Lyle and Brandon are amazing. I have only had great experiences and excellent service. I can only say that this company is honest has integrity and wants to please. This kind of service and integrity doesn't exist in this day and age. Our pool was handled professionally and was crystal clear the whole season. It was built by them and I was trained by them. 100% recommend them. Lyle is also always up for a good joke and always get back to you when you call.

We inherited a hot tub with a home purchase, with no experience maintaining such things. Not to worry, James came by and gave us instructions specific to our tub! He even let us video the walkthrough, so we could reference it later. Very helpful!

I have been pleased with the service Interior Pool and Spa have done in the upkeep of my Hot tub through the years.

Our Strata had to look for a new Pool & Spa service and supplies provider and we are extremely thankful Interior Pool & Spa was our choice. Their product line is complete and well stocked as well they back it up with complete and professional service. It was time to winterize our outdoor in-ground pool and right on time, Eric and Colton arrived to service the mechanical systems then provided assistance installing the heavy tarp, a first for us and very much appreciated.

We were longer term customers of Interior Pools and Spas. We have been unable to open our pool this year as they repeatedly denied providing service/repairs when requested claiming to be far too busy. Yet still get new reviews with NEW customers about their great help with issues and repairs (a week ago!). Thanks for abandoning your long term customers, for new ones. Great business model!

We switched to Interior Pool & Spa this year after having some issues with our previous maintenance service. They have been amazing all year. Logyn has been especially helpful when I've had pump and filter issues. Would absolutely recommend!

They left us in the lurch. After being customers for many years, they suddenly decided they were too busy to offer us service. Like, ANY service. They are too busy to close our pool. Too busy to leak detect, and too busy to fix a cracked skimmer. I asked by email. I went into their retail store to ask for help. Nope. They are too busy for a longtime customer. Guess I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I had a wonderful time with this company. Logyn is a wonderful employee and I was very privileged to learn from him. He is a great employee and I would recommend him for all your service needs. 10/10

I've had Interior Pool and Spa take care of our pool since we bought our home 4 years ago and their entire team has been amazing! From opening the pool each season, to closing it, and to coming out to fix an issue - on a Friday of a holiday long weekend, squeezing us in to their already full schedule, I am so very grateful for the consistent exceptional service! We enjoyed truly excellent service in all respects from Logan & Shannon who opened our pool and installed a very nice solar blanket cover and roller. They also brought our hot tub up to snuff.
They asked all the right questions and provided us with valuable maintenance info. We replaced the previous pool company with Interior pool & Spa and are very happy we did.

Great helpful, knowledgeable staff. Equipment and supplies are usually well stocked. James and Robyn are super people. Service is still good, and the revamp under new owners brings new ideas and a fresh look.

I'd also like to encourage anyone who is considering a pool cleaning robot - I recently purchased the Dophin Liberty 200 at their recommendation and cannot be more impressed with it! The cordless feature is great and the unit is very easy to clean out. Definitely worth the investment to have a clean pool with little/no effort!

I've been using Interior Pool & Spa for years to winterize and service my pool. They've done a good job and their service department has been *far* more responsive than the company I used to deal with. Calls are returned and techs show up when they're scheduled.

A few years ago, I dealt 1: 1 with one of their back-end techs in the store when my pump failed - he was patient and took the time to show me exactly what had gone wrong and laid out the options before I ordered a replacement.

No issues with their retail sale, no issues with over-charging.

Best place for your pool and supplies. Awesome customer service at all levels. Very fair in all our dealings, much appreciated and highly recommended

Interior Pool & spa in Kelowna is a great company if one has a residential pool. Opening & closing is mainly what I use this company for … along with obtaining chemicals as well as necessary pool items. My last BIG purchase from them was last year with the automatic pool cleaner … Dolphin Myotronics. This machine is amazing. I recommend everybody getting an automatic pool cleaner … as vacuuming a pool is so yesteryear …

Nothing but the most positive things to say of this company. We completed a 40x16’ Corinthian fibreglass pool install beginning of September. Took 6 months for full completion. Top notch guys. We worked primarily with Robyn, Jay & Ryan and we could not ask for a better team of workers. They also came back 6 months later once the snow had fully melted a did a full cleanup and grate of the entire property around the pool. I also have to mention that all of our dealings with Lyle, the new owner were awesome. He’s honest and worked hard to meet our expectations. I’ll attach photos post landscaping. Would highly recommend them.

We recently bought a hot tub here and have had such a great experience. Shannon was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The hot tub was delivered promptly and we’ve been loving it ever since! Thank you for making our first hot tub purchase so seamless and easy! We will for sure be coming back when we’re ready to upgrade

I have been using Interior pool for 3 years. The onsite staff are professional, store front staff are very knowledgeable and ownership are all world class.

The quality of work for my weekly cleaning, general maintenance, opening / closing and customer service are the best in the Kelowna Market.

Interior is by far the BEST pool company in the market place.
