These pieces of trash rip off old ladies on basic services. Don't go here. Literally anywhere else is more trustworthy.

The whole team here is amazing Jayson always goes above and beyond what is expected. If you have any tire needs, they are your team. Also they have very comparable prices, one stop shop.

Staff are very helpful, prompt and deligent with their services. I haven't stoped seeking their help for 10.5 years since i moved to FSJ and has asked help again for my last vehicle service prior to moving away. BRAVO INTEGRA FSJ GOD BLESS.

Got a flat on a Uhaul car trailer on our move south. Jay and team were so helpful! Got us a new tire and sent us on our way in a matter of minutes. After 30 hours of driving and an unplanned night in Ft. St. John their help was more than appreciated. If you are in need of tire help, this shop is a must.

I don't think I've ever actually enjoyed being at a tire shop before I went there. Quick, quality service, and more friendly than a pack of golden retrievers. If I'm ever in FSJ again and need tire work, I won't go anywhere else. Thanks guys)

Got me in and out super quick for 2 separate tire rotations. Second time, I was on lunch and they got me done faster than they quoted. Super friendly bunch of guys, this should be the go-to tire shop for many. By far the best in town.

Generally excellent experience! Went in to get a punctured tire fixed, they did it same day inside 1.5 hrs and put the fixed tire back on. Friendly and accommodating individuals! Enthusiastically recommend. Friendly, effective and attempt their hardest to get you done around the same time — even on a Saturday! Stunning so supportive and administration is well beyond. Pleasant and inquisitive.

By far, the worst tire shop in FSJ. Bought a vehicle at Driving Force which came with a brand new set of tires. Turns out that they were incorrectly sized as they were rubbing on the fender liners. Driving Force told us that Integra had received two sets of tires and they had inadvertently put on the wrong set. Okay, no big deal. Driving Force arranged that Integra would put on the winters while we waited for the right size tires to show up. So far, so good. Kevin who worked at Integra at the time was really decent. When the new tires showed up, we went back and they swapped off the winters and put on the new summers. We were specifically told that Driving Force would pick up our winters and store them over the summer. Come last fall and of course, no one can find our tires. Worse, the miserable older guy at the counter is literally arguing that "our car has never been in their shop". I don't know why their records were screwed but the fact that he had the nerve to argue with me was unbelievable. Luckily I had taken some pictures of the vehicle with the winter rims installed and after some time one of their shop hands found our rims and tires buried in a shed. They had no idea who they had belonged to. The old guy didn't even have the decency to apologize. Anyways, since Kevin had been a decent guy at one point, we were willing to give them one last try yesterday. Walked in at 8: 15 and asked the miserable old guy if they could swap out our winters (they are on rims, so no mounting or balancing). He comes unglued, "Not today, no way". Snotty tone. Dismissive. This guy is killing this business. Went to a competitor, they smiled, said they would get to it when they could and had it done that afternoon. There are a bunch of tires shops in FSJ, skip this one unless you like to be treated like an inconvenience.

5 stars go to Mechanic Ron Dunlop. This gentleman has very good customer relation skills in that he explains his work/analysis in an intelligent way (in other words, he doesn’t treat you like a dummy). Ron covered what is needed, what has been done and why. He covers all bases and ensures the bottomline: Safety is utmost and does not charge a ridiculous amount of time which translates to a reasonable bill when done.

The reason for me going to Integra was essentially just for an alignment which another automotive shop in FSJ suggested since they could not do it. I was fortunate to choose Integra because Ron uncovered a couple of deficiencies that could have spelled disaster for me, yet the Automotive shop in FSJ (a haloed longtime shop) had done a wellness check and completely missed these two variables which as I mentioned could have been disastrous for me had Integra not picked up on it. So, I am thankful to Ron for just doing an outstanding job.

Other pluses of this shop: a clean bathroom which is most appreciated, particularly if you choose to hang around and wait for your vehicle. And if you do, there are comfortable chairs and magazines and a little station to make coffee which are nice touches.

Further, they will offer you a ride if you need to go somewhere which is very helpful.

Jason, The owner of this Integra Tire is very approachable and has a nice personality, so if you feel jilted by frontline staff, I urge you to speak to him where you will likely get good resolution.

Lastly, Integra Tire in FSJ is not just a tire shop. It surprised me because I thought they only sold tires and did alignments. They do far more, like changing tie rod ends, brake lines and so on. I would ask them what they can do for you. I also thought their prices were less expensive than automotive shops like Walt’s.

I went to Integra to have my left lower ball joint replaced on my vehicle and get an alignment after my dealership insisted that my car needed this and was wanting to charge me 500$ for it. Feeling the price was a bit of a far reach, I decided to let another shop do the service instead. I called Integra Tire in Fort St. John, and they were very friendly on the phone, able to book me in within a couple of days. Then when it came to pick up my car- they notified me that my car was perfectly fine, and did not need the part. (Multiple people checked my car there, as well as I got a second opinion after to be on the safe side). So thank you for putting me and my needs first, and not ripping me off the way my dealership tried. I very much appreciate it. Your honesty is really refreshing and your customer service was great. Thank's again.

I took a tire that went flat to fountain tire they "fixed" it well it was flat the next day so I go back. They "fixed" it again. Well it lasted 2 days and it's flat again. I take it to Integra tire and didn't even take it out of the vehicle and he saw the problem and was surprised fountain tire never saw the little hairs starting to stick out. Could have had a blown tire if I kept taking it here. So Integra found me a used tire with lots of tread left. And was cheaper than one "fix at fountain. I said I don't know why I just didn't take it there in the first place.
