This is my first experience for colon therapy in Canada
The staff is super friendly and won’t make you have a bad feeling at all
During the procedure, she kept taking to me and not letting me think about the therapy itself too much.
The procedure is simple and easy with no too much bad feeling.
I will highly recommend this for all my friends.

I came in to experience colon therapy for the first time yesterday. The space is very clean and professional. I had the pleasure of having Bijou as my technician & guide throughout the treatment. She answered all my questions and held a safe and comfortable atmosphere the entire time. It was a very interesting overall experience and I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments.

Hello, my name is Helia, I am 19 years old and suffer from IBS-with constipation. I wanted to write a genuine letter for Nafiseh (Nafice) Khorsandnia because I believe that not only does she deserve it but people who are considering colonic hydrotherapy with inner garden health do as well. I've had many session with Nafice over the summer and I always looked forward to them because of her warm and friendly energy. She always keeps the energy high and most importantly listens to her patients. She has a lot of knowledge on nutrition, psychology, culture, overall health, and so it is very comforting and informative talking with her. She is really conscious while massaging the stomach and I cannot lie, the massage is magic! She is like an aunt to me and if you book a session with her you won't regret it because she has always reassured me that I am in good hands and can heal this condition because I'm doing my best and caring for my health at such a young age. She is also super clean!

I had a really pleasant experience with Susan, she was very patient and thorough with explaining the cleanse, given it was my first time. The space was both clean and tastefully decorated. My body certainly feels lighter since the treatment. I would be glad to return!

I was curious about colonics for a while… and I am so pleased with the whole experience! Although the treatment itself can feel uncomfortable in moments… Amanda is very professional and made me feel more relaxed. Afterwards, I felt relief and slept wonderfully. I have been interested in doing a colonics for quite sometime now after hearing and reading up on the benefits. I decided to finally book it but was very nervous about the procedure and whether or not I would feel comfortable with with the colonics hydrotherapsit. Amanda made me feel so comfortable and let me know what will be happening every step of the way. She was extremely pleasant, professional, and super informative. I already booked for a second visit with her. I felt really good afterwards and didn't expect such a drastic change and look forward to making this part of my self care routine. The center was clean and welcoming. Bijou attended to me. She made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns patiently. She was knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately and to no fault of hers, I did not obtain the desired results, almost nothing of my impacted stools was dislodged despite Bijou's efforts massaging my abdomen all along the session. Most probably because the matters are stuck and require more than one session to dislodge.

Bijou was a calming presence throughout the whole process & very professional.

The experience was very trauma informed and gentle. Susan has a very gentle way and I enjoyed that a lot. However, I left feeling like my belly needed more, I did not feel like it was a full hour, it could have been, but the process felt unfinished. I did not feel great after in a lot of ways. I still feel bloated and I feel the same as I did before the appointment. I don't see the point of this process really, as I do not feel any different and symptoms are the same, but perhaps I need to cleanse better before and after, to be better prepared.

Jen was amazing and so caring and patient throughout my entire experience. I loved connecting with her and it really was such a gentle and non invasive procedure. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I had my first ever colonic with Amanda and she was fantastic! I was on day seven of juice fast. She made me feel very comfortable and I was able to ask a lot of questions. She was very knowledgable of the body from a holistic standpoint. It is also worth noting that I was able to release some parasites during the session. My first experience with having a hydro colon cleanse. I chose to put my trust in Sue at Inner Garden Health on Fir St in Vancouver. Sue explained everything before and during. The whole procedure went very smoothly. She said I did very well, that is my body responded to the treatment very well. I am happy to be down a few lbs after the experience. I expelled a lot of unwanted (you know what) from my colon in the hour long experience. That made me feel very good, although the experience was a little uncomfortable with some cramping, like when you have diarrhea stomach cramps. But once “it” is flushed away, the cramping goes away. And then you do it all over again and again and again.
I should say for anyone thinking of doing a hydro colon cleanse, that you should follow the pre steps 1-3 days prior to your appointment, and the day of, as instructed. I think it really makes a difference in how you respond to this treatment.
I highly recommend this experience and have booked my second appointment. I don’t think you get completely cleansed in 1 treatment. After 62 years of using my colon, I think it deserved a little tender loving care.
