Outstanding service and always doing little things extra. Brandon even suggested a great yoga studio while I waited. I’ve been shopping with them for tires since the 90’s and they only keep surprising me with how well run they are and great price for the work. We used to service all our farm trucks here before I retired and never once disappointed in price or work done. Outstanding locally owned shop that truly cares you get what you paid for with quality work and a great price. Friendly staff and always a quick answer for quotes or options. I was in Kamloops with my family and had a flat. BCAA guy directed me to Integra Tires. Although it was almost 5 p.m, they still fixed my tire and swopped my tire at no extra cost. Wonderful service and wonderful people.i would recommend this tire place to anyone who needs tire service.well done, and thank you. See you soon when i am back in Kamloops

Always been excellent service, my absolute only go to for anything vehicle related whether it's leveling kit, wheels, tires, inspections, or even just general maintenance. I used to have a lot of anxiety about car shops but as long as I’ve been going to Integra on Notre Dame, I feel like I’ve been in good hands. Tires, regular maintenance or bigger services… Five stars all around. Super helpful staff. Quick service completed on time. Thank you.

Amazing guys here! Had us in and out in no time helped me find a tier after hitting a porthole and Brandon kept the price for everything under 100$ 10/10 service thanks guys so much!

As a client in good faith I called Brandon and told him about my check engine light. He asked me to bring my vehicle so they can have a look.

They scanned my vehicle (1 minute activity, just plunging the scanner in the computer of my vehicle) and for that they charged a whole mechanical hour

To make things worse they charged me another whole hour just changed a break light switch

If you are reading this and you are hoping to go there, it would be a good idea to ask for price on front

in my opinion, they have so many clients that they don’t care to charge that much for nothing.me personally, I am not going back there anymore. I didn’t like how they treat me.
I don’t like that kind of mechanical services providers

My experience in Integra Tire in the north shore was 1000 % better

Excellent and honest car care. I've been coming here for years, never had a problem. They always do their best to get the parts and for the best deals, they often fix small things for no charge and never try to do repairs where not needed, but lets you know when they are. Very personable staff and management.

I live across street from North Shore integra.had a valve stem fixed on Saturday Dec 24 and just parked it in my parking lot. Didn't drive again till Dec27 and noticed a lot of noise and steering wheel shaking. NONE OF THE LUG NUTS HAD BEEN TIGHTENED! I'm 72 years old and this could have ended my life if I was as stupid as the person working there. Thank God there is a mechanic within a block of me!

I have had two busted tires in the last year and these guys have been such a huge help both times. Got me in right away and fixed up my car with new tires within hours! Everyone is absolutely wonderful, so polite and genuine. Highly recommend!

Everyone I have dealt with at this shop has been great - Brandon, Jake and Ryan. We’ve had small projects and big ones they’re always the first place I call. The staff are easy going, honest and super professional. They listen when you don’t speak ‘car’ but have a problem or a noise. Their prices are good, and their quotes are accurate. Absolutely recommend. As a woman I’ve always been taken seriously and treated well.

Really good people. Great service and will help you out in a pinch. I lost some wheel bolts (Mercedes - not always easy to find) due to another shop forgetting to torque one wheel. They sent me off with 4 replacements, as I was on a camping trip and had far to drive still. Thanks guys!

They are awesome here. Super nice guys and always up front and honest about things. It's the only place in Kamloops that I take my car.

Excellent service, i had a bolt in my tire and called every other tire shop told me to wait til tuesday, these guys got me in for a repair and honestly, ive found my new tire shop.

Thank you to the staff for accommodating me even though the long weekend is coming up, 10/10 recommend them.

Excellent service. I am an evacuee from the wild fires and had a flat on my truck. They got me in right away, fixed my tire and didn't charge me. I am a long time customer because of there service and will be buying another set of tires from them. Thx Integra.

I had to buy some new trailer tires half way through a camping trip so called these guys as we were in Kamloops for a few nights. Booked an appointment and when I showed up they drove my truck and trailer through one of their drive thru bays. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes! Friendly service and reasonable rates. Amazing customer service and such quick turnaround! Both times my car went in I had it back on the same day. They fixed my brakes, kept me updated with what they were doing to my car, and phoned me to let me know prices before proceeding. I had a flat tire and they replaced it with a good as new used tire for a great price. Integra has the best customer service I've ever had at an autoshop. Thanks guys!

I've been coming to Integra tire since we moved to Kamloops last year. Have never been disappointed. Friendly staff, fair pricing, that always comes in at or under the quote. It's nerve wracking having to build trusting relationships with various trades when you are new to a town, and as someone who isn't mechanically minded, good garages are particularly important. Integra Tire definitely fits the bill. Recently, staff at this location went above and beyond to solve an issue for me in a cost effective manner, and in doing so have ensured I will never look elsewhere for my garage needs. Thank you.
