Quick response to my initial inquiry, order process for custom patches was timely and the end product is very good. Overall very happy and would recommend.

Very friendly, professional, and accommodating staff! I have ordered different items from them (hoodies, tshirts, lanyards, banners) and the quality is always good. Guri always gives good advice on what products to get based on budget and use. Turnaround time is also very quick, even when it's a last minute order.

Needed 2 T-shirt’s printed last minute for a duo themed costume party. Got them done the same day and it was priced fairly and the quality of the work is absolutely excellent! Guri did and amazing job communicating the options and sent me multiple mock-ups to see what worked best for me. Highly recommend instant imprints and will definitely be returning in the future!

The staff here is really amazing, and they do so many things, printing, engraving, embroidery and signs.

The best quality of service and print in all of Vancouver, it was super fast, highly recommended.

New management, customer service has plummeted.the employees have been consistently great, new manager is rapidly sinking the ship. Numerous issues with various orders including repeated misprints, inconsistent pricing and poor quality. New manager refuses to honor shop's initial quote and arbitrarily raised prices by over 50% without providing cost breakdown. Nothing "instant" about this. If you're willing to pay top dollar for poor service, go ahead but with online printers that will deliver right to your door they don't create value or incentive to shop locally. I used to regularly recommend this print shop, but now will advise people to spend their money elsewhere.

Highly recommend. I planned to print two tees, of one-off designs. They provided feedback and guidance on changes to make to my artwork. Good communication, fast turnaround, and great quality shirts. They made the impact I was going for. Would buy again.

I have done many large item orders through this location and every time they are extremely attentive, accommodating and deliver the best quality. They are always my first choice for my swag and printing needs.

I've been a customer of this location over 10 years. I will now never use them again. The lack of detail to your order specifications and mistakes made, cost me money with no acknowledgement back. Please be careful if you use this company.

Quick response. They provide good service also their prices are very reasonable. I got 70 t-shirts embroidered with my company logo on them. T shirts looks great. I would like to thank all the staff for doing it before time.

I was not sure where to go to get this crazy design I wanted but I hit a home run when I found this place! They have completed one job and they are working on two more for me! I could not be happier!

No communication, not ready when promised, product did not look like mock-up. Not professional, completely overpriced. $56 dollars for a simple black T-shirt. Employees treated service like a joke. Go elsewhere. Would not recommend.

We used Instant Imprints for many years with good service, usually ordering 50-100 shirts, hats or hoodies, twice per year.

Friendly service, but very expensive for embroidery work, $30 for logo embroidered on a tote bag and not guaranteed it will work. Was disappointed that they couldn't silkscreen on the tote because of the material of the bag, would have been more cost effective for me, o well lesson learned I quess.

Friendly customer service, and well done signs, t-shirts and hats. Lou is the graphic design expert and Alan is the master at making signs. Definitely recommend for your business!
