We have been getting our Brother printer toner refilled from this place for almost ten years and every time we have got the best service and pricing. Recently we got our toner changed but the printer kept giving some error msg and after some weeks it said toner end of life. We took the printer to the shop and they immediately tried everything to find the cause and to fix it. Eventually they did and didn’t even charge us anything, standing behind their work and customer service. For me it brings a higher lever of trust. I would highly recommend them to everyone for their ink and toner needs. Always prompt service and fair pricing.

The only place i go to for refilling ink for my printer. Dont waste money buying new cartridges from Best Buy or other electronic stores, come here to find Jason and he will take care of you.

Had given ink and laser toners to this store for refilling in the last 6 years. Always find my refills dried up fast. Did not pay attention to it until refilled 5 lasers toners there. None of them prints, since the toners would not come out properly. Spent over $49 each. Bought them back to them. They said there were still plenty of toners inside. Nothing they could do.

Went to another store in Richmond and bought theirs and traded in all the problem cartridges. Paid $55 each for each of the new toners. Now all work properly. Would not recommend to use their services. It still hurts to lose $250.

So I've gotten refills here many times over the years. I recently got a brother laser printer and when the original cartridges ran out, just ordered refills from Amazon. They worked initially, but then the amazon cartridges suddenly stopped working. I Called up Ink or Toner and the representative there helped walk me through how to reset the 3rd party cartridges (I didn't even buy from them) and make them work again! Fantastic customer service! When these ones eventually run out of toner, I'll definitely bring them to Ink or Toner to get refilled.
