I just wanted to say thank you to International Motorsports for the exceptional service. I've bought 3 bikes from them over the past couple years and the service has always been great. However I have to make mention of my last experience from the Vancouver location and with Nick. I purchased my first Indian motorcycle, the model I settled on was the Pursuit Premium Dark Horse. This was is a big bike compared to my Triumph commander
Nick went through the whole setup with me and explained all the features and when it came down to actually riding it home he gave me a couple words of wisdom that I use every time I ride this beautiful beast.

He told me to "trust my instinct and experience", these words rang true and to this day I can remember him saying them.
Fast forward a few a couple months later when I called him for some help with some warning lights that came on periodiacally.
When I called he had no problem in having the shop look at it however he mentioned that in his experience these little quarks seem to work themselves out.and sure enough they did.

So thank you Nick and all the guys for a fantastic experience!

Went here just to take a look and sit on a few bikes for my partner and Pedro treated us great, he was nice, non condescending and very personable. Even though we weren’t looking to buy a bike on this occasion we were still treated like valuable customers. Will definitely come here again.

Picking up the bike was an awesome experience as well, as Nick, our sales person, took his time to show me around my new ride and answered all my questions before I left. I stopped in looking for a new helmet. Spencer in the parts department was incredibly helpful and followed up beyond expectations.

"I have had some poor experiences with other dealers in the past. So much so that when I told my wife we would be getting her exhaust installed on Tuesday she automatically replied don't count on it. To take advantage of good weather we dropped the bike off on the Friday and Dustin said we may actually be able to get it the next day. Naturally it was done the next day and my wife was pretty impressed (so was I). I think the difference with International is everyone seems to be a bike person. They really seem to understand the importance of getting that bike in and out fast to take advantage of every riding opportunity and to reduce the seperation anxiety. These guys just get it. "

The people at this company are very professional both sales people and Financial Services. Everybody's very friendly and I had a good experience during my purchase.

I would give them five stars if the parts department would answer my messages:) I was very interested in purchasing aftermarket parts for my motorcycle. I hope they read this comment and they don't take it as a negative review just something that should be improved.

Update: for some reason the phone number I was trying to contact was not the proper one they have called me immediately once they realized this.

Bill was excellent to deal with, arranged for the colour and model I was looking for in a week even though it was not available countywide.
Asia, made the paperwork process very convenient and lightning fast.

Went to check on a newly released bike. Sales staff were great. Explaining features, offering times for test rides. Not ready to take the plunge just yet but definitely will be back.

Decent service and large selection. Unfortunately they like to advertise a large selection of bikes that were sold long ago. I visited two months ago and the four bikes I came to see had "just sold". Two months later these bikes are still listed on autotrader. Do yourself a favor and at least call first to save time and expenses from this false advertising.

Brought my bike in to have the rear tube replaced due to a leaking valve. The tire went flat 5 days later in the middle of nowhere. Tried calling international several times over the next 2 weeks, no answer. Towed it to another mechanic. He showed me the old tube that had wear damage and was clearly an old tube. Paid $170 for no service and no follow up at international. The invoice says new tube, but that doesn't seem true. I'll amend this review if they ever contact me/fix this.

Good selection of women’s gear got fitted for a jacket and also picked up some boots that have been awesome thanks to Chris in the parts department who is very helpful!

I always fear walking onto a vehicle sales lot. A painless, efficient, and personable sales process made buying a breeze. Thanks Nick!

Walked in today to acquire about some icon boots, and although lots of sales men on the bike floor were very friendly, I was quickly brushed off by the what appeared to be supervisor in the gear section. Who acted like he didn't have the time for me, as well as giving me misinformation saying "I don't sell icon stuff here, " when in-fact they do through their online store. Which I would've preferred to pay in person as my card isn't working with their online store. Anyhow, just didn't get a good vibe, so for gear I'd say your money is better spent elsewhere.

Bill was very friendly, down to earth and helpful when helping me purchase my first motorcycle. He really knows his stuff being a long time rider. I would definitely recommend International Motorsports if your looking for a great bike.

I had a great experience. Bill was very patient with my questions and informative. Will go there for future purchases.

A little disappointed that I haven’t received keys for my bike that was purchased over 2 months ago.
Went to my local locksmith was charged 100$
I live 8 hours away from Vancouver
Other minor annoyance; was listed as excellent condition, was informed when check was in their hand it was as is.
Was brought home with trailer, unloaded almost made it to gas station, pushed it last block.
Well detailed, didn’t notice major oil leak,
Buyer beware. It’s on me for not spending more time going over the bike.
Side note: I payed list price so I expected a little more follow up.

I’m writing 5 months after the purchase of a 2021 Ural Gearup used as a demo from International Motor Sport (IMS). I thought by now I would have the full story but still trying to find out about the engine light. I picked the bike for my 55th birthday but was purchased through my wife and her sister.
Nathan from IMS, said the bike was perfect and ready to go, it was to be detailed and gone over to ensure everything worked. When the driver picked up the bike there was still a jacket and beer bottles in the trunk, and it was not detailed. Bike arrived and neutral switch would not work and engine light stayed on.
I knew it had miles on it, but they did not show those miles on the BOL- showed 20 miles, they did not show the correct miles on their service orders both showed - 20 miles. I know this is not allowed in SK, are dealerships allowed this in BC?
I thought I was dealing with a sales and service team out of the Langley shop, but both Nathan and Dustin operate out of Vancouver, never had a chance to talk directly to the Langley shop. Both Nathan and Dustin said they would look into it, nothing was their fault it was their workers, all I see is managers with no ethics (grab the cash see you later and blame everyone else).
It took 3 months to find out the speedo head was shot; this was replaced under warranty. The battery was shot, not covered under warranty this cost $178 + tax to replace. You’re playing a roulette wheel buying from IMS. If Google allowed no stars that is what I would of selected.
