*** Major Red Flags - STAY AWAY! ***

Their contract is a total TRAP with super shady terms. I strongly urge you to think twice before putting pen to paper.
They practically wanted our life story - calling every reference, photocopying our documents and ID cards, and more. It felt like they were digging for everything but our DNA!
The contract was one-way street all the way. Asking for $500 for guests staying over one week, mandatory monthly inspections, restrictions on the hanging of pictures with even tiny nails and a whole list of absurd demands.

Do yourself a favor: run in the opposite direction if you see these guys coming!

Rude and the rudest places and people. As long as you encounter ANY issue? They are professionally good at kicking the balls back to you, won’t help you in any matter.

Please don’t go there no matter how nice your initial interactions with them.

I (tenant) want to share my bad experience I had with the property manager Suline. She is unprofessional, lies, and raises her voice on the people. I do not recommend using this agent's services!

I strongly discourage engaging in any business dealings with Donny Ou due to his extreme lack of basic communication skills, inability to carry out simple tasks, and highly unprofessional behavior. He has proven to be the worst property manager I have encountered, and I urge you to avoid doing anything business with him.

Just like all the other comments, Hans was terrible to (try to) work with. After sending him my application (with a lot of sensitive information) for his listing, he stated that he would send me the tenancy agreement. He never did that, and never communicated with me again. I tried to ask for simple updates, even just a, “the unit has been filled”, and he never responded to a single email or message again. Don’t understand how there are multiple bad reviews specifically about him but he is still able to do this.

Incompetent Realtor Hans Liu, makes very costly mistakes on paperwork, can't speak or write proper English, burns clients and leaves them owing thousands

Hans property manager.multiple postings on Craigslist. Multiple attempted reach outs. Rude on the phone and dismissive and then no reply. Partner and I both reached out multiple time for different properties in vein to attempt schedule showings. Good credit and cash in hand he will not reply. Terrible customer service

Very disappointed in how Hans handles potential clients. He does not respond to emails or engage with you when you reach out. My partner and I are looking for a new home to rent, and he never replied to my email about booking a viewing.
I was hoping the reviews were wrong, or had at least used the feedback received from these reviews to improve how they run their business. But unfortunately that does not seem to be the case.

I really enjoy working with the managing broker he is very knowledgeable, the staff are so nice, polite and high efficient!

Typical awful Chinese company (Am Chinese). A toilet damage that existed before moved in is still not fixed due to many times of delays with ambiguous excuses and SHADY contract traps. Was moved in almost a month now and just told to wait for another 3 weeks for the repair. The quality of agents are as ridiculous as the situation as well. Do NOT EVER choose this company if you do not want to waste your time and money. 0/10

Omg, I have never met any agents that’s so shady like this One. I’m not sure if the whole company is like that or just our bad luck to find this agent. Very shady, no problem solving solution, keep forcing the client to do things.after we change agent, this one word harass us, extremely rude and unprofessional. Please be careful of all papers that you sign through them. No date, no area indicated, lots of shady area in the document.

Excellent service and property management! The realtor agents were very considerate and listened to our needs. Their patience, enthusiasm, and service were phenomenal. Definitely recommend!

This is absolutely the worst property management company ever! Not surprising that they have more 1 stars than anythjngn and that the only 5 star they got is from someone inside there office. Every complaint everyone else has had, particularly with Ken, is bang on! Always points the finger back at you as the tenant. Not willing to help out with anything especially when it comes to repairs. Just comepletly rude and ignorant. This company should go under as you have no care In the world for anyone. I already filed a complaint with Dominique as well and all I got in return is "I will investigate" and let's get real - that never happened. We too have spent over 2K on renovations and are asking for a simple 200 dollar repair and he's refusing. Thankfully I absolutely will take the time to write him up AGAIN and go through the residential tenancy act. We too have mice and mold issues and again, no care in the world about any of it
