Great experience getting my daughter’s iPhone 13 fixed. Adel is welcoming and forthright about what can be done while being optimistic. Adel managed to revive my daughter’s phone but I would have been okay if he didn’t get it working because I’m sure he would have tried his best. Adel is very trustworthy and you won’t regret going to him.

Adel has amazing customer service. I chose his business based on other reviews and I was not disappointed. He diagnosed my iphone screen issue and he installed a temporary replacement screen to use for a day to make sure of the diagnosis. Sure enough he was right, and I returned for him to install the permanent replacement. I will certainly recommend his business and return when I have future problems.

Smashed my iPhoneX on the drive from Edmonton to Port Coquitlam to visit my Mum. She’s old, doesn’t text, or message anything. Couldn’t even let her know I was in the city to let me in the building.
Called at 5: 30 from a gas station. Adel told me to come right over and by 7: 15 I was able to contact my Mum, and had my phone back. Phone, CONTACTS, everything.
He was thorough, without overselling.
Honestly for me, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I paid $120 for the screen to be popped up and it for break it was also not working very well when I first got it fixed yes you have you fixed my boyfriend's phone in June and now it's broken and the screen popped out

I cannot explain how great of an experience I had. My iPhone X had gone into recovery mode while I had been travelling and took it to several different places (EVEN an Official Apple repair shop) but none of the multiple stores could do or fix anything with my phone. I take it here and Adel was able to fix it only within a few hours after dropping it off. This is truly amazing and I cannot emphasize how much of a great experience I had! I was going to give up. These guys are awesome! Apple store told me that they couldn’t fix my iPhone 7 and offered a replacement at $429 + tax. My new friends on Westwood in Poco quoted me $130 total to replace the broken microphone. That’s exactly how much they charged and it’s been perfect ever since. Even threw in a screensaver! Today I’m sending my wife to have her iphone10 fixed.and telling all my friends. Do yourself a huge favour.don’t go anywhere else!

Really liked the place, had a bad charging port on iphone SE and got it fixed that same day. Has better rates than others I have been to. Kind of hard to find as he is in the back but I ended up leaving with a bunch of extra stuff that I just didn't really knew existed.

Adel is an absolute miracle worker! I wish I had taken before shots of the 2 devices that I brought to him. It was my younger son's IPhone 6 and my iPad4 (which he had been using and dropped over a year ago). He dropped his phone and the screen was smashed and you couldn't use the phone at all. The ipad had been dropped over a year ago and the sides were broken and missing so you can see the inside. It was still working but all of a sudden it stopped taking a charge. I looked on the Apple site since I was thinking of upgrading my phone and the cost of a new 'refurbished' iPad and phone w/apple care would have cost me over $2,000. So that was not an option.

I did a search for iphone repair and find Adel's site and great reviews. I called him and he was so nice and accommodating. I warned him ahead of time that I didn't think both devices could be fixed but wanted him to look at it. He was very reassuring and said that he would be happy to inspect it for free. Gave me very detailed info on how to find his shop since it was in the residence part of the Westwood Plaza building. I found it with no issues.

I brought it to him and he did not seem surprised at the level of damage which gave me great hope that they can be salvaged. He explained in great detail what he was going to do, what he would charge and if it could not be fixed, he would not charge me for the inspection of both devices. He gave me a timeline for both repairs. Since I wasn't in a hurry for them, I told him to take his time and I will pick up both devices at the same time. He kept me appraised throughout the day by phone and when I picked up the devices yesterday, I thought for sure they were brand new devices. You couldn't tell that they had even been damaged. Not only did it look terrific, they both work like a charm. For both repairs, which included a new battery for the iPad, replacing the screens on both, tempered glass on both and an Otter case for the phone, I paid less than $350.

Now I have to bring my older son's phone to Adel since he cracked his screen almost a year ago. Thanks Adel.you are our "guy" now for iphones / ipads!

I had another Phone repair service from Adel last Aug for my company phone. As usual the job done was great but what is awesome is that when I ask Adel today for a copy of my receipt as i still have to reimburse the it from my Company, Adel put time in sending it to me even if it was three months ago. Its rare to find such service from other company to give time for such request. Thank you again Adel
