Love Kung Fu Noodle in the basement. Their spicy beef noodle soup is perfect for a cold rainy day.

This place is really a lifesaver. Cheap and delicious!
a quick comparison to on campus food: At Nest, you get rice+3 items for 13 dollars. In this place, you get rice/fried rice/noodle + 3 items for 9.5 dollars.
Taste is great as well, only downside is the the messiness and the lack of tables during peak hours, but still a good place place overall

Great location for some cheap and diverse eats. The place looks somewhat run down but has some pretty good deals for international cuisine (Chinese food, sushi, pho, falafel, etc.).
Their hours are a lifesaver, helps for late night meals. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

The food is little cheaper than in campus. And the amount of food is pretty large, if you are hungry, you can have a hearty meal there!

Cheap eats and a fairly good variety. Not the highest quality food, but a good food court for students. The seating area is often a mess with overflowing garbages, get food to go and find somewhere else to eat

They have good, fresh food with reasonable price for students. There are halal options, and a wide variety of soup, noodles and so on. However, the area is too smelly and unclean, and kinda too old, and seriously needs a reconstruction! They don't have good air conditioning, so the moment you enter the area, you will loss your appetite.

If you’re craving some Chinese/Mediterranean food. This is the place to go. Similar to Chinese strip mall food courts, good amount of food and somewhat healthy.

I would say it is extremely cheap and has a lot of options. The trade-off is the hygiene factor!

After coming here a couple of times and being quite pleased with the food, I’ve recently had a very bad experience with the Chinese „my home cuisine“. The pork meat has a weird and unpleasant taste to it and was of bad overall quality. This experience coincided with what some people had suggested beforehand, but which I could never really comprehend. Now I know better.

Reminded me of eating at the small restaurants on the sides streets in China: tasty, but often quite oily.

If you are looking for something spicy on UBC campus I bet you this is the best place to eat some spicy Chinese food or Mediterranean. My home Cuisine is one of the best shops here which gets very busy in the afternoon time. Also there is a sushi shop which has a good variety
