I received such great service at Instant Imprints in New Westminster. Linda and Jhunn were great. I needed two aprons printed with "Mr and Mrs. " for a wedding shower gift. Jhunn helped me with the design and included me as if I was part of the design team. They turned out perfectly and were ready within a week. Thank you for providing such great service and product. I inquired about getting service on a Thursday then went in on the Friday I needed printing on 20 shirts asap I called different companies looking to see who could do It the fastest and Instant imprints said they could do It on Monday.
They did absolutely nothing they didn't even bother sending me a emai with the mock design and bill like they said they would do. I called on the phone to ask how much the bill was and they wouldn't tell me.very frustrating they should've told me they couldn't print my shirts by Monday and I would've went to a different company that would've actually printed my shirts.

Absolutely fantastic service. At a time when they are very busy because of requests for the Surrey Nagar Kirtan (Khalsa Day parade) they got me banners and flyers printed within two days notice for the event, even giving me a nudge to check on design issues from my end before they printed to ensure I was completely satisfied. Friendly family run team, cannot recommend them enough, I will definitely be using them again! They actually said "consider us part of your team" and I know they mean it! Excellent! Thank you team!

I came during a business day with empty frames and some pictures on a USB and Linda & Jhunn were more than happy to invite me in and help me sort everything out. I returned the following day to pick up my frames now filled with perfectly fitted photos. I would recommend for your custom printing needs.

Justin did an amazing job at helping me design a custom t-shirt for my guys birthday! I went in with my idea on a Monday he had numerous designs for me to choose from by Wednesday. Tweaked the final design and had it by Thursday! I will be back.

This location is great to work with! Staff were so friendly and very accommodating! They even stayed open a little late so I could come and pick up my prints! The quality of the prints were great as well! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future:)

Came here because I was stuck inline at staples with 4 people ahead of me and looks like it will take a long time. Searched for another print shop and found instant imprints. In and out in 15 minutes. Good price and friendly people. Will come back for more.
