Made a poor choice by choosing Dr. Shadmani as a family doctor.

I called to schedule a phone call consultation on September 13th and was told that she was on vacation and won't be back until October 2nd.

I schedule and appointment for October 2nd (the date of this review), call time came and went. I called the office 30 mins after the expected call time. (Busy). Called 3 more times (busy)
Called one last time (office closed)

So I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, then got stood up. Very unprofessional.

Moved to BC from AB in autumn 2021 and was finally able to get assigned by the province to a family doctor in spring 2023. Dr. Singh has been great so far - very thorough, professional, and concerned about the health of his patients. Wish I had been able to start seeing him sooner.

Dr. Singh is an absolute gem of a human. Excellent bedside manner and takes the time to ensure you are heard. Nurses and front desk have been awesome every time I've gone in. I love that the nurse will do vitals and weight before appointments, it's very comprehensive care and I feel like I've won the jackpot as my husband and I both have him as our family doctor through burnabys primary care doctor waitlist program. It took about 1.5 years but it was worth the wait. Thank you everyone and take care of yourselves, it's easy to get burnt out in this profession!

I must say Dr. Singh was attentive, thorough and one of the best I've seen professionally from my experience seeing physicians. I also have to compliment his front staff who were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this practice

Dr. Maninder Singh is very professional & caring. He went all details about my issue and dealt professionally. I am very satisfied with his service. The receptionist are generally welcome and prompt as well. Keep it going!

I love my family doctor here, she's amazing! But receptionists, they'll leave you on hold for up to an hour, forget about you, then you gotta call back to wait again, when you wait they'll get on the phone like "can you wait" without you responding back, no eta nothing. I waited 53 mins and this is my 5th time calling back. I understand they're busy, however try not to forget you placed us on hold. I feel forgotten sometimes with receptionist at this office.

***Please avoid Dr. Garg at all cost ***
She is extremely rude and doesn't listen. Every time I visited she made me feel like she was being put out by having to address my concerns.

As my family doctor she never picked up the phone call and I would rather choose a walk-in clinic.

Integrated Wellness Medical Clinic is the best Clinic in the lower mainland in my opinion. Dr. Garg is a fabulous doctor and I am so happy she allowed me to become one of her patient's. This clinic is prompt, caring and honest with all their patients. I would recommend her to all my friends, neighbors and family.
