I keep receiving text messages and emails the driver is on their way for 2 days in a row. Unfortunately, the driver never shows up at all. Now they want me to reschedule the pickup to later in the week.
Wish Amazon Canada would consider using a different company.

My guy should get a 10 star he sgreat. Lets me know when on his way. These drivers go through heavy snow wet icey weathe r plus going through all the smoke from fires. Just be patient.

Ordered an item on Dec 28th, Guaranteed delivery for Jan 5th. Tracked package and saw it arrived in my City on Jan 4th and out for delivery. Stayed home all day waiting. No one came, next morning I check again and tracking says failed delivery attempt - again item marked as “Out for Delivery. ” Again, I stay home all day waiting for the delivery, again the shipment is showing failed delivery that night. Call INTELCOM and they tell me they will attempt delivery tomorrow. I was guaranteed by delivery by Jan 5 and they tell me I might get it on Jan 7th.

It is taking longer to be deliver within City limits then it took to get here from the other side of the country. Meanwhile 2 other packages ordered after were delivered the next day. Just so happens the shipment with an expensive item and all the sudden the drivers can’t find my house.

Said delivery attempt, but I was there all day. At 1: 30 when they claim they tried my store had no customers. Lazy drivers don't actually attempt. I bet they sit at home and pretend to deliver.

I have had a few things about the business but mostly good how ever.every time my order hasn't come when it said would be 3 hours has been the same driver to do the delivery Stephanie hopefully she never gets any more of my packages she never show's up always a different driver show's up a day later Stephanie is not professional delivery driver I've noticed every time same problem with this driver

This is the worst delivery service ever!
They will email that:
- "delivery was attempted", when it was NOT!
-"Package was delivered", when package was not delivered at all!
- lost package in PG, how can a package be received, but then lost? !
I once received a photo of one of my packages sitting kn top of an empty cola can and fast food wrappers in the delivery persons van!
Don't bother with delivery instructions, they ignore them cpletely!

When I order on a lightening deal, then my package is lost, sure I'll be refunded, but then I have to pay full price just to order that same item. I think Intelcom should cover the extra cost! Wished Amazon would find a new delivery service! I pay through my subscription for delivery!
- can't talk to anyone, email doesn't work, telephone doesn't work, cannot speak with a human whatsoever.what a joke!
For everyone having issues here, I see that the same message is sent to everyone here, the only thing that changes, is the name.

I'm thrilled with the service and the notifications I receive via email from the deliveries; it makes me aware that the package is on the way, and I should be expecting it anytime, and items will be at my front door soon. It is safe with Intelcom based on my experience.

If i could give 0 i would, i swear they have a single delivery person who knows how to buzz apartments, constantly my packages are postponed. Ive had a delivery person get upset at me for not listing my availibilty on amazon, and later after listing said availibilty, i informed a driver that it should state im not present for sunday and no idea why they were going on a sunday, that specific package got returned to sender for some reason. Absolute joke.

Five days in a row I waited for my packages to be delivered. Emails said they were on route for delivery and they never showed up. They said they attempted delivery but they never actually did. The drivers lied and the customer help refused to let me finish talking and continued to talk over me as I explained that I was 5 days late receiving my packages and said it will come tomorrow. I am incredibly frustrated as I don't appreciate lying and being spoken to in that manner. They are incredibly unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND

*edited to add.they did not answer the email they told me to send to help fix the problem. I have called three times today because as of tomorrow Amazon considers the package lost. All three times customer service hung up on me and refused to let me speak to a manager. They legitimately lie, steal, and don't care about their customers. People I know have had their packages thrown in the snow outside their houses. I have put in complaints with Amazon as well as put reviews up everywhere I can. If I could give 0 stars I would. Only way to bring down this company is to go public, which I will.

Can’t rely on their delivery service at all.
Picking up from their warehouse to minimize stress isn’t even an option.

I imagine they are the cheapest contractor to offer this service, so Amazon uses them now.

Being a mail person is super important, and requires pride.

