I highly and confidently recommend Integra Eyecare, esp Dr. Reis, the best eye doctor i have ever met, who also happens to be a very kind and caring human being.
Professionalism and care is what I have experienced at their Burnaby location for last many years now.
And I must add, Most staffs are always ready, trying their best to help out in any way they can. Very friendly and knowledgeable as well. It's a good package

It’s really chaotic and horrible operation system with them opening a new store. I simply need to pick up my glasses, and I came in 3 days in a roll to just do that.

Monday, they replaced their Burnaby location with their Vancouver location on map. And I drove to the new location thinking they moved. Just to find out they made a mistake on map.

Tuesday, they closed early at 6pm without changing their open time on their website, door front, or map. I drove an hour to the store and the store was locked and no one’s picking up the phone.

The chaos and waste of my time really threw me off. It just felt like they focus more on their new location and potential patients. No complaint on doctors, they are nice.

I had an appointment with Dr. Reis for the first time. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The staff at the clinic were really helpful as well. The clinic has some nice equipment to detect any eye issues which is great. Highly recommended.

The reception are friendly, the eyes examin was done thoroughly done state of art machine. Dr Jenny Tsui fixed my eyes pain and share many insights on my dry eyes problem.

Great experience on my visit at integra eyecare with Dr Maryam Askarpoor. She was thorough, attentive and provided great insights. The clinic has lots of high tech assessment tools which assured me their professional opinion is based on proper examination. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

I have never been so well attended in a clinic before. Integra’s team scored 5 stars in my scale of demanding customer. All the team were amazing with my husband, my son and me.

These folks were on time, courteous and very good at their jobs. Dr Reis found a significant problem with my vision and got me in to see a specialist in two days. Very grateful to him.

There are so many eye doctors in Vancouver. So many. Some good, some excellent, some.not so much. And then there's Dr. Reis. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with his services, expertise and demeanour. It's a privilege having a doctor who truly cares about his patients, stays on top of his game, and has phenomenal bedside manners look after my family and friends' eyes.

It's 2nd time I visited this place. Unfortunately, they forgot about me, and I had to wait for an hour.

Having said that, I am still giving 5 stars. The quality of service was great. Dr. Reis offered a free eye exam for the wait, but you know what? I still paid the full money. The service was that good.

Everyone makes mistakes. We are all human. It matters how well a person handles his/her own mistakes. Dr. Reis spend lot of time with me explaining all the findings without a rush. He showed many available options with his honest opinion including my kid's eye health and future plans. I will come back with my wife and two kids to see Dr. Reis.

Doctor Henry Reis listened to all of my concerns, did very thorough exams, he even retook a picture of my left eye since he wanted to be sure of it's condition. He gave me details of my current diagnosis and explained with examples. I'm glad I chose him, will be definitely coming back in the future.

I see on reviews I’m not the only patient to have received the wrong prescription. Integra says the typo was the manufacturer's fault. They finally compensated me well after my 1-star review.

They don’t answer their phones, which has been their downside for at least a year. They say they have a solution to that. Also, they had booked me on the wrong week. Reception had made me follow up with the same optometrist that ordered the contact lenses, who only works two to three days of the week, but after my 1-star review, one of the owners said that I can book with another optometrist if the mailed contact lenses need further adjustment. When I was in the clinic, the optometrist looked up the prescription that Integra says the manufacturer Precision used, and they confirmed that it mistakenly had a one in front of it. That’s more than double! They said that it was the mistake of Precision's.

Also, they could be more sanitary. The optometrist touched my eyelashes with the eye drop bottle, which shouldn’t even be used between multiple people. I didn’t see staff wipe the equipment (phoropter?) that you touch your face with in the optometrist room, which is normally done when the patient or the optometrist enters.

