Consistently great efficient service, communication through email or cell has been excellent and timely. Brad, Cieanna, Danielle and the crew do a great job assisting us with our Fleet requirements. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed. New customer. I made an appointment with inland to look at my machine. They took my machine on the date we planned and didn't look at it until the next day. I asked for pricing repeatedly the only time I got a price was at the end of the job. They told me there was a delay on getting parts for my machine from Vancouver. I had to tell them to look at other options like Edmonton or Calgary, low and behold the part was a one day turn around from there. If I didn't ask my machine would have sat there for days, weeks, months. I was told my machine was ready to be picked up on my way to get it I was called and told that it was not. My machine came back worse then when it went it. I missed multiple jobs because these guys are unable to commutate and schedule. They wasted MY TIME and MY MONEY. Everyone that I have talked to about this has informed me that I was ripped off. I am an easy going person and I try not to let things bother me but this really does. I Will not be returning or recommending Inland unfortunately.

Then charged over and above what was quoted for a very simple job. Sorry to have to disagree with other comments but this is an honest review. Will not be returning or recommending Inland unfortunately.

They were amazing, I had a brake pod blow out. I was close to them so i got down to their shop and they got me in right away and got me back on the road in no time. 5 stars out of 5
