I found the people working at this company to be very polite, willing to explain everything and very fair. I would use them again whenever I needed to.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with instant auto loans and I must say, it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy were evident.
Firstly, I was constantly harassed by their staff, who seemed to have no regard for personal boundaries. They repeatedly threatened to hire a bailiff, even though it was clear they were simply bluffing to intimidate me. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and unbecoming of any reputable company.
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere at was one of indifference and callousness. They showed no sympathy or understanding for the situations their clients were facing. It is appalling that a company in the business of providing loans fails to recognize the importance of compassion when dealing with their customers.
I strongly advise against trusting [Car Auto Loans Company] with your financial needs. Their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy make for a toxic and unpleasant experience. There are plenty of other loan providers out there who will treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment, and look elsewhere for your auto loan needs.

They threaten my good friend with a bailiff a dozen times even though he had told them his circumstances. They have no remorse and sympathy at this company. DO NOT GO HERE. I ended up paying in full his loan so they would stop harassing him.
