Dr. Chan and his team are really professional! I had another dentist that I trusted and worked with for a long time. But, due to some difficulties she currently is not available. I had a problem with my tooth for a while and I didn’t know who to go to, I saw couple of dentists but I couldn’t trust them, until I was referred to Dr. Chan’s office! He is knowledgeable and skillful with great work ethic! All his staff are really nice and helpful and will listen to you. He did some fillings, a root canal and placed two crowns on my teeth and I’m very happy with the result…

I’ve had such a positive experience over the past 2 years. I highly recommend Dr. Chan, he is kind, gentle and very professional. My veneers and composite bonding work and process had been seamless and painless. I’m very happy with the results. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

From my first visit with Dr. Jay Chan's office, I was greeted with the warmest smiles and a clean waiting area that instantly put me at ease. The receptionist, Sandra, was super friendly and easy to chat while I waited to be called in.

Dr. Chan is a rockstar! He's patient, friendly and super helpful with the information he gives. He will never give you the vibe that he's too busy to talk to you, he's always open to questions and explaining things. I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to the dentist from a past experience, so when I explained it to him, he said he completely understood and did his best to make me feel ok. The distraction of the TV on the ceiling really helped:)

Brenda is also AMAZING at what she does. She is thorough, efficient and also very friendly. I felt completely like I was in competent hands. She was able to share some tips with me that will be useful going forward. The other hygienist, Jenzen, was also incredibly sweet!

What sets this place apart is the attention to detail. The whole team seems genuinely invested in your well-being. They go above and beyond to ensure you're comfortable and informed every step of the way. They understand that every touchpoint of a dentist visit is important—from the initial entrance to the end of an appointment. It's like visiting friends who just happen to be super skilled at keeping your teeth in tip-top shape!

So far so good they do value your concerns and are always there to help with a great smile and always make me feel welcome.

Best dental office I've been to. Dr. Chan is very nice and accomodating. I see him at his office in Surrey, where I live. He scheduled me in for my tooth at the last minute AND gave me a ride to this dental office location! I definitely recommend this dental group and Dr. Chan! And Brenda you're the best. I recently visited Inspire dental clinic and was extremely impressed with the level of care and service provided by Dr. Chan, his assistant Brenda, front desk staff Arsh, and practicing student Alia. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Arsh who made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was very knowledgeable about the services offered at the clinic and was able to answer all of my questions with ease.

Dr. Chan was extremely thorough in his examination and explained each step of the process in detail. He was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I felt like he genuinely cared about my dental health and was willing to take the time to address any concerns I had.

Brenda was also a great help during my visit. She assisted Dr. Chan with the examination and was very friendly and professional. She was able to answer my questions about the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

Finally, I had the pleasure of meeting practicing student Alia, who was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to provide me with additional information and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Overall, my experience at this dental clinic was fantastic. The team members were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

I recently travelled from Calgary to have some dental. Work done at the inspire dental clinic in Langley, which was referred to me by my daughter and I’m so thankful that she did. Dr chan and his entire staff were amazing, very thorough and professional, made me feel quite at ease.

I highly recommend inspire dental group, my husband and I hadn’t been to the dentist for some years and after reading reviews decided on them. No regrets! I like that they go over procedures and what your policy covers and make recommendations as to what should be done first working within your budget.

I was just temporarily relocated to Langley area, and 3 days after landing, had an emergency situation. 1/3 of my tooth chipped and fell out, and I was super scared that I would get an infection in the root and have to get a root canal, and I also couldn't eat. I looked for nearby dental offices, and Dr. Chan was able to fit me in within 2 hours. The procedure took 2 additional visits to fix in the form of a crown, but I have never felt so relieved to find this office. The staff and Dr. Chan really took amazing care of me. They held my hand during the freezing, and Dr. Chan was very gentle and thorough. As well, the cap fit like a glove, no additional sanding to make it fit. Whole experience was a huge huge relief. So glad to have found them.

