Excellent location that serves the neighbourhood well. I've been their customer since 2002 and always have received friendly and expert service.

Just wanted to say how fantastic Michael is! I called on a Sunday afternoon and in under 15 minutes he was able to update my ICBC coverage over the phone/email. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable - very much appreciated!

We met mrs marry keramati there, she gave us very good information and she was very helpfull and kind. I’ll recommand my friends to go there and get her advices

Priyanshi was easily the most helpful person we've encountered regarding car insurance, either in BC or abroad. She ran us through everything, made all the comparisons we asked for, and made it extremely clear for us to understand as expats trying to navigate Canadian car insurance for the first time. Highly recommend.

5 stars great service, Mary is the best she helped find out that an old car was still registered under my name from 6 years prior, which no other insurance place made me aware of. She is very nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend going here and seeing Mary for any insurance needs.

I asked clarifications about a sentence written with cryptic abbreviations by the broker in the comments section. I was told that it was not important and she would not explain me what I was going to sign even after explicitly asking 3 times. To all the customers of this broker I suggest to check if anything is written in the comment section of your policy and “attempt” asking the broker for clarification.

I had a hard time to find a broker that can cater specific needs for my business. Staff at yaletown office were very professional, I had a nice conversation with Manjot, he gave me policy what I need based on what I wanted for my business. 100% recommend these guys anybody who need insurance policy or advice regarding insurance.

They kept jacking up our rates, then we got dropped after we had a claim. Good thing. I found the same insurance online for half the price. Go figure. Don't even bother, just go online.

Spoke with SAFIEH AMIRI. She simply has no customer skills. Spelt my name out to her phonetically three times and she comes out with. "Just be patient, ok". As opposed to "I'm sorry, can you repeat your details". Won't be dealing renewing insurance via them again.

Very bad customer service and they hang up During a call even when I said to wait for a moment, I call back and I mention that she hang up, she replay whit same rude tone, “ I didn’t hear anything I tough you hang up”, probably she shouldn’t work in costumer service area. Not considering going back there very rude very bad this is not the first time happen that’s why today I decide to check the reviews and leave one
In my opinion auto plan corporation should look into this location and investigate how bad it is with customers.

Rude and condescending staff. Four agents were sitting around doing nothing, and none of them wanted to help. I walked up to one, and she literally exasperated at the misfortune of having to do her job. Didn't bother to put her phone down. Left without getting anything accomplished. Worst customer service I've had in a long time and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Looks like I’m not the only person who had a great experience with Aaron! He just so happened to be the person who answered my call and to be free when I walked in the door but I’m very glad it was him. Thanks a lot, Aaron!

I got car rental insurance from an Employee named Harry. Harry made things very easy over the phone and explaining things in detail. Highly recommend

Ask for Aaron! Aaron was super informative, friendly, and professional. He explained my plan in detail and helped myself and my partner find a plan that fit with our needs. Because an agent forgot to submit my odometer reading last year and now I lost the discount? ! The gentleman who helped me this year was nice and pleasant but he couldn’t help me to get the discount back. Most likely I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Wanted to get a vehicle transferred to a different name, went in 3 times, each time they gave different instructions. THESE IDIOTS WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

I have been to this location 2 different times and I had terrible experience each time. They really need to provide better training for their employees.
I finally cancelled my home and car insurance with them and went to another another broker.

Mary was extremely informative and helpful when I visited the office regarding my auto insurance. She wrote down all my options for me to compare and went above and beyond with the service provided. Cannot think of a better broker. Thank you!

Came in knowing which insurance (Drivesure New Car Replacement) I wanted to get. I also knew they offer this product because I called a previous week to confirm and they are noted as a broker who does this on Drivesure’s site.

When I came in, the person didn’t know what I was talking about, and then actually gave me inaccurate information.

Might depend on who is helping you though, but I wasn’t impressed by this interaction. I thought it would be better as the person on the phone seemed competent.

Very good plans and staff. I have dealt with everyone in the office. I wish ICBC rates were affordable.

First time I came here was a year ago. It was okay experience. This year experience was really good. Summer helped a lot and went far and beyond. However I had some problems, that was already my fault and the lady who helped me this time was extremely rude, lazy and have has no appropriate knowledge for the insurance broker or even regards to how email works. I was very disappointed with Mary Keramati. So if you would like to visit this place, I highly recommend to avoid Mari Keramati, in order to receive good service.

One of the staffs is very unprofessional and unfriendly. Was a very unpleasant experience with her, she was making stupid assumptions and refusing to answer some questions. Very rude

I called close to a dozen places around town looking for motorcycle insurance. Some don't offer it, some only offer group plans (ie.you need more than one service with them) and some are just a pain to deal with and not knowledgeable.

When I called InsureBC (Yaletown) Michelle picked up. I though she was a receptionist, but she was an agent. Calling direct to an agent was great, no bouncing around.

Michelle has a very polite and energetic attitude, was able to provide the ICBC portion of the quote over the phone. The quote actually came back $500 higher than everywhere else, which was strange, because ICBC should be consistent between brokerages. It turned out that the default rate class for my motorcycle (KLR 650cc) was set at an improper and higher rate class. She had the drive to dig in and said "Hang on, I want to figure this out", found the error and saved me $500 per year.

Very knowledgable, kind and just a pleasure to deal with.
