Awesome place to car shop! My salesperson Aldin was very great in helping me find the right fit. I was well taken care of, didn’t feel like a victim, and got everything I asked for. They even let me spend the night with the vehicle, (I’m sure this probably won’t happen to everybody), but nevertheless an appreciation worth mentioning. I bought the car next morning and drove off the lot in a good smelling, sharp looking vehicle.

I'm going to be nice even though the past week I've waited for a reply from this dealership and from jeep.

I came in got them to address my squealing somewhere as I drive low speeds, when I stop it starts again some times so I found it very odd, when they addressed it the first time they said we put in about 30 minutes of time and won't charge you for it ad they could not find the problem. OK decent of them and that's why it's a 2 star currently and not a 1.

I then scheduled it back in for them to take a look again as the problem was still not fixed and I wanted it solved.

They said it was a build up from my brake pads and that the warranty on brakes does not go bast 10,000km I would have to pay for the defect.yes they said defect when I talked to their service manager.

So I paid 300$+ for this, I took my trip to creston from dawson that day, noticed once I got to grande Prarie that the squealing was still there slightly and called them to address it, no real solution on that, so I called jeep, no response back from them at all.

I'm at a lose for words when it's a defect caused by a part from a stock vehicle wouldn't you think that's something to get repaired and warranty should be applied.

But once again companies don't care past selling you the vehicle.

Needed a truck to better fit my work life and they were able to help me out. Loving my new truck!

I get my oil changed here, and Calvin always takes really great care of me and my Jeep. I usually have to drop it off before work and pick it up after they are closed and everything is always done with no surprise costs on my bill. Thank you!

I came in for an out of province MVI. Booked in at 8 am. They took over 3 hours to complete the inspection, because they didnt start at my appointed time. They charged me a full 1.5 hour ($345) shop rate to inspect a 2022 ram. The last MVI I got on an old dirty chevy hunting truck cost me $110 and was done in under an hour. The shuttle guy was a beauty though.