Lastly, the area for customers to insert contact lenses is cramped. Other optometrist offices I’ve been to had more space for that. Staff asked me to use the washroom to insert my contact lenses, and then someone wanted to urgently use the toilet, so I left and moved to the other area with only one contact lens in at the time. Staff ended up saying the usual area was fine for me to use, but that I might not have a mirror there because a patient was sitting at the table in front of it. Get another mirror or get that patient to leave the area instead of sitting there for several minutes then! Anyway, I didn’t even need a mirror, so they could’ve mentioned the mirror before making me use the washroom.

The courtesy & attention received at the Kingsway location of the Integra Eyecare Centre from the front desk staff to the technicians to the doctors is warm and welcoming while still maintaining a professional profile. I recommend them without hesitation.

Thank you, Dr. Henry, for the cutting-edge eye care service and for being kind and patient with my three-year-old. Daycare was closed at the last minute due to the bad weather, and I had to take him with me. It turns out now he wants to be an eye doctor too. I highly recommend Integra Eyecare Centre. Amazing doctors and staff.

Wonderful attention and care for the patients. Dr. Anne Huang was amazing, she answered all my questions and the eye exam was really good.

Dr. Reis is extraordinary caring, kind and extremely knowledgeable with his patients. I recently suffered from an extremely painful Optic Neuritis, and no other ophthalmologist could have diagnosed me without his in depth and detailed assessment, and diagnosis. Furthermore, he prescribed a very innovative treatment for the optic neuritis which was free of side effects. I have seen many doctors over the last couple of years, and I can safely say that his dedication to my recovery and well being have been remarkable and distinctive.

He actually cared to see my MRI scans (which were ordered by a neurologist) to help me get a full picture of my diagnosis.

I have been to his clinic a few times, and I consistently observe him being extremely caring and generous with his patient.

He is a rare doctor who actually sees the patient as a whole, and despite how busy he is, he never rushes his time with patients. His knowledge is a blessing to patients and fellow practitioners.

Thank you Dr. Reis for everything you do for so many of us. You are very much appreciated!

I had a wonderful experience getting my eye exam done at Integra; Dr. Askarpoor was fantastic as she was very thorough with my eye exam and extremely friendly. The entire staff were amazing, especially Ashley and Caitlin as they were super helpful welcoming me in and setting me up. I'd definitely recommend others to go to Integra Eyecare Center!

It is my first time seeing Dr. Henry Reis today, I brought my sister and my mom as well. I am going to say that he is the BEST doctor I have ever seen, SUPER patient and knowledgeable. Just book an appointment with him, he will take care of you and there is nothing to worry about - that is the feeling I had today. PLUS I am going to bring my dad to see Dr. Henry in two weeks.

That being said, my family and I am going to see Dr. Henry annually from now on for eye care until the day he retire.

Best eye clinic in the Lower Mainland, by far! I would like to recommend Dr. Reis as he's been my optometrist since 2014.

I'm updating my review with great gratitude. Unfortunately my first experience with Integra wasn't the greatest but the owners and staff sure know how to turn things around. As a mom of a 1 year old who doesn't drive I was pleasantly pleased when the owner herself ofered to drop off my glasses to my home. My partner had tried to pick up my glasses the previous day as I had received a text that they were ready but unfortunately they were misplaced at the office. After several attempts to contact the receptionist, I had no success and was quite upset at the lack of communication. Today I received a call and visit from the owner and she definitely made sure to go above and beyond my expectations. I'm greatful for the outstanding customer service and the genuine interaction with the owner. I understand that mistakes happen and the way she went about fixing this is worth more than 5 stars. It really makes me feel comfortable with trusting my eyes and my childs eyes with them.

Dr. Reis is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I've ever seen. The staff are very friendly and professional, always using the latest technology.

Dr. Askarpoor is an excellent optometrist! She was very thorough with my eye exam and she really took the time to get the right glasses prescription for me and go over my eye health in detail. She is very friendly and easy to talk to - she instantly made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. The rest of the staff are also very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I walked out of Integra feeling like I received the quality of eyecare every patient should and I also had my glasses made on the same day as my appointment within 30 minutes!

Great little store, very friendly staff, had thorough eye exam done, able to direct bill to my insurn. Very happy with the service, and love my new reading and driving glasses.

