I went today for massage and the lady at reception desk fought for the tip, she was so rude and force me to give her tip of 20 dollars, I never gonna visit this place, they don’t know how to behave with customers.and always talk in their own language which I didn’t understand, because when I said to that much too she and other 2 ladies start screaming and don’t know wht said i’m their own language. However i did pay 105 dollar for massage for 2 persons and was giving tip on top of tht but she wanted me to give her 20 dollars. I think people who are having such experience there must complaint about them.

My mom and me went there to get a relaxing massage but it was horrible and at the end my mom gave them tips as much as she can afford but the ladies kept saying “give more, give more tips! ” My mom told them she can’t afford to give more than that all the 3 ladies started to give us a really mean looks and kept talking in their language. I don’t know what happened to this place me and my mom been coming here for past 8 years but lately their service is and they force you to give 10$ each as tip. We aren’t returning for sure!

I have been here many times, pretty standard Asian massage place, communication is par, but I’ve never had a bad massage, great for those on a budget

Really bad experience they charge extra for removal on hand and extra for feet also do cuticles with extra charges. Never even give massage on pedicure. Worse experience ever.

The lady who gave the massage was really nice though her English was limited and she concentrated on the areas that were in pain. However, when it was time to pay the lady at the front counter tried to shame me into tipping $20 rather than the $10 that I offered. I don’t know what kind of scam they are running but this is really off putting.

I was harassed for a tip before the massage even started and told I would get a good massage if I did. At the end of massage I was asked for the tip inside the room. I had debit so I said at the front. Begrudgingly I was brought to the front and told my ten dollar tip was not enough so not to come back again.

The service has changed since they opened. The massaeus are NOT professional at all. All they care about is tips and they have the audacity to ask for extra tips even though I already gave tip. Very disappointing, cane there for a relaxing 1hr massage but I could hear the other ladies working there on their break laughing and talking loudly. The receptionist makes you pay before the massage which is very strange compare to other places. Normally you would pay after the massage. I dont mind paying before but pls be more professional and be happy that we are tipping and dont be greedy!

I can’t believe the lady at the front actually tried to guilt me by asking to provide more of a tip. I have sent over 10 new customers to them.

Good price. Great massage. Wish it was open a bit later. Still need mask unfortunately. Love it overall!

Okey so first of all, according to them u HAVE to pay them tip.cz if u wont then they gonna open ur a** and gonna take money out, mannerless, not professional at all. According to them money u paid at the counter is not their so techninacally tip is have to.

Its ok for a basic massage, a little pushy about tips. Plus the girl giving the massage asks to give her the tip in cash and not to give it to the front desk because they dont pass the tips on to the girls. A little sketchy in that regard.

The massage is amazing. But when you pay at the front they ask how the massage is and you will say great and then if you give a tip they ask only this much. And if you don’t tip due to personal reasons they keep asking was the massage not good. They pressure you to give a tip and if you don’t they give dirty looks and pass comments. Massage’s are amazing just the front desk is rude and pushy.

Good SPA for a body massage, is legit, no happy endings or kinky business, gets booked quickly, make sure you make appointment.

Had the worst experience ever asked for deep tissue massage when making my appointment get there and that's not what I got tried explaining to the masseuse that I wanted a deep tissue massage and that she needs to apply more pressure she didn't understand it was so bad that I asked her to leave and got dressed and left can you believe they still charged me for an hour I have been going to Iris for over 3 years at least once or twice a month without any complaints but honestly after today I will never again set foot in there spa

I do like this place. The price is good and it seems clean. I did have a great massage yesterday the only thing that bothered me was she kept yawning. So I felt two things maybe she did not want to massage me or she was tired I did leave a tip was not asked but if I was I would not leave one. And when people are getting a massage your staff should not be talking loudly out side the client door.

There are some great ladies here, like Hanna! Unfortunately, one of the ladies who works at the front desk (older lady with short hair) is very rude. I have been mostly a weekly customer (very regular) and I’m disappointed to say that I won’t be coming here anymore. It ruins the experience when the person at the front desk is so unpleasant. This same lady at the front desk reminds me every week to give a tip! I have always given one and don’t need to be reminded - hoping all my tips went to the massage therapist and not her!

Only go here if you like to donate "mandatory tips" regardless of service. Like majority of asian businesses they feel like they are "entitled" to tips. Newsflash: tips are based on service and should not be forced. Either raise your prices or pay your masseuses more.shady business practices. Will never go back.

Prices are great.a couple of the masseuse great.but staff should be more considerate of people getting massage.staff are very LOUD.in hallway & laughing very loud in their lunch room.not professional at all.ive been there many times.but 2day after a 90 mins massage. I felt very annoyed.it feels like the longer the massage the lazier they get.more elbowing than actual hand massage.very disapointed for a regular customer.

Asian style massage. Lots of pressure. Pull you apart like a greased up chicken. Hot towel to wipe off oil.

Not bad for $40/hr. Doris is amazing masseuse. Always go to her. Speaks english and massages really well.
