Commie Heaven. Management stinks. Lovely room with all amenities. Great view of the City if you can tolerate the management of the Hotel.

Awesome service we had a year end Christmas party here and the staff and service was excellent. You also get a cool view of the quay from the ballroom which is excellent. Would also recommend the rooms are amazing with great view

Couldnt figure out how to turn the shower on. It's a pull-out thing. - The buffet was excellent. I had 2 plates.then dessert. - The phone didn't work when I tried to use it to ask when checkout was. I didn't know you had one. - Reception was very helpful - Everything was fine but I thought the parking was included with the 150 per night.but no. - Everything was fine - It was quite clean - Through my employer. Yorkville University. - It was very comfy but I could hear the guy next door on the phone for a while.

Love the views. The room was so clean. The robes were amazing. Restaurants near by were incredible. Really good experience. Will be booking again.

We stayed here for a work Christmas party and the room was so nice. Beautiful view of the water, the bed was comfy, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, there were luxurious bath robes in the closet and Starbucks coffee and organic tea in the rooms. We had dinner at the Boat House attached to the hotel and the food was amazing. It was a large party so we had a 4-course meal with a few inclusive options. The drinks were so good. Overall great experience!

Decent spot to stay while in New West. The room was a bit small and out dated but it was clean.

Stay here every year for a Christmas party. Rooms are decent. Front desk staff and house keeping staff are great. Decent access to a few restaurants and access to the train station. Boardwalk right along the river for nice evening or morning walks.

Leaky toilet. Had to move rooms - Food was amazing best turkey I have ever eaten. Only thing I was disappointed in was the stuffing. It was soggy. - - Have stayed before. - Toilet started to leak and had to move to another room. Unfortunately I had already unpacked all my things and had to repack to move. Did get a better view but still was a pain to have to do it.

In the parkade, the number of the stalls specifically assigned to the hotel should be a different colour (i.e, blue) ; this difference would make it easier to identify which stalls are the hotel's. - Special event

Hotel was great, but the parking situation is brutal. Paid for parking using an app yet still got a parking ticket because the underground parking is apparently split between two payees and isn’t well marked. That situation alone soured me on ever returning.

Rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, staff are friendly. I’ve stayed here numerous times for work - great location if you’re staying in New Westminster. Restaurant downstairs is decent too.

I was at a conference here - great hotel facilities with shopping around it. On the water was really nice for a walk

We booked the Inn at the Quay for our wedding reception. We ordered the buffet for our wedding and every single guest commented on the high quality of the food. It was truly exceptional! Shayla Harrison & Alvaro Castillo really made our wedding special. We literally could not have pulled it off without them) Our room was immaculate, comfortable and had an amazing view of the river. We also did not expect to receive free bubbly and custom door knob hangers to celebrate our nuptials! Such a cute touch!

No room service or restaurant before 9am on a Saturday morning wayls far below my expectations for the price I paid. I have a toddler and toddlers can't just wait for food like an adult. And with no fridge in the room I couldn't even bring some milk or yogurt into the room. Very dissatisfied. - Food service before 9am

Very smooth check in, people are friendly small deposit and a little more expensive than what I'm used to paying for a room of this quality, but you are paying for location, parking is extra. I'm not a big fan of rooms with carpet, it hides dirt and bugs. The room was clean, pleasant decor, nice balcony, awesome view of the river activity. Room service from the restaurant downstairs was great and reasonably priced. Lots of activity outside, above average noise levels, temp is either on heat or cooling, no automatic setting. Very good

The AC unit controls were hard to use. I did not see a thermostat to use. I had to open the veranda door for heat. - The breakfast should open before any convention events start. - Thanks for a comfortable stay - Did not use

Open and welcoming - They made an old favorite for me since it was not still on the menu. Above and beyond which is great. - very efficient and pleasant people - keep doing what you do.no negatives - not used - Alvaro was very accomodating and positive. - all good - all was perfect