These guys are 10 stars +. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile from Sandra. Today Jenzen did my cleaning and she was very thorough, super friendly and engaging with you the whole time, Dr. Chan is such a genuine man and very knowledgeable dentist. Me and my 3 year old daughter were very happy with them. My daughter left the office with a smile and wanting to come back. Thank you Inspire Dental Langley for taking care of our dental needs.

I was looking for new dental clinic after my previous dentist failed me. I am so glad I found Dr. Chan and his team. Level of service they provide is extraordinary. Cleaning done by Kesha was a breeze, she explained everything and done extremely good job. It really helps that all the people working in inspire dental Langley are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had my wisdom tooth removed recently and dr. Chan and Dental Assistant Melanee made the experience very comfortable and quick. Dr. Chan was checking on me while I was in healing process, making sure everything goes smooth. The office is nice and modern, always clean and you can watch your favourite Netflix show while getting things done. I highly recommend this place if you looking for outstanding dental care.

The dentist and all staff are very friendly, patient, and helpful. From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and never left waiting for long before the other staff come to take you into the room. Dentist is available for after hour calls if needed and always happy to help out.

My family and I go to this clinic for dental work and the team here is amazing, friendly, accommodating and professional. Our little toddler and kindergartener always have a positive experience getting their teeth checked and they have good memories of going to the dentist. Doctor Chan is a very responsible dentists, during my entire dental treatment, he gave me a lot of professional and comprehensive advice, and perfect all repaired my teeth diseases, now I feel very healthy oral, chewing at the dinner table are more enjoyable, very lucky to meet such a good dentist!

I have been going here for about 3 years now, and have no complaints. The staff are always friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. Dr Chan is lovely. Always thorough and gentle. Also, they offer Botox at the clinic which I just tried for the first time a few weeks ago and wow. Game changer.

Dr. Chan and his team are exceptional. I've had everything done at inspire from cleanings to wisdom teeth removal, and now I just got my braces on. They are kind and caring while also super professional through the whole process, whatever the process may be. I would highly recommend inspire to anyone who needs any sort of dental work done:)

Clean and great envioronment, nice and professional staffs, reasonable price and excellent services. Highly recommend this place!

I was calling around different dentist offices because my toddler son chipped his tooth. Only Dr. Chan agreed to see my son the same day even though we were not his patients.
Brenda (dental assistant) was so kind and patient with me and my son while prepping us to see Dr. Chan.
After that appointment I booked myself and my husband as well. Both of us are very pleased.
All the staff is very welcoming.
They show that they are there to help and not to try to squeeze out every penny from your insurance and pocket as some previous dentists we had in Vancouver.

Just had my appointment today at Inspire Dental with Melanee and Dr. Jay Chan. They were very caring and careful with my teeth! Their equipment seems to keep up with the latest technology. Most of all, I really appreciate how they were very informative and thorough in answering all of my questions using diagrams, objects, and illustrations. I definitely recommend this place!

Marcela was a great hygienist she was very professional and did a great deep cleaning with no discomfort to me. Highly recommended.

I recently moved to Langley so I needed to find a new dentist, a friend who works at Inspire in Vancouver recommended Dr. Chan. I have since been 3 times in the past few months for my consult, cleaning and most recently 2 filling replacements and 1 new filling. I normally don't freeze easily but Dr. Chan was able to freeze the 3 areas the first try and inserted the needles with care and I didn't feel anything. I was amazed, this was the most pain free experience for freezing that I had ever had. His assistant Melanee takes a personal interest in her clients and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Chan also followed up personally a week after my last appointment to make sure I was doing well. 100% recommend!

Can’t say enough amazing things! I struggle with panic and anixety on the best of days, the staff are so kind and patient never making me feel judged. Dr. Chan is incredible, I had a pretty big procedure that was needed for sometime, not only was my recovery quick (thanks to his skills I’m sure) but the follow up and care is crazy supportive. Honestly best experience.

Dr chan is wonderful and so are the women who work along side him. You feel at home and he makes an unnerving process quick, accurate and as comfortable as possible. I drive over 45 mins to see them and it's totally worth it. Beautiful facilities. A warm cloth after your service, Netflix to watch, a blanket so you don't get chilly. They have you covered.