I wanted to edit a review that I had previously posted. Dr. Henry Reis is a living proof of how not only Doctors but Business men can build a business that can be an example of what true integrity, care and honor would be, especially in the medical field! My father has had a hard time with obtaining a pair of glasses that best suit him, as his case is pretty complicated and he has had a somewhat difficult experience at the center. Dr. Reis, met him personally, took such good care of him, was so patient, attentive, caring and this is exactly what my father needed in order for him to get the help and attention needed to not only understand his case but to get the explanation that he had hoped for when he initially went to Integra Eyecare Centre. Dr. Reis, took the time to explain to my father what was needed to be done after a thorough and careful examination and ordered a new pair of glasses for him and promised to do what is needed to ensure that my father gets the best result from the glasses that he so very kindly ordered and even personally covered the cost for!
I wanted to thank Dr. Reis from the bottom of my heart for the care he showed my father, You Truly deserve all the success and I truly hope your staff treat their clients the way you treated my father cause if you were my boss and this is the example you set, I would make it my mission to carry such an outstanding example to keep the reputation of the center and most of all to ensure that clients know that this center is owned by one of the most Wonderful, Caring, and Honorable Doctors and Business Men in the city and province!

Online booking was somewhat of a challenge, nobody got back to me for confirmation and subsequent calls to the front desk were left unanswered? ! Fortunately, when I finally got in for the appointment, dealing with the staff and Dr. Askarpoor were completely opposite! They were all easy to deal with, very friendly and most importantly - concise and comprehensive when examining my son's eyes. It resulted in a very positive experience at the end. Their clinic is equipped with the very finest machinery for diagnostic purposes, left me feeling reassured my son was getting the very best care (technology-wise) without lacking any attention to details. Would not hesitate to recommend others to come here!

Out of all of the eye clinics I've been to in the Lower Mainland, Dr. Askarpoor has left the biggest and most positive imprint on my experience with any optometrist. She answered my questions wth thoughtfulness, patience and and intellect — I really felt like I left the clinic knowing that much more about the condition of my eyesight, and various ways that I can improve my eye health for the long-term. I absolutely love when doctors mix education with treatment! I would recommend Dr. Askarpoor to anyone that I know.

Dr. Reis is excellent, the opticians are not pushy and very knowledgeable and I love the multiple glasses I've bought here over the past 7 years. Also, I love their wall art:)

The worst customer service with dr. Reis. If you need to change your glasses please do research
before you will spend over $1000. If he prescribed you eyeglasses which doesn't work for you he doesn't respond
and hiding and ghosting.

Very happy with the service at Integra Eyecare. Eyecare wellness tips are prescribed with gentle guidance and didn't feel pressured to buy frames or lenses from them, like I've gotten at other optometrists - no car salesmen here! Dr Tsui is so friendly and great with my toddler.

Dr. Askarpoor was great! I have diabetes and i need to get my eyes checked every 6 months to make sure the diabetes isn't affecting my eyes. I was very impressed with the equipment and technology at Integra.

Dr. Askarpoor was very thorough at explaining all the photos and scans of my eyes to me. I really feel that i can trust her with the health of my eyes. I am happy i found this clinic because i feel that i really get a full and quality check of my eye health. I also got brand new progressive glasses from Integra that I'm very happy with!

Doctor Tsui went above and beyond to answer all my questions!

What really amazed me is that she took the time to fit me! You know when doctors ask what's better: Number #1 or #2? Number #3 or #4? That's the part that she took so much time and care to get right! Now I know I have the best possible vision a glasses can give me!

Wow. These positive reviews are mostly fake. Gotta luv Dr. "pirouzi pirouzi, " eye surgeon in Greece, who came to Burnaby and found Dr. Reis. Lol. Finding fault in his organization is not a forte of Integra's owner. He'll try to go hard at you - lying is an option.

