I called in inquiring about rental car insurance coverage through ICBC. Nadira was prompt and professional. Instead of paying $200-300 on the insurance packages offered by the rental car company, I paid well below $100 for 7 days of coverage. Just in from Alberta and needed to change all my automobile insurances etc over to ICBC, daughter recommended this location. I was treated first class by their agent Ali and a problem or two, neither their or my faults, needed a call into the ICBC bureaucracy. I was about to give up when he smiled at me and said "don't worry, we'll get it done". They did and I left as a satisfied customer appreciating the more than competent service I had just been given.

We’ve had home insurance through another broker for many years but changed it according to my friends' recommendations. Ali has been exceptionally helpful and has provided excellent customer service. He is courteous, knowledgeable, understanding of our specific concerns, and corrects some issues with our policy. As a result of his open and honest manner, he gained our trust, and he was very diligent, conscientious, and patient. Would recommend him highly.

I’m sure they’re professional and friendly but they were gone by 3pm when they told me earlier that they’ll close at 5pm. Had to leave work early to be here but to no avail. Disappointed.

I made an appointment with Cathie and she was a no-show. At least one employee found the situation amusing. I don't know what goes on there but I can tell you it won't be my business

Richard was amazing he even stayed late when a system was down earlier in the afternoon! Very helpful getting us set up with insurance and registration.

Just dealt with Richard R who was unbelievably quick in responding to my request, really thorough in explaining all the details of my Policy, kindly enquired about an injury I had recently sustained and wished me well, and had my whole request wrapped up in about 10 minutes.

Richard did a great job the first time I came to this ICBC insurance service. He was transparent, professional, and logical. He worked in a very methodical manner and was very professional with giving advice. He gave the best insurance policy with our situation. He broke everything down step by step and matched the most worthy options with the clienteles needs.

However, Mary was incredibly lacklustre with her transparency. She added external insurances that we didn't want and need. I had to specifically say I didn't want vehicle theft or other insurance policy's for her to take it off. Even when I said I didn't want something, that item would be added to my list and I would have to reiterate to take it off my bill. This is a prime example of being incredibly unprofessional. I genuinely hope that ICBC focuses on what the clients need and be more transparent with their sales. Being within sales requires honesty, integrity and transparency. There are great talents within ICBC that I love to work with and see but there are some others that could work on their professionalism.

Had a fantastic experience here with Cathie, I was registering, licensing and insuring my out of province vehicle after recently moving to BC. She made the process seamless and helped me get a fantastic insurance rate. She was excellent at explaining all the different aspects of the process, most of them that I was unfamiliar with (due to being new to BC and Canada in general)

I really appreciate the brilliant service I received from Cathie and the whole team here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone in a similar position to myself.
