would also like to congratulate you on your choice of partner agency Coltur in Peru – they went above and beyond to make our trip pleasant and safe.

We will be travelling with Indus again in the near future.

I had the misfortune of traveling with them to Thailand several years ago. The hotels were third rate and there was 2 stops each way on the flight. My friend who organized a trip to Egypt and Dubai swore that Indus changed their ways and the flight would be direct. Guess what? Each leg has a stop and a 3 and 5 hour delay! Of course they booked the flights a couple of months ago and just informed us a couple of weeks before the trip. The hotel in Cairo was also released and it cost $70 a night! A beautiful hotel would cost $200! It looked like a fleebag! Of course the people who organized the trip looked like deer caught in a headlight. I actually spoke to the crooks there and they said go ahead and sue us. There is nothing you can do. Please look somewhere else

Very disorganized & terrible communication with their local travel contractors. Had to constantly check on bus & flight bookings from one location to the next, otherwise would have been stranded. Traveled to Argentina & Chile, & their local emergency no.was in Peru. Also had to constantly prove that we had prepaid for extra excursions, as that hadn’t been communicated to local company. Very stressful & disappointing!