Understaffed sorting warehouses. Package sat for days at the local warehouse. Went to just go collect it and they said they couldn't release it to me because they have pallets and pallets of unsorted items and for all intents and purposes my package might as well not exist. Don't count on your delivery date with Intelcom

This is by far one of the worst delivery companies I have dealt with. All my deliveries I give specific instructions to have my packages delivered to my basement suite door not the main door as the main door is my landlord’s door. I share where to find the door. And every single delivery my package is left at my landlords door not where I have requested them to deliver it, I really wish the drivers would do better since I have no choice but to go with this company due to their contract with Amazon.

Excellent communication system, packages on time 9.5/10 and they actually deliver to your door compared to CP & other headache delivery services with seriously bad systems, chronic not delivering, same old excuses, and bs email delivery attempt notices, etc.

I've been calling for a week trying to get them to deliver my package, every time I call they tell me they will email the Prince George warehouse and "it will be delivered tomorrow. " Now I track it, after 9 days of trying to get them to deliver and they've shipped it back to the sender! I don't understand why it's so hard to just deliver a package to residential address well within City limits.

Worst customer service ever. Drivers chuck fragile packages on our porch without even trying to walk up the stairs, electronics have been left in the rain, now they refuse to deliver my package or let me pick it up despite it sitting in their warehouse. Can't even call locally and ask because they have the wrong phone number listed. Lazy, careless, extremely useless.

Living rural means less convenience for many things.ordering from Amazon there are two different couriers that have delivered my packages, one wouldn't deliver to me, I had to go to town and pick it up, but Intercom Courier will bring it right to my house and always on time. The drivers are friendly and professional

Worst courier service ever. Package was supposed to arrive July 12. Tracking showed it arrived in town on 14th. Called on 19th, was told it was lost but found again & would arrive on 20th - no show again. Called again on 20th, told I would get an email but did not! On 21st I drove to office where the
Manager went into the back and pulled package. No apology, no excuse.

3rd package in the calendar year that has been left on my front doorstep and stolen within an hour. Your team should have enough sense to at least tuck a package at the side of a house. Loomis, Purolator and Canada Post all deliver things to my home with common sense and safety in mind.

Sent me an email saying my package would be delivered today. At the exact te the email was sent, the tracking indicated that it would not be delivered, despite it still being before noon. The package is also four days late, and I haven't been notified of anything. Overall, a terrible experience for something that has tracking and should've been handled properly.

Update: Problem solved after contacting the customer services. Received my package in the afternoon.

I dont know if this company purposely screws up the delivery of our packages every time or if their drivers are just incompetent. They delivered our package to the wrong house again, good thing we know our neighbors or our packages would just be gone. Absolutely do not use this company.

I've had orders go astray. They have been very quick to provide the answers for these issues. The email notice of delivery is really great tool.

Even more unimpressed with this company! I have had had items left at other houses, many calls because they cant "find" my house though it is clearly marked, my mailbox broken beyond repare! Not just once, and then this morning i hear a man yelling into his phone dropping my boxes, and knocks the top of my mailbox to the ground.nothing was placed in it.

The driver and the customer service representative went above and beyond to ensure that the package was delivered to me. I like that the drivers call when they are nearby to ensure a timely delivery for other people after you. Intelcom is my favourite courier company by far! Thank you for all your hard work.

I wish Amazon would use another company. Had to fight with the driver to leave my package at the front door of my building. Kept saying he would leave it at the main office when I told him the main office will not accept it and they leave before I am done work. Then I ordered another package, when I called to inquire about my LATE package, I was greeted with "What is your package ID? " Tell them "that is amazon, not our issue. Transferring you now". Amazon tells me it left their dispatch NOVEMBER 26,2020. It is now December 4th, 2020 and my package is just gone because it is "not Intelcom's issue". So thanks for nothing.

EDIT: All I have to say is it happened again one month later, and I am cancelling prime. I would rather wait for my parcel though Canada Post than have to deal with this delivery service.

Sure items ordered and arrived fast.but they came 1 day early on the stat and attempted and left. I called them and said did you see the delivery stat instructions to deliver across the street.yes he says and reads it out to me.but they didn't bother to deliver there or call.nothing. So now I'll have to wait. Not impressed.

