The worst …delivered my pkg to a completely different city unreal and I had proof by looking at the tracking details. So whoever got my pkg, Enjoy I contacted you and nothing was done you even called the delivery guy. Still no pkg I also contacted Amazon and told them about this

Absolutely the WORST courier service! EVERY TIME they get one of my packages they screw up delivery. First running late, then wrong address despite delivery instructions. I do NOT recommend! Horrible affiliation with Amazon. Don't expect your parcel to arrive on time ever!

I cannot for the life of me understand why Amazon continues using this service. In the many years we have been customers, it's a guarantee that when a package is sent through Intelcom, it will 99.9% of the time arrive late if it doesn't end up lost. Sometimes it will arrive damaged, or it will be delivered to the wrong address, often both. It's a shame because they usually take on Amazon's "same day delivery" items. Get it together already, please. What is going on over there?

Had 2 “attempted” deliveries and neither time the person bothered to show up at my address (we had people home and have cameras on property so we know they never tried). After both attempts I called the service line and spent about an hour and 15 minutes on hold in total and was assured both times that my order would arrive “the next day”. On the third delivery attempt they actually said that they delivered it AND received my signature. Just a complete and utter lie. I never ended up receiving my product from them (although their customer service team sent a follow up email saying it was delivered) and I then had to waste an hour trying to get a refund from Amazon for the product. Absolute dumpster fire of a delivery company. I requested that Amazon never use them again for my deliveries and you should absolutely never trust them to get something from point A to point B for you. I’d give them less than 1 star if it was an option.

Update: I have sent a response to the email provided below and am now waiting for Intelcom to reply. If no other updates are posted here, then nothing changed as a result of contacting the below email.

YOU CAN CHOOSE! If you complain to Amazon about this company you can request that Intelcom not deliver packages to your address. So moving forward, only other couriers or Canada Post will make my deliveries. Amazon needs to get rid of this courier. I order hundreds of items a year from Amazon and always cringe when I see this company as the delivery company. Without fail there is a 50/50 chance my item doesn't ever show up and an 80-90% chance it will be late. They are giving Amazon a bad name and need to have their contract terminated.

Amazon 2 day shipping! Ordered it on November 25 it’s been sitting in surrey apparently due to bad weather ever since! Apparently it will be delivered by Saturday, January 21,2023 by 8: 00pm! Seriously? Also called them several times on automated system and been on hold for over 2 hours each time no one answered. As far as I am concerned Amazon should dump these guys!

Multiple times I've had lost or stolen packages from intelcom. I wish you could specify when shopping online "please, any other carrier BUT Intelcom"

Parcel has been stuck since Nov 29. Have called several times and only managed to reach an agent once, who said they would "send an e-mail" to the warehouse to follow up. Nothing. After that, it has been absolutely impossible to reach anyone at all - no live chat, no e-mail reply, and no one answering phones as the line just goes dead after a few minutes. And why do you keep asking people to e-mail you if you don't respond?

The package I ordered on Amazon was supposed to be delivered the 'next day' by Intelcom.
They lied about making two separate delivery attempts as I was at home both times. On one occasion it said the package was out for delivery and it never showed up.
I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my 'next day' delivery and now they are no longer responding to my emails.
Horrible experience and customer service.

Intelecom is responsible for delivering my package. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t received it. My package details haven’t been updated in over a week and there is no delivery date posted ever. I’ve tried to call their customer service number twice now and it’s impossible to get through. Just listening to the same music on a loop every 30 seconds. Terrible delivery service.

Never deliver on time, don't know the areas they deliver in and don't know how to use GPS apparently because I have had a driver call and ask for directions to the address. They will about delivery attempts for days in a row to lenghten their allowed shipping time. Absolute worst. **update** contacted them.still no reply but they "attempted delivery" again yesterday and failed while managing somehow to deliver a seperate package successfully to the same address.

Three weeks later still no package or reply from Intelcom.

I am not one to usually give reviews but this time I must say that if I could give ZERO stars, I would! It's infuriating the fact I cant reach the Customer Service of this company.

