Joseph knows exactly what he is doing, and he is such a true professional acupuncturist! His skill is a gift, and he is such a kind man! I recommend him highly!

Nika was amazing she definitely helped my shoulder pain out today as I could barely move it before coming in, and I came out feeling night and day better! She also gave me some really good shoulder exercises for at home to help me out! I would recommend everyone to her!

Was super impressed with Hoai’s knowledge and techniques to help eleviate terrible pain and migraines I was having. Already booked in for next week. I highly recommend him. I’ve been to other RMT’s and never experienced such relief. Hoai gets to the root of the problem.

Been coming to this facility for a couple years now, good facility, great staff, only noteworthy concern is with reception. Over the last year or so I found it quite common for miscommunications, incorrect bookings, cancellations and cancellations with minimal warning times. I hope this gets rectified as I believe this is holding back potential for an even greater experience.

Dr. Alex corrected years of neglect and encouraged me on repairs. I learned A LOT during the treatment and have tools to make changes at home.

I was looking for a massage therapist closer to home and Integrated Functional Health came highly recommended by our neighbourhood group. Tyler was great - listened to what I was saying, was knowledgeable with his assessment, found all the knots and tightness in my neck/back/shoulders that needed to be worked out - and recommended some stretches that would help. I've already booked my next appointment!

First time to this clinic and therapist. The front end receptionist was welcoming and helpful, set a relaxed tone right away. Was really impressed by how thorough and professional Austin was. I have some specific challenges related to current cancer treatment and he was cautious but worked with me to assess what could best help me now with what I’m going through and get me mobile. Immediately afterwards I felt better than I have in months, noticeable decrease in pain, and the following day a marked improvement in my mobility. I will definitely continue seeing him as part of my overall road back to good health.

Today was my first appointment with Austin and I was very pleased. He is very good. I have extensive past injuries and have had many RMT’s over the years. He has excellent technique!

I really like Tamra, she is a very friendly, highly skilled, and professional RMT. I strongly recommend her. I go the Integrated Functional Health at least once a month.
However, I was recently very disappointed in the unprofessional receptionist. The receptionist billed my insurance wrong and I tried to tell her how to do it but she refused to listen to me or my husband. I had never had any problems previously, and she didn't try to listen and look up my profile and just demanded I pay. It turns out I was right and my husband spent a good hour talking to our insurance provider and manager at Integrated Functional Health. The worse thing is, I had to go back in to get our reimbursement. All of this took up a lot of unnecessary time. They need to improve their administrative service so that hopefully this does not happen to anyone else.

I suffered from IBS, lactose intolerance, and other digestive issues for years and was feeling pretty hopeless when I first saw her. In just a couple of appointments, my digestion had completely changed. I felt more in control of my body and how it would react to different foods in a way I never could before. She explained everything thoroughly in a way I could fully understand. She never pushed any treatments and would be sure to give me options based on my budget. She was incredibly reassuring and made me feel like I could truly trust the process. I recommend her to everyone I know because I’m certain in her practice, knowledge, and ability.

I have been attending the clinic for a back injury. I first had acupuncture with Dr. Godin who was very thorough and compassionate. I am currently in physiotherapy with Kumar. Kumar provides outstanding treatment and approaches issues with compassion and humour. I highly recommend this clinic.

The area i was in for massage was under construction the receptionist were quite chatty not concerned every word is heard during a massage not to mention the parking lot is quite busy so alot of horns beeping when people alarm there cars maybe when the construction is done rooms will be more sound proof, not to mention the male rmt have me a back tickle not so much massage wasted money

Going for massage it was great Chris took good care of me. Definately will be using in the future. Office was clean and nicely decorated. Reception was friendly and helpful. Massage bed was comfortable

I have a 100% coverage, but they have been charging me. I have confirmed with my provider multiple times, that they have been sending the payments. I reached out to the manager couple of times, promised me a refund and call back since September. Until now I haven't heard anything from them, neither received the refund. Beware never give them your credit card information.

Love this place. Joseph is amazing if you need an acupuncturist. He takes time and care and heals. They direct bill so that’s super reasonable.

Brad has been instrumental in my rehab efforts from a car accident. His hands-on approach has been very helpful. I highly recommend him for Active Rehab.

I had my first massage session with RMT, Nina Luu yesterday, and have nothing but great things to say about my experience with her! She was so professional, thorough, & I felt so calm and at ease after a wonderful, relaxing massage. I would highly recommend her for anyone!

Called this place a couple days ago (our son has growing pain and our GP recmomeded massage therapy) thought we would give this clinic a try after reading a good reviews Wanted to ask about walk ins or same day appointments if available since our son was crying in pain all night also which female massage threapist you recommend but after a few calls no one answered and when my wife called she said whoever answered sounded very annoyed and told my wife to book online or next time leave voicemail.very shockingly unprofessional behaviour. Trying somewhere else

Great rmt's that do excellent work but I tried one of their chiro's recently (dr shannon) and it was one of the worst chiro experiences of my life (and I've been going to chiro for most of my adult life due to being hit by a car) did most of the appointment from his chair only getting up when absolutely necessary, more interested in telling me his life story then focusing on my adjustments and when he actually did some work he was very sloppy in his work felt like I was gonna fall of the table and he was being very haphazard with the adjustment. Will not be back to see him. I Do NOT reccomend him.

I've had bad massages before and was skeptical to try again. Nika was fantastic, she knew all the right spots to hit. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Nika!

I've been a nurse for almost 25 years and its done a job on my back - Brandon is skilled and knowledgeable for all injuries and issues. He is keeping me in the profession I love.

After moving to Surrey, it took me a while to find a new massage therapist who could actually help me. I even tried a couple different places and 5 or 6 people before finding Brandon Benson at Integrated Functional Health. I've been in a handful of car accidents in my lifetime - none my fault - and I've worked a desk job for the last 14 years.all of which take a toll on my mobility. Brandon is the only one who who has been able to really help my arms, neck and back. The staff at IFH are polite and prompt. The office is clean and comfortable. In the crazy times we're in the midst of, I trust this place to safely keep me going.

I get chiropractic work and massages done here, both are very helpful. All the staff are very professional and do a great job.

Hands down to Chris Janicek, this guy is a new grad but his massage skills are way better compare to other Massage therapists with years of experience that I’ve been to in the past (not at this clinic).
He knew exactly where I needed the pressure and level of pressure as well. Totally recommend him and this clinic for your massage therapy needs.

Out of the massage I've had this was definitely the best. My RMT was Nika and she did a good job hitting all the spots that needed to be hit!

Love this clinic, Nika is so great at what she does but that aside she's a very nice caring person who is invested in the treatment and well-being of her clients.

I have been going to this massage place since it opened about 6 years ago. I missed my last appointment (even thought I called and left a message) was told I have to pay $55 for no show since they have 24h policy. The girl at the desk was really rude and after I told her I will pay but she can cancel all my other appointments she said “ ok I will “. I am not sure if this is a way to treat your customers.
I will find another place to go to now and will not go back there again.
“You just lost a good customer and all her family members because of the $55.00. ”

I just recently had my first intial Chiro appointment with DR Shannon and he is truly amazing! I have been seeing a chiropractor for about a year now as i have problems with my hips, DR Shannon gave me a better diagnosis in our first visit than my whole year of seeing a previous chiro! I highly recommend

Your receptionist trina did not greet me when i walked in, gave me a disgusted look and refused to make eye contact with me.