As a first time patient at this practice, I was very impressed by the service, quality of care, and the end results. Staff were friendly, efficient and above all highly professional. Dr Reis completed a very thorough exam and reviewed all my test results with me. He coordinated my care directly with my eye surgeon and fitted me up with an excellent pair of glasses to boot. I highly recommend Integra Eyecare Centre and will be continuing with them. First Class!

It was my first eye exam in well over 15 years, and I’m so glad I chose Integra Eyecare. The staff were patient with me as they explained all the very high tech equipment (super cool!) and the Ophthalmologist, Dr Ho, was absolutely lovely and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Very thorough eye exam and they explained everything so well to me I barely had any questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Integra Eyecare. 10/10 will visit again!

I have been a patient of Dr. Reis for many years now. He's always been very attentive and supportive even in the most challenging situations. The whole team is very professional and they always strive to offer the best services to their patients. I definitely recommend them.

Dr Henry Reis is an excellent doctor, who will make sure you will leave the clinic understanding your problem and with a solution. He also is really good with small kids, polite and a good listener. No doubt he is the best of Vancouver.

I visited about a month ago for my biannual eye exam, and really felt the entire process was smooth as soon as I walked in. No long waits or delays. I was even more impressed by the level of care, knowledge, and professionalism from Dr. Askarpoor. She patiently listened to all my concerns and questions, and explained everything in kind. I hope to continue seeing Dr. Askarpoor for all my future eye related matters.

I was looking for an optometrist that had an OCT scanner (newer tech to scan the optical nerve) and was referred to Integra Eyecare. Dr. Askarpoor took the time to carefully explain the results of every test to me. She also didn't hesitate to oblige my request to fill out some extra forms that I had brought (with some information that my doctor requested).
I found her to be a very warm and professional communicator - and the staff were all friendly and kind. This is a great place to get your eyes tested and taken care of.

Very detailed eye exam. The doctor was very thorough and answered all of my questions without trying to rush me out the door. I thought I was going to need glasses, but rather than trying to make a sale the doctor found that I just needed a touch up on one of my eyes that I previously had surgery on. Great experience.

Needed a last min.appointment and the staff was able to fit me in on such short notice. Dr. Maryam Askarpoor was fantastic the staff was easy to deal with funny and thoughtful.

Wanted to write this review weeks ago. Integra Eyecare Centre is arguably the best place for eye care in all of BC. I don't just say that, Dr. Reiss is very thorough with his exams and Tatiana is plain awesome. She's a great optician. The whole staff there are dedicated to their roles, and it was an excellent experience for me overall. Their priority is to provide you with what you need. I'm very happy to have incidentally come across this place and the time spent here. I highly recommend you giving them a try.

Dr Tsui was able to target what was causing my blurring vision at different times of the day. She gave a clear explanation about my condition, and what I can do about it.

Prior to going to Integra Eyecare, my previous Optometrists couldn't figure out or tell me what was wrong. All they did was measure and prescribed me glasses. I think those lens caused me discomfort and a headache.but I thought that was normal so I ignored it. I wish I went to Integra Eyecare sooner.

The facility is very clean and organized. During my appointment, the staff guided me every step of the way. There's no room for confusion.

Thorough, Informative, and kind.

I had to check on a redness of my eyelids, and found we a potential risk of glaucoma. I've had split vision all my life and I was complimented on how quickly I could switch which eye was in control. This was not a skill I was aware of and for the first time in my life, I have something good to think about my eyes. The whole visit felt like a friendly, collaborative investigation into my vision.

It was such a great experience at Integra Eyecare Center. Here they have the newest and most advanced medical equipments. The Center is very clean. Staff are super nice and helpful. The girl helping me was Carol and I liked her efficiency and manner. Dr Reis was very knowledgeable and he really took the time to explain and listen. He even gave me a fog blocker as support for healthcare professional!

First appointment today (April 24,2021) and it was a blast. Dr. Henry was amazing to my hubby and I. He went through the pictures and results from his exams and explained every little thing. I am amazed with the friendly way he spoke and behaved all through our appointments. Also, the clinic staff was knowledgeable and professional on all their advice to us on style for frames and cost effective purchase.
