If I could give Kim Hauner at Interstyle ceramic & Glass 0/5 stars, I would.
Mistakes happen.that's life. As an adult and especially a business owner, you know you need to own up to your mistakes and at the very least come to the table and disucss a solution together. It's just good business. We had Kim Hauner from Interstyle ceramic & glass fabricate marble tile down into mosaic tiles.unfortunately, probably 70% of the tiles had inconsistent grout lines. Not what you would expect when you're paying $40/sf to have marble tile fabricated. But, fixable.
Unfortunately, Mr Hauner is not coming to the table to resolve this issue. He's not even answering calls. He answered a text message today claiming not to know who I am despite having left multiple messages, having numerous conversations, email correspondence and paying for this service. Today he texted me back and told me to call someone named Virgina at his office. When I called, the office told me Virginia hasn't worked there for a long time.
I'm disgusted by the lack of willingness to resolve this issue. Kim Hauner at Interstlye Ceramic & glass is a stain on the construction industry.
