The most abusive organization towards refugee women and LGBTQI+ refugees in particular. There are documented cases of abuse and the staff and management have no clue what trauma informed practices are or respecting dignity of vulnerable groups. One day they will be defunded and shut down.

The fact that director, Winnie doesn't even respond tells you how much they care. They get money from the government to look like they care about immigrants or their staff, I can tell you they do not! Also if you want to volunteer there, they want you to wear office clothing, no jeans. But they don't pay you to buy these clothes. A very ungrateful cliquey group of people that have been there too long and there's no accountability. Time for new management and new volunteer coordinator too.

I do not recommend it at all, only people who want to collect their salary do not have a vocation and do not want to help the emigrant, terrible service

First they told me to go give tests, they were waiting for me almost the whole year to tell me that they would call me for that, another half year passed, I could not recommend this place.

I thought that they are reliable but did nothing to my concern. I'm jobless and might be going homeless soon. They'll just seem wanted to look busy in giving references to different contacts but at at the end everyone will be done nothing. Too frustrating and hopeless
