It was a geeat experience, after messaging Jay through Facebook Marketplace about setting up a viewing of the 2018 Honda Civic Touring I was interested in. Then to head over with my mom, as this was my first ever car purchase Jay made us welcome and gave us as much information on the vehicle as possible. Came out with a purchase, but my mom will be coming back tommorow to get it washed and cleaned. Otherwise it was a great experience and made us feel welcomed. Would buy from them in the future for any future vehicle I end up getting.

Good salesmen ahmad, nice guy, paid 14k for a nice car, having some issues with some aspects of the car, but overall, pretty good on my end. 4/5 for customer service, but 2/5 for the car as recently, some workers at mr lube informed me that the oil had never been changed, the steering alignment is also broken. I would still recommend it to others as they give good deals and seem to care about their customers, they have already fixed quite a few issues I had with the car.

Looks to be mostly fake reviews on here. Avoid this car dealership at all costs. They are grade A scam artists and exclusively deal in selling Lemons. I initially bought a kia sportage from them a year ago. The test drive was ok but as soon as I bought the car and drove off the lot the engine light came on. Iike it came on within driving 1km from the dealership. I came back and explained the situation. They then took a look and said the gas cap wasn't closed and that is why the engine light turned on. I then proceeded to drive home and everything was ok. The next morning I started the car and the engine light came back on. I took it back and they directed me to their auto shop who then said it was a sensor that needed to be replaced. They then replaced the sensor and when I started the car the engine light came back on. I was then directed to take it to the Kia dealership where they told me thetiming chain would need to be replaced. As several thousand dollar job. At this point I had had enough with all the issues and the initial dishonesty around the gas cap being the issue. I told them they had to take the car back and I recieved a Kia sorento in exchange.now one year later I find out the engine in my kia needs to be completely replaced due to excessive wear.right now it is burning a liter of oil every 100km.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I am currently in the process of reporting them and filing a formal complaint

I needed a car because mine was a right off. Did not really get a discount. Jay was very patient in holding my car till I got my payout. Very accommodating and professional. I accommodated them as much as possible to pay cash. Did have to come back the next day to get some glue removed properly from back window. Still not completely clean. Also thought they would fill the gas tank. Had just over 1/4. I guess not this dealer. I’m happy with my car.

I walked in needing to replace a vehicle I had had for 15 years. The process from start to finish took about 4 hours but otherwise went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. Ahmad - the Salesperson was patient in explaining the necessary marketing information on the
car, which enabled us in making up our mind to buy from their shop. Ahmad was honest in showing us the repair history of the car. It was easy for us to make up our mind in purchasing the car in question because it did not have an engine problem but "hail destruction" on the roof and burnett of the car.l would sincerely recommend to any new customer to buy from this shop since Ahmad, the Salesperson is straightforward in dealing with an intending buyer.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR INSPECTION REPORTS!
We put a deposit on a vehicle which had a few minor issues noted on the mechanic's inspection report. Then found out through Honda's inspection that there were quite a number or issues requiring repair/replacement and the cost would be more than the car! InLine did offer to fix a couple issues but it still would be very costly to bring the car up to a good working standard. Don't waste your time and money shopping here!

My son bought a car from inline motors last year.the service has been great. The car had a mechanical problem shortly after and they fixed it up right away.
This year the car was missing a plastic shield from underneath and they fixed it right away again. They have been awesome and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Thanks for all the help with my son's car!

To be honest, this is by far the best car service I’ve ever received. Very professional, honest and patient. I mean with all my questions (including ‘stupid’ ones) ; Jay was very patient to answer them for me.

Real Review - We had scoped out a Toyota Sienna 2001 that Inline Motors had on the lot from an online search. Coming from Bellingham, we were a bit naïve in the process to Import. Ahmad was genuine and straight forward in showing us the Van. Most of the vehicles on their lot looked in beautiful shape. After buying the van, not only were we denied access to Import back to the states, but the check engine light came on with some loud engine knocking. With no where to go and what looked to be a Lemon, Inline took the van back, fixed it, and held it in storage for days until we had the proper importing paperwork in hand to cross the border. Above and beyond in my opinion - it could've gone sour in so many ways, but Ahmad and his Sales Manager and on site Mechanics all went the extra mile to ensure we walked away happily. Very impressed.
