I insured my vehicle at this site. I wanted to try to beat the traffic back to Vancouver, so I asked the girl if she could ask Ryan to put my plates on. I have arthritis in my thumb and have difficulty with tools. Instead of getting him on it, she waited, saying that when she was finished with my paperwork, she would ask him. He was just sitting in his office. Finally, she went to ask him, and he said no. He said he had to leave. What he should have said was, no, because I'm too lazy to do it. I tried to take the old plates off by myself, but was unable to, so drove off with the old ones on. I found a very helpful, competent person to change the plates for me, thankfully. Oh, and as this stellar insurance broker Ryan was leaving, he looked at me and smiled, much like a jerk would do. There are so many fine folks in Squamish, but Ryan is not one of them. The girl wasn't much better.

Went here to transfer car into someone else’s name, staff kept the proof of insurance so the next day when I went to cancel insurance and bring the plates it was a 45min ordeal with Icbc on the phone.

Would not recommend for Icbc, there staff need more training obviously on Icbc protocols

I’m calling out Nikki&Ryan for top notch quality work, speed and efficiency, and the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
I will continue to insure my car and anything else that can be insured with them.
Will forever remember these guys!

I had an amazing experience at InsureBC Squamish! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially Amardeep! If you need to get your insurance done, this is definitely the place to be!

If you're assigned to Christine as a broker, go elsewhere. ZERO STARS!

Between my husband and I, we were in the office 7 different times, called her office to make sure she was working on hour home insurance file multiple times, and exchanged countless emails. A process that should have taken a week or two (because we were out of town a bit), lasted almost 3 months.

And in the end, she ended up costing us an extra $500+ because she was not up front about the short term fees we would incur before we signed a policy.

Note to self.always ask good questions. Don't assume your insurance broker is giving you all the information!

I guess the other agents at this location do a good job according to the reviews I see here, but I wish I had checked these before we got paired up with Christine.

This location is amazing and truly the best in Squamish. The service is first class. Recently had a question and was helped by Tenny and Christine. I was able to get the answer I needed. Thank you ladies. Glad I made the switch to this company.

I live Vancouver but I come to Squamish often and always make sure I stop at InsureBC to see Aislinn for my insurance needs. She is fast and efficient, always provides quotes beforehand and provides the best insurance packages for your what you need. I highly recommend going to her for your insurance. Her smile lights up the room and it is always a great experience!

Very helpful people that seem to know what they're doing, and do so quickly and accurately. Highly recommend them for ICBC and home insurance.

Called to renew my auto inssurance and the lady request I present myself at there location to proceed with renewal. Try to explain (as read on the ICBC website "Insurance renewals and COVID-19: As part of our COVID-19 response, access to a number of ICBC services will be limited to telephone/online.
You can contact your Autoplan broker by phone to renew your insurance. ") and she would never agree to this statement. She would cut me and wouldn't let me finish my sentence telling me to present myself in person to proceed. She told me to call ICBC wich I did. And ICBC says to contact via phone the autoplan broker.
One of the worst customer service experience I ever had.

I have been dealing with Ryan for years now, and I appreciate everything he’s done for myself and the rest of my family. It is always an ease setting up my car insurance, and he is always quick to respond when I have made an inquiry. Highly recommend!
