Inspire Dental Group Oakridge

This review was due a year ago…. I was at Oakridge medical building waiting for my son’s ortho and decided to explore a dentist nearby for myself. As a recently returned resident, I was not sure who to go for. Inspire dental was recommended by my son’s dentist so I walked in to inquire today. I have to say I had the most pleasant reception by Alecia, who was able to accommodate my last minute request, followed by an extremely thorough examination by Rosie & Dr Ma. This is the best dentist experience I have met in Canada. This team is definitely a highly recommended place for anyone who prefer that friendly yet detailed service from a very professional dental setting.

Professional, experienced and organized dental practice. I always feel grateful to have the wonderful staff focus on my dental health each and every time I have my dental visits. Thank you so much to the Inspire (Oakridge) Team. You all have helped me restore my confidence with a great smile which is part of my joyful life. Happy Holidays to you all!

Wonderful experience with Inspire Dental Group, their entire team is great. Dana is amazing~ She is so kind & professional. She made all appointments very comfortable. Literally, the best experience I’ve had with dental clinics in Vancouver.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kwong for 15 years and I still appreciate the work he had done on my teeth. He did a great job and I must say that to this day it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My hygienist Viktoriya is very good, friendly, gentle, thorough and knowledgeable with what she is doing. She always does a great job cleaning my teeth. Her expertise is very commendable.

Ayana was the best! And most welcoming person. I would strongly recommend coming here. Dr. Kwong was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Alecia was warm-hearted and knowledgeable. Please do yourself a favour, and come to inspire for your dental needs.

My family and I have been going to this dental office for 20 years. Dr. Kwong and Gina are the best with my braces and other dental needs. The other doctors are also very attentive here. I got there because my jaw was locked i felt anxious and sad. Where I was treated before they did not give me answers about what had happened to me; I searched the internet for a specialist for my jaw and Google showed me Dr. Kwong, I called and had an appointment with Dr. Kwong, who was extremely kind and empathetic with me. All the sessions that I went to his team was very concerned and kind. The first session there was no progress, but the doctor did not give up on my particular case. I was finally able to open my mouth after 2 sessions and I am very grateful.he will definitely be my dentist forever

Masterful work! The best and I'll bring my son back to him. Transformed his teeth from crooked, unsymmetrical to a beautiful work of symmetry and evenness. HIghly recommend.

The absolute best service and doctor. All of the assistants made me feel very comfortable even through a procedure I’ve never been through before. Highly recommend, especially for young adults looking for a new dentist on their own!

I’ve been going to Inspire Dental group for as long as I can remember (maybe 10 years, they’ll have to fact check that, haha) and I don’t think I’d ever switch dentists. I’ve worked with Dr. Kwong, Dr. Mah, Victoria and lately Rosie. They’ve all been amazing. I am someone who doesnt not enjoy the dentist one bit, but the team here make it that much easier for me to come in for my appointment. Like many, I find the noises and process of an appointment a bit of a sensory overload (to be fair, the team doesn’t even know this about me) but the team is always checking in on me along the way of my appointment any way. It’s also great to have the option to have headphones and watch tv while you’re having your cleaning done. During your appointment, they’re clear with their communication, they’ve never once forced any products or procedures on me, and they have an amazing team. They even ensure to check with your coverage to ensure procedures are covered so you don’t have to. I’m also notorious for forgetting to rebook my appointments when I need to cancel/reschedule and they will not only call to check in but they’ll also text you to make it happen. I would suggest this clinic to anyone!

I've been seeing Dr. Kwong for 30 years. He is the kindest and most experienced dentist in the industry. Victoria is also wonderful, I always feel like I'm in good hands when I see them. All the staff is the office are all very friendly as well!

Omg! Very good service all the workers are really nice. Dana is so good and careful, when she did my cleaning I didn’t feel any pain at all, before I was scared to go to the dentist but not anymore … so so happy to have found this clinic. I really recommend the Inspire team ️!

