The stuff worked here was super unprofessional, when I walked into the store, I told him that I need recommendations that I didn’t know which products to use on fixing my cracked shower base. He immediately told me I should buy the expory thinner. After few YouTube and google searches, I noticed that was not the right product. Not only wasting my money but also time as well. Knowing what to buy is the key, need to do the research before you buy.

Was at the Richmond location on June 24 2023 purchasing Delrin for a project. I Struck up a conversation with a staff member named Patrick about the 3-D printing machines and the Smooth-On Casting silicones and he was a wealth of knowledge and was eager to answer any questions I had relating to the printers and casting products. He was able to give me a short but robust demo of the CAD software and printing of a part.

I walk in can I get some plexiglass cut off they told me it'll be $15 for a 12 x 12 when I went to go and pay it was $31 I asked him why labour cost I walked out big big scammer ripoff

Ordered some items from their Victoria location to Richmond and was happy with service and pricing. They have an awesome selection of Creality parts!

Was at the store today looking for small acrylic sheet. The staff wasn't too friendly and just pointed me to the scrap pile. When asking for prices for a new 12 x12 inch piece they said there will be labor costs to cut it, but don't mention any details of how much. They don't really spend the time or effort working with the customer to give them the proper breakdown of costs. Basically they don't engage in conversation or have a friend ly attitude. I feel discouraged going there every time especially for a hobbyist.
