InterFit Pilates Studio

InterFit offers very experienced instructors in an intimate studio setting. I would recommend to all but in particular to someone new to Pilates.

Hubby and I tried Pilates training together. We signed up for the beginners’ package and Larina guided us through all the basics with adaptations for an injury. She provides gentle correction and encourages us to push a little further so that we’re getting the most out of every workout. It is a great way to start the day and valued part of our weekly routine. We can highly recommend Interfit Studio! It is a great way for couples to work out together.

Larina has been amazing, and super motivational. I just started Pilates and have already started noticing results. I have noticed improvements in my mood and overall health. The stretching done in every session has been helping me have better posture as well. I highly recommend!

I only recently joined this studio and it has been nothing short of wonderful. I love the 1: 1 training I’ve been getting as I am completely new to Pilates and I can already feel a difference in myself. Larina has been so great to communicate with and Alexa has been so wonderful in my 1: 1 training. Highly recommend!
