It was the worst service. I have jpeg file to print in colour and wanted to give instructions, but the sales person was on a phone entire time and never asked for size or paper quality. He just printed and gave me while still talking in a phone. I told him that I wasted different size and he started to accuse me for not giving instructions. It was so rude and infuriating. My child was just next me and she was totally upset as he was screaming at me. I told him to write review and he grabbed the printed paper off of my hand and told me that if I will write review, he is not going to give me the print. I will never go back again.

Was quoted 10c per page for self service photocopying (providing my own paper too). After printing over 1000 pages, we were then told it was 10c per SIDE, not per page. Only after I threatened to leave without paying anything would they honour the quoted price. Buddy even had the balls to act like he was doing me a favour with the lower price. Bait and switch cash grab - I'll never return, even if I have to pay more elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. Always polite and friendly. The in house design services are good. They are fast and efficient without neglecting to pay attention to detail. Expensive, they don't really appreciate your business, the place is HOT, and the systems are NOT secure. Ton's of other people's accounts open on the CPU (which was SLOW) open including one sheet of someone's login and passwords. Save yourself the grief and go to Copies Plus across the street, wish I had.

I know we are in free market but trying to charge $35 ($5 per page) for faxing seems like a scamming to me. I went another shop right across the street and they did it for $8 ($2 first page $1 extra pages) with a very professional way.

Dave and team are my go to for anything printed. They always go the extra mile and don't complain or say no. Don't know of many people on this planet who are harding working or more devoted. On top of this, the quality is always exceptional. Thank you team!

One star is a very generous rating for this place. If I could give it no starts, I defiantly would. The disrespect and rudeness of the staff will mean I will never return. I emailed them asking for my “thirty” birthday card to be printed. I received no follow up email to confirm this so I rang them and informed that I wanted the card printed on an A3 matte paper ONE COPY. When I arrived into the shop, the staff member handed me 30 pieces of paper (a5 size and not in card format) which is not even what I asked for. He then demanded that I pay 30 dollars for the service (which I did stupidly pay!). I wanted to discuss what I actually wanted and inform him that I did want them to redo my order and he said “other stuff going on in the shop, not now miss”. I was very taken back by this comment and the complete rudeness. He then reluctantly agreed to redo the job.

A week later, I called back into them to collect my card. The staff were once again extremely rude and talking about me in their own language behind the desk.

I am never one to write a review and complain about a service but I have been left shocked at just how I was treated as a PAYING customer in this establishment. I would urge people to go elsewhere, unless they want rude staff and a dissatisfied service. I will definitely be telling and taking all my friends and colleagues to other printing services in the future.

Always gets the job done for a reasonable price. Have been coming here for many years.

Yes, sometimes you print something the wrong way and then you have to pay for that as you’re using their service. Please stop wining about having to pay a few extra dollars here and there, you should be grateful to have a copy shop at these prices!

Photocopied 2 pages and was charged 50 cents which is fair. At the counter it says additional 50 cent charge for card transactions under $10 payment. This adds up to $1 but I was charged $1.5 since “my charge was too low”. Doesn’t make any sense.
