Extremely unprofessional dudes! Went there for a plate change and annual renewal. They messed up everything and now I have to change the plate number again, just because they cancelled the renewed policy. Stay away if you don’t want headache!

Great Service each visit. I was there last week to renew my car insurance. The staff were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

New owners are unprofessional, had a terrible experience going here, my fault for not checking my receipt when leaving. This would have never happened with ray and his team.

Harj was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. She made sure to call ICBC on my behalf to secure the best insurance for my needs. She really went over and above! Thanks again

Outstanding first class service. I've always made a special trip to renew each year. The father has retired and Richard, the son, has assumed operations. He too wants a break and thus has transferred or sold interest in the business to another capable party. One of the new staff was there on my most recent visit. Off to a great start. I'll miss the 'old guard' and embrace the new.