I've called Amazon multiple times asking to have them taken off as a delivery option but it makes no difference.

ZERO Stars! This delivery company is horrible. Can't seem to find my business even after having been given name, address, phone number, operating hours, and special instructions to go to the side door in case they were too dumb to read our sign about the front door being locked due to COVID-19. They also told me to come pick up my package at the warehouse in Prince George even though apparently I am not allowed to do that right now. Thank God I didn't waste the time and gas money for the 3 hour return trip. Amazon should not be using this company. All the 5 star reviews must be bought or fake accounts. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMO.

Amazon should be ashamed that Intel is one of their carriers. These guys undercut all other delivery companies. And for good reason. They're absolutely useless. We've had probably over 20 packages "delivered" by Intel and not once have they done it right. We live out of town so when we get deliveries they usually sit at a Depot from the shipping company. Intel doesn't have one where we live. So what do the do? They send you an attempted delivery text or email and hope you call back to arrange for you to setup some other address in town. Or they'll call you and ask if you can meet them in town whenever.

These guys are complete lazy, lying crooks. Every Amazon order is lies about attempted deliveries. Everyone is at home for quarantine yet Intelecom seems to only deliver when you're not there. I live in an apartment building and not once have they used the call button. Lazy drivers being run by crooks. Going to be contacting Amazon to let them know how awful this company is in Prince George.

Worst delivery service ever. I wish Amazon would stop using this company. I asked these guys 3 times to please deliver after 5pm because I am at work during the day but they only attempt to deliver during my working hours then refused to let me come pick up from the depot myself. Useless company. The other curriers let me pick up after work but not these guys. I have had 4 bad experiences with them and 0 good experiences so far.

Doesn't deliver. In the last few weeks, we've had several packages from Amazon returned to sender because Intelcom couldn't find our address. EVERY other courier can find it. A simple lookup of the postal code would've gotten them to our address. Most of the time, the packages were returned without notifying us. According to the tracking, they attempted delivery, but that's impossible given that they couldn't even find the address. Had to contact Amazon to get them to de-prioritize Intelcom as a delivery option on our account; they are now the last possible choice of couriers.

Had a shipment from Amazon which was supposed to be delivered by "Intelcom Express". After a week of waiting, I checked parcel tracking to discover several notations of: "Delivery attempted - Front door / Driveway was not accessible" and "Returning to seller". The company did not even have the courtesy of attempting to contact me to arrange for delivery or pickup. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

This is the 3rd time the driver has lied and said that we weren’t home or we made a special arrangements. Meanwhile we were here waiting for them to show up. You get an email saying they will be there. They lie blaming their
Laziness on the customer so it looks like amazon is still making their promised delivery times. You call them and it say the wait is 7 mins but it takes an hour for that 7 mins to end.

I order a lot of online products, but I work unusual shifts, and so am extremely difficult to get ahold of during business hours. Kamaljit had to return to my building about three times to get ahold of me, at Christmas when they were extra busy and the roads were bad. Yet still, he was very, very professional and gracious! I'm thrilled to bits with the service and professionalism of this company!

Everyone can deliver to me, Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator etc, except intercom is incapable. Failed to deliver every Christmas gift I ordered from Amazon, about 6 different orders all failed. I even ordered the same products 3 times and still they fail every time when handled to intercom. Luckily I had ordered some gifts from eBay (that were delivered by UPS and FedEx and Canada Post) that arrived and some purchased locally.

This is the worst courier i have ever seen besides FedEx. They were to deliver on Monday but dixnt.got an email that said they tried but no one was home which was a bold faced lie. I live in an apartment and never once did my buzzer ring or my phone.checked later with fedex to see where my parcel was they said they passed it off to a third party courier and i would receive it on Thursday.surprise no it didn't happen. Where the hell is my parcel.

Worst delivery company ever they claim to make delivery attempts but don't somebody home all day and nothing then they call you and expect you to go to them and pick it up and say they can't deliver cause there isn't enough volume in your area they say if you have a problem with your delivery to contact them if the person on the other end of the phone gets frustrated when they can't answer your questions they just hang up on you most frustrating experience dealing with these people since Amazon switched to them