I ordered a small desk through Amazon and Intelcom was the intermediate. It's been a NIGHTMARE. I got a notification saying "Delivery attempted on December 7th" But HOW if I was home and I also checked with the concierge and they told me no one stopped by. Now we are on December 14th and I have no idea what happened to my package.

I tried to call COUNTLESS times and I get no response, I don't have the option to the refund through Amazon and I can't call this company. WHAT DO I DO? This is ridiculous.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Couriers received my package on December 10, I’ve called 6 times since and each time they tell me they will email a supervisor to inquire about getting my parcel on a delivery truck but cannot guarantee anything.

It’s now December 21 and I still don’t have it.for a company that supposedly delivers “7 days a week from 8am-9pm” this is absolutely pathetic.

If you’re a company looking for a shipping company to use, DO NOT use them

Absolutely awful customer service our package was stolen and Im quite confident by their delivery driver. It was supposed to be delivered to a business and there are cameras the delivery driver never came into the facility but somehow it was signed for. Called three times and they said its on the company to replace. No ownership whatsoever.

Horrendous company. My valuable order of Nov 30 (needed it for health reasons) was never delivered. EDIT: I've upgraded my 1 star to 2 stars. After contacting the owner my order arrived the next day (Dec 21). While I'm very happy that it finally arrived, customer service needs to be greatly improved upon. I suffered a lot of stress while I was trying to get any answers from anyone as, like I said, I needed it for health reasons but no amount of phone calls, chatting or emailing or flagging of my order twice made any difference until I was ultimately able to speak to the owner. Thank you Owner but PLEASE work on improving your customer service.

They tell me my package is on its' way and expect to see it in about 3 hours. Warehouse is 24 km from my location (33 minute drive). Stayed home all day and nothing showed. Go and track package to find out it is returned to warehouse (no reason) and expect delivery next business day. Well next business day and no updates until 10: 51 PM saying package will be delivered in 3 hours - nope! Waiting to see what happens on day 3. Customer service - what a joke! "Please note that our Customer Service agents only have access to the same information as you, so they don’t know more than what you see on the tracking page. " I do not like guess and wait games from SERVICE providers! This company needs to understand their business is based on who they serve (primarily recipients) not just big boys like Amazon. Day 3 - finally got my package at the end of Intelcom's delivery window. I was scared as the day was coming to an end, the package would find its' way back to the warehouse.

Horribly useless company, numerous parcels of mine have disappeared in thin air, under the care of Intel Com. Contacted via email - no response.
Phoned in to the 1-844 number, when I ask where it is, they dont have answers. Its 'lost somewhere'. Extremely poor service, cant deliver. Waited for the last parcel for 2 weeks, it showed no movement for that long. Have written a letter to both Amazon and Ebay and requested never to use this carrier again, and suggest that everyone do the same if they want to see their parcels.

Worst service ever. Have lost 4 separate orders from amazon over a period of 2 months, they have claimed attempted delivery when nobody ever showed up at all, they have been rude on the phone. I hope amazon stops using this joke of a "service"

Don't ever rely on intelcom to deliver your packages on time, or at all for that matter.

This is possibally one of the worst delivery services to exist. I had a package that was supposed to be deliverd a week ago but now, it still shows that it's in the warehouse. The estimated delivery date was then changed to jan 26,2023. THATS IN 2 YEARS. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 2 DAY SHIPPING, NOT 2 YEAR SHIPPING. THANKS A LOT INTELCOM'

edit: I am completely out of words on how horrible this service is. The owner told me to contact customer service. It's been nearly a week with no response. I called later and the person told me my item was going to arrive yesterday.after checking the tracking online, i noticed my item still has not left the warehouse. This service is absolutly horrendous.edit #2: today I called intelcom again, i was told my package would be prioritized and immediatly sent out and would arrive by the end of the day. I mean, what can i expect from intelcom.turns out that my package is still in the warehouse.

