Replaced my whole front end suspension amd they refused to do the wheel alignment without putting in the part's themselves, just a money grab as far as I can tell.reccomend canadian tire or mr lube over this shop. Completely ridiculous

Had such a positive experience at Integra Tire Kelowna today. Had a major issue come up and was leaving town in the morning. George fit us in last minute and took care of everything. Extremely professional but lighthearted as he went out of his way to make sure we could get on the road while keeping costs very reasonable. Will definitely recommend George and Integra in the future!

Went in to have a slow leak in a tire repaired. The car was in the shop for only a minute when the repair person came out and spoke to the counter person. I was called to the counter and told I had only 2/32 tread depth and needed new tires. I thought this odd as the car had recently had a service inspection at the dealership. I took the car to another shop. Measure tread depth at 5/32. They repaired the tire with no issues.

We pulled into their business on a Friday morning first thing to ask about the size of a tire that was already on a rim but was unsure if it fit our car. They were not busy and all of the guys working there eventually came out to look at it. The decision was made that it would indeed fit. However, one of them said he would like to try to see if it fit. I said, sure and that I would pay for it. They put the tire on and it fit. We were pleased and I went in to pay and they said, no worries and that it was on them. They have won my business and that of my family as well. Not often in this day and age do you receive this kind of treatment. Many, many thanks to all of you working that day.

I’ve been to this place 3 times. The first was just an oil change and I asked if they could check my suspension as it made a noise when I hit bumps. They said no problem and booked me in. I got the oil changed but was told I’d have to come back for the suspension check because they didn’t have a mechanic in that day… it was a Friday. Then I went outside and seen oil dripping. The apprentice didn’t clean off the skid plate is what I was told. All good I’ll find a more reliable shop for oil changes. Then I went for the suspension check a week later. Their mechanic said everything seemed perfect and it was all brand new in the front end. He did hear the noise but couldn’t find it. I myself used to be a mechanic so I figured I’d check the shocks because they probably didn’t because it’s not easy to do. Sure enough shock was done. Fast forward to now, Went back for a quick alignment because I installed new shocks with lift springs (noise is gone now) I was told they can’t do it because both my outer tie rods had play. I mentioned that the tie rods don’t need adjusting it’s only the camber that I need adjusted. The front desk guy looked at me like I was stupid and continued to tell me that they have to adjust the tie rods for an alignment. I tried explaining that although that is usually true I don’t need my toe angle adjusted only my camber angle. I couldn’t get through to the guy he clearly didn’t understand a word I was saying and ended it with “ it’s a liability issue then. ” He then slapped down a $700 quote for two tie rod ends. I almost laughed at him. Now I did know that my tie rod ends had play, I noticed while installing the shocks, but I figured since they didn’t need adjusting it wouldn’t be a big deal. I called a few other shops and they all agreed that it’s not a big deal if your not adjusting the tie rods. I went to lordco and got the tie rods for $90 total and will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

I bought a set of tires here 5 years ago and utilized their tire storage. Since then I do all my car business here (new tires, oil change, etc). They are so helpful and fair. I can’t recommend Integra enough.

I had a flat tire on my way home from Kelowna. I called many tire locations in desperation as it was getting past 2pm and I didn’t want to drive winter roads at night. Only the staff at Integra Tire were so kind and accommodating. They got my tire fixed within the hour so I could get home in time to celebrate my birthday with family. Excellent customer service and tire is good as new!
