I honestly can’t say enough good things about Sharon and Invis. I kind of feel like she might need to be the CEO of my entire life now! If I could give a million stars on this review I would. The Nanaimo Invis team was incredible to work with. My husband is self employed and we were so discouraged entering this journey, however this team quickly turned that around. They help us get into our dream home, within weeks, where so informative and supportive to work with.

So to explain a bit.went with the wrong mortgage broker to start and 3 days before our closing date informed me and my fiancee that we were not going to be approved for our dream house, at that point she was so upset we started calling around and she even sent letters to mortgage companies. Sharon phoned us back within the hour and in 4 days of non-stop e-mails and work got us what another broker couldn't do in almost a month. I cannot say enough good things about her and would recommend to ANYONE!

We had so many questions and concerns about re-mortgaging our home and Sharon answered them so quickly with so much confidence and no hesitation. Don has helped us purchase 3 different properties and complete several renewals. He Works hard to find us our best rate, and is 100% looking out for our best interests in dealing with lenders. Don and the other office staff are also great with young kids and do all they can to accommodate if you need to bring your children to an appointment. They are a family run office and care for your needs as if you were part of the family as well.

Don has helped us with mortgages twice now, and to say he has gone the extra mile to address our needs is an understatement! He helped us buy our first home in Nanaimo after our bank of 25+ years pre-approved us then dropped the ball once we had made an offer on a home.