As a long time patient of this office, I have nothing but great things to say about this dental team. Through regular cleanings with Viktoriya, having to get tooth extractions for my ortho work, and helping me through my TMJ/TMD issues (shout out to Gina!), Dr. Kwong & Associates have always treated me with kindness, care, and professionalism. Dr. Wilson Kwong has been my dentist for over 10 years and I must say he and his staff hold the highest standards in service and care. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to ease any anxiety you may have. I’ve been going to Dr. Kwong and Dr. Ma since I was a child and have had Victoria as my dental hygienist for most of that time as well. My experience with them has never been anything but outstanding. They are professional, thorough, caring, and always willing to accommodate. Even when I lived in Whitehorse for 2.5 years, I would routinely visit Vancouver to see friends, family, and keep up with my regular cleanings. I would never consider going anywhere else for my dental care!

I've been visiting Dr. Kwong and his team for almost 30 years now and have never felt less than 110% satisfied with their professionalism and attentive service. Viktoriya the hygienist is now taking care of my whole family.she is excellent and a very nice person and very thorough and takes very good care of my teeth even though my teeth was not in the best condition. We have been going to Dr. Kwong and Associates for 30 years now. Over those 30 years we have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. Not only do they accommodate our needs, but they take the time to really listen. We would not go anywhere else, as I truly believe no other dentist would go above and beyond the way Dr. Kwong and his team have done for our family over the past thirty years.

Dr. Kwong is so professional and very kind. I actually like visiting the dentist. My hygienist Victoria is fantastic and very thorough. Gina is the person I see for getting my braces checked and wires changed. She is also fantastic and has done a great job with my braces. I highly recommend Dr. Kwong and the people in his office. I have been a patient of Dr Wilson Kwong’s for over 15 years. He and his staff are always very professional and his office has the latest equipment. Dr Kwong is an expert in his field. I have had an implant and several crowns and the fit has always been perfect. Dr Jolly Ma is also an excellent dentist. Victoria, his dental hygienist is very thorough and it is always a pleasure to have working on my teeth.

Always a professional and enjoyable time at Dr. Kwong’s office. Victorya gives me the best cleaning. The new PuraAir system keeps the clinic clean and gives me a peace of mind that they are doing everything to keep their patients, as well as their staff, safe.

Dr. Kwong and Gina are absolutely great. They have been helping me tremendously since I had a horrible TMJ pain experience two years ago (the worst pain I ever experienced in my life - and I had broken bones before). Dr. Kong is very knowledgeable, kind and generous, and Gina is extremely helpful and kind. I’m not done with my treatment yet, but thanks to them, I am feeling much better now. A lot of professionals don’t understand what TMJ disorder is (I have seen many in the last three years), and I am very happy that my dentist recommended Dr. Kwong to me, because he is an expert in this area. Caylee was my hygienist and did a fantastic job. She was courteous, and pleasant to speak with, and was quick and clean when doing my checkup. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The dentist was also cheerful and open when reviewing my file afterwards. Made for an easy and efficient appointment.

I wouldn't go anywhere else and I make a point to refer clients to this office. I have had nothing but positive experiences and trust them with anything. I find that it is a client-focused atmosphere dedicated to the best possible experience. From beverages in the comfortable waiting area with friendly front desk staff, to a positive dental appointment, I haven't felt more taken care of anywhere.

The service and care I get every time is amazing. Like many people going to the dental clinic is something I do not look forward to. But not with Dr Kwong and associates. I would very much recommend them to family and friends.

Dr Kwong and his staff hold themselves to an extremely high standard of care. The offices are immaculate and their administrative processes are very well thought out and executed. They make sure you are in the loop and comfortable the entire way.

You can’t see anyone’s smiles behind their masks but you know they are there.

Patient well being is always the 1st thing I notice when I am in for an appointment. Dr. Kwong and all of his staff are fantastic and are very proffesional. Protocols require that they are masked up, but I know that they are smiling on the other side. I can see it in their eyes. The fact that all work done is top notch is even more reason to say Dr Kwong is tops!
