I saw AJ for an injury I have been dealing with for a while. He made the experience comfortable and fun and was very informative. Everyone there was helpful from getting booked in to the apartment it's self.

I had taken my husbands appointment one day with his massage therapist Corrine but she was sick that day and the staff was able to get me in with Shayne the same day.

He has worked miracles and easing my migraines and typical pains that come with pregnancy. I walk out of every appointment feeling pain free and relaxed. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole massage. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Jenny was my OT. She was terrible with me. We were talking about using Work BC as a possible job search and direction. However Work BC required a letter from WCB saying that they couldn't provide services for me and I simply asked her to check with WCB on which place I can receive services from for me. Instead she said she would not and would write that I am not being compliant. Now having pstd I was simply asking where I would have to suffer with my situation and to asked Jenny simply to find out could we get the letter from WCB or would WCB provide a letter so I can use Work BC services. It was a pretty simple request which was denied by Jenny Becareful when going here especially if your Ot is Jenny.another Issue with Jenny was my scheduling. They scheduled me to first do Yoga then do exercise. I said to Jenny this is not right.yoga is meant to help settle and calm mind. Having me do yoga then exercise would not do well for me and that this would leave me in frustrated state of mind.she had 2 weeks to help me adjust this schedule instead she was more concerned on that it would complicate their schedulers work. Nice to know my mind and it's recovery had no concern to Jenny, Jenny's only concern was that her schedulers might have to do some work to fix this situation. Becareful when coming here. Your well being is not Jenny's consern. At least that how I was treated.

My session with Shayne was really helpful for reducing the headaches I was experiencing. He was quite knowledgeable and highly skilled; I felt completely at ease and comfortable in the space. Would definitely recommend!

McKenna is amazing. After moving to chilliwack from burnaby I was worried I wouldn't find someone as good as my previous RMT and McKenna exceeds expectations. She is always on time and professional. The experience is 10/10 every time. The facility is also nice.clean and nice staff.

The office staff are fantastic, the therapist and equipment are excellent and appreciated when I book on for my aches and pains. Always a good experience with any treatments I have had here.

Dr. Brad was very thorough and professional. Also punctual. He listened to all the details of my concerns and asked relevant questions to further figure out the issue. Didn't make me feel rushed. Treated my concern and also gave exercises to help strengthen the problem area. Excellent chiropractor.

The staff bent over backwards to fit me in on short notice and the RMT, recommended by other family members was excellent and very experienced. Her communication was also excellent and I came away feeling better and with helpful exercises to do on my own.

Angela was friendly, knowledgeable, and good at explaining the anatomy and my issue, She gave me exercises to do but had me show her as she explained - better memory retention for me. Angela was also adept at distracting me from the pain of the muscle release/ pressure points by chatting me up.
The whole visit from start to finish was positive and I left with motivation to work the exercises and get back to full strength!
