Integrated Health has been my cancer care Center since 2014. I have been in remission now for 7 years and have followed the protocols set out by Dr Parmar and his team. What a wonderful set of doctors and patient care staff that are professional and compassionate. I always look forward to having a relaxing and quiet time away from home and busy life for my 1.5 hours of IV infusion.

This is such a wonderful clinic full of caring and empathetic doctors and staff! Dr. Jess Hobson especially comes to mind with her highly professional, thoughtful and thorough approach - it’s clear your success is her success.

I first went to this clinic 10 years ago when I was diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer. I don't think I could have done as well as I have without Dr. Parmar's and Dr. Soles expertise and positive guidance that they gave me then and continue to give me now. I feel healthier and stronger than ever!

The doctor (Dr. Rurak) has helped me and my son get to the bottom of issues I/we’ve struggled with and suffered from for quite a while, while also helping me maintain good health. The issues were not discovered by several other doctors that I had gone to prior (from GPS to specialists and other NDs).

Issues that were discovered and resolved/managed such as allergies, food intolerances, anemia, hormone imbalance and the list goes on.
Symptoms that occurred prior to help were moments of not breathing at night, mood challenges, exhaustion, extreme bloating and stomach pain, coughing/throat clearing, headaches, hard time getting pregnant, hard time focusing etc.
It is so nice to be relieved from these and be able to live life more freely.

The clinic itself is very clean and well maintained. I love that I can go downstairs to pure health to pick up my supplements and I can even get freshly squeezed juice etc while I’m at it.

I have recommended this clinic and doctor to many people as I find it’s hard to find quality service along with a doctor who truly helps getting to the root of the issue (while also being covered by extended medical benefits).

I haven’t myself experience their cancer care support but the reason I came in the first place was because I had a friend who said she has tried every treatment/method she could to help her cancer and it just would not let up. When she came to this clinic she received great cancer care and saw that her cancer repair and Symptoms were improving due to their support here. Prior to my friends story I had been searching for a good naturopath. I had been to a couple in the past but I didn’t find the answers and support I was looking for and on top of that had a longer commute.

Prices are high but in the realm of ND I’d say pretty standard, so I expect to pay what I do.
Park in is not ideal however I drive a very large passenger van and I’ve managed for years.

If you’re struggling and need a doctor I cannot recommend this place enough.

I went to Integrated Health for my IUD removal with Dr. Parmar. They use guided ultrasound for the removal, which is what made me choose this office after a failed attempt at my GP. The removal was very quick and as comfortable as it could be. This place gave me hope for women's health! The office is very professional and the staff are very efficient. They require prepayment for your appointment. I would highly recommend this office!

Dr. Hobson is the best! She's so attentive, caring and knowledgeable and I made huge progress with her care. I've sent several people her way, and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

Dr. Rinas was so professional and thoughtful in her approach. This was my first time; recommended by and friend and I will definitely be seeing her again.

After a painful and rough experience with IUD insertion from Dr. Karen Parmar, something felt wrong. I went to follow up a week later as symptoms got worse and she diagnosed that it had moved to the bottom of my uterus and entering cervical canal. She neglected to remove it instantly even though my symptoms were getting worse. Instead, she told me to come back for removal and reinsertion 3 weeks later. I've never felt so in the dark about my health and safety. Now I have to wait over the weekend to seek medical help for removal. This was not a holistic or trauma informed approach, as I was not given the option to take it out, she just showed me the door. I am disappointed and disgusted that a women could treat another women with such little care when it comes to a women's physical and mental wellbeing. The whole experience was very cold and impersonal. I always feel rushed out of her office and with little knowledge of my risks or after care, leaving me to my own devices to seek out help elsewhere from other trusted professionals. I advocated for myself to get mutiple professional opinions with other health care providers and they were confused to hear that she did not remove the IUD. Symptomatically, the solution was to remove it. I thought I could trust Integrated Health because I've been going for a couple of years now and it has helped me in the past in other area's. Needless to say this experience has tainted my entire view of this clinic. I've lost all trust from this clinic after receving this type of treatment from the co-founder and medical director of this organization. I put my health, safety and body at risk by making the decision to see Dr. Parmar for my IUD insertion. I've never felt so alone and scared in my life. I'm sad to say that Integrated Health has lost a loyal patient. I share this information in hope to inform other women who feel alone with their IUD experience. We deserve full transparency, proper education, and compassionate care when it comes to our bodies and reproductive health. I hope no other women have to ever endure the experience and negligence I had to go through. I had higher expectations for Integrated Health and it would be an understatement to declare this experience as a let down. This traumatic experience will be all that's left of my perspective on Integrated Health and how they treat their patients. No longer will I recommend them to my friends and loved ones.

Ever since I started going to the integrated health unit and seeing dr McGee I have never walked away unhappy. I absolutely adore dr McGee. She has always worked with me and not given me anything that wasn’t needed. She truly cares about the needs and wants of her clients. I travels all the way from 100 mile house and am truly excited about seeing her. And not just the magic and skill she has with my skin. I will alway cherish the bit of time spent with her.
