Totally botched our legitimate claim. Got advice from other consultants that said it was prepared all wrong. When it came to an appeal Innotek said they didn't want to take the case then ignored us. This is after continually advising us our claim was a sure thing. Such a waste of everyone's time and we lost out on a lot of money. The purpose of this post is just to make potential new customers aware of the level of SRED consultants this company has and to really consider other options.
