A big shout out to Alex, he guided me through the process and took full responsibility of the mistake that happened during printing my order and I highly recommend them for business use.

I didn't have a good experience here. I was trying to get a larger order in and I ended up feeling like my business wasn't wanted after emails and calls went unanswered, and the prickly attitudes of the staff. At the time I was new to designing and was still navigating all the different formats, so I did have a lot of questions. The quote I was provided was doubled as soon as I'd gotten everything ready to submit the order. I ended up not using them and going with a company who had more staff and a dedicated art department as that suited my needs better.

She did everything she could to make sure our merch looked great and was printed on time while having phenomenal communication. Terrible customer service, needed 3 shirts with a weeks notice and it took several days just to get an email back.avoid them
