Integrated Civil Enforcement

I can’t share enough positive comments about this business. We ended up in a jam do to current tenancy laws in BC that, when the right card is played, the landlord is screwed… it takes time, and lots of money if you hit the scenario we faced. I picked integrated for two reasons, 1.) easily the best at explaining the process on the phone (I believe it was Jasmin I spoke with), and 2.) they offered the soonest availability of all the Court recognized companies. That’s it, I picked them essentially blind short of those two attributes. They were AMAZING. From beginning to end. Fair, honest, professional. It’s not cheap, but any company isn’t. The process is pricey, but in my case was worth every penny. I recommend this company all day long.

They are rude and the do thing illegally because my landlord committed fraud and the tenancy board is reviewing the application and they are not allowed to do anything but because I am not South Asian we are black and this company is run by South Asian they are doing things very shady and illegal

Sara and her team did an amazing job of helping me and my family out of a very difficult situation we had with a tenant this year. The amount of time Sara took out of her schedule to explain such an unfamiliar territory to us really showed she actually cared about us as clients and was patient throughout the entire process. Everything was done as fast as possible and at a reasonable price for the amount of work it took to help us close a very difficult chapter of our lives. These bailiffs were excellent, they were on time they came in took care of removing our tenants and their belongings, unfortunately the eviction had to be stopped due to a court stay order that our tenants got from the courthouse immediately as the eviction was happening. In hindsight the one thing the bailiffs could have done was not given the tenants our new keys as we had the locks changed

I did my due diligence and have compared the processing times of different Civil Enforcement Companies -> Integrated Civil Enforcement are the fastest. BUT, I noticed they are also the nicest, by far! Sara and Keiko worked hard and were very patient with us! If you need help evicting a problem tenant, these folks can get it done effectively, cost efficiently and headache free! We got them to help with evicting a non paying tenant and they handled everything from serving the 10 day notice to forcibly removing the tenants and their belongings. Great service. Got our tenant out after he refused to leave when we had received an Order of Possession from the RTB. After we got the Writ from the Supreme Court, Integrated was able to send someone out in 2 days to enforce it. Quick and easy. Thanks again for taking care of this situation for us.

Speaking from the perspective of a landlord, Integrated is amazing at what they do. I had a very troublesome tenant, turned squatter, who caused me a great deal of stress. Alice, the court administrator for Integrated, was amazing in providing me with information that made the eviction process so much easier and reassured me that this nightmare would end. In addition, the bailiffs did an amazing job ENFORCING (really emphasis on the FORCE) the order, which I think is what any landlord in my situation would want. If you're a landlord in a similar situation, I highly recommend Integrated; whether you have questions regarding eviction or are searching for someone to execute your writ, they are very knowledgable and have provided great service from start to finish.