By far one of the slowest shipping companies in Canada, locally in Vancouver they have had my package sitting in the warehouse waiting for a driver to pick it up for over 8 days! I have called the last 4 days and each day they say it will be delivered the next day. I do understand the "Holiday rush" but this is a bit extreme.

Item ordered on Amazon Nov 26 and is sitting in Depot for delivery in Abbotsford since Dec2 and was told it would be quicker to reorder! I live 10 minutes from Depot! Item is out of stock now and refund is less than new price!

I ordered a package from Amazon. It was supposed to be delivered today. The driver from the courier company arrived, walked around his van took a picture of my house from across the street and then left. A few minutes later I received notification that my package was undeliverable.
Called customer service and they are unable to contact the driver and will try again if possible to deliver it.
I don’t understand why it was undeliverable I was home all day and there is a clear and obvious sidewalk leading from the street to my front door.
This is not the first time we have had a lost item from this company!
I would NOT recommend this company!

What happened today was not the first time. I came home from errands to find someone else in my parking spot. Did not care one bit that he was occupying someone's parking spot, when there were plenty of visitor spots available. The drivers should be professional in how they handle themselves.

HORRENDOUS! "Attempted delivery" (no phone call, no info slip left on door, no other notification). Then I called and clarified they had all my info correct (address, buzzer, phone number - all correct) ; on the second "attempt" they couldn't find my address? ! Because they used the apartment number instead of the street number. Soooo.the correct address is on the package itself, I called to verify you had it all and even if you really couldn't find it wouldn't you as the driver call the customer to check the details? No, none of that happened.

Well lets start with when you have a delivery to a business it should be delivered during regular business hours and if not then have your delivery route altered from day to day so the package can at least the following day be delivered during business hours. But no they cant do that but they tell you they will send an email to the warehouse to see if they can get it out a bit earlier. Okay great well the following business day it heads out the latest it has ever left the warehouse.so okay well maybe it will show up around the same time as they did the last two times they showed up with it. Nope not the case so you try to use the online chat box well every time you decide to try it the box magically disappears so you give up and call. Well the guy tells you oh its only 20 minutes away and if it doesnt show up in 20 call us back so in 25 minutes I finally get the chat box working and they tell me that hes an hour away and that the driver is on delivery 68 and i am delivery 89. Okay well unless he's a magician or most of the deliveries are going to the same spot that is leaving less than 3 minutes a delivery. But so far today he is averaging 7.5 minutes for 68 deliveries hes already completed. So its more like 2.5 hours more, and likely because I have not received my my automatic email telling me to get ready it will be there in the next 3 hours and its now 6pm that it is not going to come today. So I will wait here most likely again tomorrow after work for the package to show up and spend another 5 hours waiting because you cant go and pick the package up because of covid from their warehouse like the website says you can do.:)

The delivery driver texted me while he dropped off my item and I can put to pick up the item. He was very friendly and had a great smile. It’s been one of the best deliveries done lately.

I had the delivery come to my workplace on a Saturday because I work Saturdays. They assumed that the building was closed the man didn't even get out of the van. I got an Attempted delivery notification. When I called them they said that they would try again later in the day.they did not. I phoned at the end of the day Saturday and they assured me they would make the delivery the next day Sunday.they next day i waited until about noon for an "out for delivery notification". I called them back and once again they assured me they would deliver it by the end of the day.once again by the end of the day Sunday it was still not delivered. I don't understand why this company wouldn't just say that they cant deliver it until Monday.

The quickest delivery I've ever experienced from Amazon, at no extra cost! Intelcom's tracking process was accurate, and then package arrived even earlier than initially stated. So impressed!

Horrible company and horrible service. These guys never even bother knocking and I have to call and fight with them to have my amazon packages delivered. They are always late. I called them today because they claimed they tried to deliver my package when I was home all day waiting for them. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I still have not received my package. I highly recommend you stay away from this company!

This is the best delivery company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They deliver very very quickly. They always send an email when they are on their way, and then they send another email once items have been delivered. I am so glad Amazon started using this company. They are 100,000 million times better than Canada post. Thank you so much Intelcom, keep up the good work!

Extremely unprofessional company.after not receiving an order on time the customer service staff advised me that it was due to notes in their system (that I never made) and advised me to contact amazon to remove the notes.upon calling amazon it was confirmed that there never was a note.after asking for ownership of the situation via email the customer service staff made it apparent that they did nothing wrong and refused to put me thru to a manager after asking 3 different times.today apparently the driver "attempted" their second delivery where again for the second time they refused to get out of the car and use the buzzer and or call the confirmed number provided.should the customer service staff have arranged to put my matter thru to a manager maybe I would have my package.but instead I paid for expedited shipping that is now 3 days late and I'm still hoping at some point a manager will contact me.

A package was to be delivered today to my house. I got a confirmation email that it had been delivered, but the picture attached was not of my house. When I went to their website, all that was said was to contact the sender, and it pretty much can't always be helped. Not impressed.

I called Amazon and they are thankfully sending a replacement to me, but unfortunately Intelcom is delivering again. I called Amazon Customer Service where the rep I spoke to tried calling Intelcom, but they told her it wasn't in their system yet so they couldn't put a note of the wrong house the original was delivered to, or extra notes I gave the Amazon rep to pass along to know which house was mine. My house is the first in a very small cul-de-sac, I didn't think it was hard to notice.

How is it not their issue to fix if a package was delivered to the wrong address?

Decided to have my package delivered to work so I could have it for the weekend.well not if it's going to come via Intelcom.

I received an email at 1: 55 saying they could not delivered because business is closed. Hmmm well I'm here sitting in my office chair and there is another 25+ people in the building as well. I called and waited on hold for a customer service rep for over 20 min, just to be told they will try and call the driver to come back. Sure ok I will believe it when I see it.

I really wish Amazon would list what courier would deliver your order because I would do everything in my power not to have Intelcom in the future.

The drivers constantly leave packages at the garage door. Every other courier server takes the 42 seconds to leave it at the front door where it’s not in plain view of every person walking or driving beside my house.

I had no idea Amazon delivered this way, until recently when I started to see emails, then once I realized it was Amazon I felt ok about it, but I didn’t know because the emails do not say amazon so at first I thought they were scam emails.
I like that a few pictures are taken of the package and the place where it’s getting delivered. Also an email before and after. Great follow up!

3 times now they have not knocked on the door or rung the doorbell, on one occasion the driver signed off as the recipient - complete fraud - when in fact we saw in video that he didnt even come to the door just circled the culdesac 3 times and drove off, whenever they cant deliver they mark down that the address is wrong.no other company has this problem!

He came to my door and very curtiously, made sure that I recieved my package.

Very pleasant employee and all around was a good experience.

My experience with this company is through Amazon. I'm sure that is a huge contract for them. Their drivers never ring the doorbell or knock on the door. They just drop the package and go. Most of the time I have someone here as my wife works from home. I have complained to the company directly twice and now to Amazon on 2 occasions yet today another package was delivered with 3 people home and not a knock or a ring to indicate that a package was delivered. Packages get stolen all the time and its not too much to ask for a knock.

Rating this was hard because today's delivery experience was positive, but the failed attempt at delivery of this same item yesterday, along with no reasonable explanation being offered for why the driver never even showed up, has made this a stressful experience. Amazon uses them to delivery their items (in Canada, at least). But our "free 2-day shipping" turned out to be more like 4 by the time all was said and done. My husband I would like to thank Ashpreet (today's driver) and Isabel (online chat) for doing the job that should have been done yesterday. We'll be ordering this product on a regular basis and if we have to deal with this company again and the next experience is a more positive one, then I'll be happy to come back and give them a better review.

2 failed attempts for delivery. I called to follow up on their customer care helpline, put me on hold for 30 minutes, only to give me wrong information. There was no communication and coordination whatsoever between their call centre and the driver. Next time, i'll prefer having my package delivered at a Canada Post office.

The delivery was fine but the photo taken by the delivery driver was confusing. The photo didn't show the house number and when most houses on my street look the same, it was hard to gauge when you are not a home if your package was delivered to the right address.
